O hotel-estudante tem prédio e aparatamento, o que fiquei, muito bom padrão de espaço e bom gosto. Amplo e completo. ÚNICO PROBLEMA É QUE O AR NÃO É INDIVIDUAL e só liga quando a direção sentir calor de acordo com a estação quente. Fazia calir em abril, mas o ar ficava desligado. Dormi mal 2 noites. Distante do centro histórico, mas num bairro muito tranquilo, bonito e cercado de infra estrutura. Parada de ônibus na porta cujo número 4 leva à esquina da Calle Estafeta, a badalada rua do centro histórico e daí é só serpentear os locais importantes. Destaque-se a atenção e dedicacão da equipe de recepcionista incansáveis em ajudar, notadamente o senhor Iñaki(Ignacio).

As others have said, college dorm variant-not a hotel. Bedtime was crazy loud. Used headphones and beer to fall asleep for a while. Ultimately settled down. Too firm bed. No tv. Good internet. Cheap $. Friendly staff.

Me gusto mucho el único detalle es que durante tres dias tuvimos mucho ruido de taladros y martillazos porque estaban en remodelación Por lo demás el ambiente es excelente y muy buena ubicación la atención muy amable y cálida Gracias

Es war bei Buchung klar, dass es eine Studentenunterkunft ist und daher eher Basic ausgestattet sein wird. Check in war schlecht, da sie die Buchung nicht finden konnten und wir etwas mehr wie 30 Minuten warten musst, ob wir überhaupt ein Zimmer bekommen. Der kostenlose WLAN, welcher wichtig für uns war, war nur 2 von 5 Tagen funktionstüchtig. Zimmer wurde in den 5 Tagen nicht einmal gereinigt. Toilettenpapier daher auch nicht aufgefüllt und wir mussten uns welches im nahen Supermarkt kaufen. Positiv zu bewerten ist jedoch die Lage und eine Frau an der Rezeption, die immer freundlich und hilfsbereit war.

Es una residencia de estudiantes pero alquila las habitaciones. El edifico está situado en una plaza muy amplia y tranquila. Esta totalmente reformado y la habitación y el baño eran amplios y cómodos. No tiene detalles de baño pero la ducha es amplia. No limpian la habitación. En la recepción son muy amables. That varios sitios de desayuno en las calles cercanas. Algunas habitaciones tienen nevera. La cisterna hacia mucho ruido y las limpiadoras no tuvieron en cuenta la hora que era para hablar gritándose entre ellas. Aún así, la relación calidad-precio, está bien.

The maintenance gentleman was nice, as was housekeeping. The building is under construction and some floors do not have air conditioning. When I complained about no air conditioning and a broken refrigerator the first hour after check in, and I was moved to another room with no air conditioning causing sweat box conditions. Shouldn’t the front desk person know the entire floor did not have air conditioning? There are many possible reasons for this, but the desk staff were not very helpful and did not speak English as advertised.
The maintenance gentleman was nice, as was housekeeping. The building is under construction and some floors do not have air conditioning. When I complained about no air conditioning and a broken refrigerator the first hour after check in, and I was moved to another room with no air conditioning causing sweat box conditions. La limpieza es deficiente y está un poco alejado del centro de la ciudad. No está bien insonorizado ya que se oye a los husepedes de las habitaciones contiguas. Además, coincidimos con fiestas en el barrio y la música paro a las 2:30 h de la noche. No pudimos dormir. Los colchones son cómodos y la temperatura de la habitación fue perfecta. Hay bastantantes supermercados, tiendas, bares y cafeterias por la zona. La recepcionista y personal son muy amables.

This is a dorm for college students. Beware! This is no hotel. This an alternative to students while they search for a place to stay. It will be loud and rowdy. Please be mindful of this. Elevator was broken and we could not stay, but the staff couldn't care less either way, this is not a hotel. Is a dorm.

O hotel-estudante tem prédio e aparatamento, o que fiquei, muito bom padrão de espaço e bom gosto. Amplo e completo. ÚNICO PROBLEMA É QUE O AR NÃO É INDIVIDUAL e só liga quando a direção sentir calor de acordo com a estação quente. Fazia calir em abril, mas o ar ficava desligado. Dormi mal 2 noites. Distante do centro histórico, mas num bairro muito tranquilo, bonito e cercado de infra estrutura. Parada de ônibus na porta cujo número 4 leva à esquina da Calle Estafeta, a badalada rua do centro histórico e daí é só serpentear os locais importantes. Destaque-se a atenção e dedicacão da equipe de recepcionista incansáveis em ajudar, notadamente o senhor Iñaki(Ignacio).

Great stay, very safe and clean. Make sure you put that two people are staying otherwise you’re getting a twin size bed. Many dining options and shops near by.

Me gusto mucho el único detalle es que durante tres dias tuvimos mucho ruido de taladros y martillazos porque estaban en remodelación Por lo demás el ambiente es excelente y muy buena ubicación la atención muy amable y cálida Gracias

La limpieza es deficiente y está un poco alejado del centro de la ciudad. No está bien insonorizado ya que se oye a los husepedes de las habitaciones contiguas. Además, coincidimos con fiestas en el barrio y la música paro a las 2:30 h de la noche. No pudimos dormir. Los colchones son cómodos y la temperatura de la habitación fue perfecta. Hay bastantantes supermercados, tiendas, bares y cafeterias por la zona. La recepcionista y personal son muy amables.

A very comfortable and well appointed student hotel at a very reasonable price. Kitchen facilities for self catering downstairs works well for groups. Well located for bars and restaurants. Parking is on street but not difficult to find.

Es una residencia de estudiantes pero alquila las habitaciones. El edifico está situado en una plaza muy amplia y tranquila. Esta totalmente reformado y la habitación y el baño eran amplios y cómodos. No tiene detalles de baño pero la ducha es amplia. No limpian la habitación. En la recepción son muy amables. That varios sitios de desayuno en las calles cercanas. Algunas habitaciones tienen nevera. La cisterna hacia mucho ruido y las limpiadoras no tuvieron en cuenta la hora que era para hablar gritándose entre ellas. Aún así, la relación calidad-precio, está bien.

Personal muy amable. Habitaciones y camas muy cómodas con baño muy nuevo y amplio. Estuvimos 2 noches y todo perfecto. Hay muchos sitios para comer y desayunar cerca. A 15 minutos del Campus de la Unav y de la Clínica Universitaria. Volveré a hospedarme aquí. Gracias!
