The location of this hotel is brilliant for the old town however the pool was dirty and the pool acess room was just a set of steps off of the side of the balcony which for some reason was incredibly greasy! The walls of the rooms are so thin everytime a door opened on our floor we thought it was someone coming in our room and we were woken up from the family next door having a blazing row!

Quiet location just a short walk from many local restaurants. Less than 1 km to Old Town. Friendly staff very good housekeeping staff. Only downsides were the sometimes slow internet and the smooth tile adjacent to the pool was very slippery. Small but adequate gym for a short stay. Would stay here again

Very smart hotel. Excellent facilities, nice bar and good breakfast selection. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Beds are excellent and rooms exceptionally well kept. Air conditioning actually works. Great location, walkable to the Old Town and very close to many excellent restaurants.

Receptionist wentnoutmofnher way tonsortnout ourmlandry ad the lahndry down the road was busy and could not get our stuff done on time. Big room good showers pressure and parking for our rental car. Were out a lot so did not used the pool or bar at all. Breakfast was well set up

Probably the best hotel you can get for the price in Old Town Phuket. Great staff, food, pool and room. The only thing that could need improvement is the gym, but I won’t let that change my rating:)

Our stay here was so amazing. The beds are extremely comfortable, the rooms are spacious and clean with a lovely view of Phuket town and the mountains. The breakfast was delicious so many options and the staff here are just the best, they really went out of their way to make our time here special.

Service was very welcoming, friendly and helpful. The interior of the hotel is well thought through. Location is good too, short walk will lead you right to the heart of Old Town and there are some nice food spots around the corner. Gym is better equipped than pictures suggest. Room was noisy however, woke up twice per night when people were coming back to their rooms (which was past midnight and 2am). Air condition cooled the room down quickly but too noisy to keep it on in the night so you'd have to cool the room down before going to sleep but would wake up to a room with 27 degrees. Sustainability confusing as well: the common sign to leave towels on the rack etc., but fork and spoon for breakfast were wrapped in plastic. Decided to have breakfast on the last day and would not recommend. Better head outside. Overall the stay was okay, but not what I jad expected from a 4 star hotel.

Staff were so helpful and sorted a restaurant booking for me. Loved the little pool and a short walk to Old Phuket Town. Incredible value for money. Some great bars in Old Phuket Town, check out The Library which closed 3am. The MC was awesome. We can recommend Jane’s food tasting walking tour too. Great for orientation and meeting point 10 minute walk from hotel.

This is a simple and hassle free hotel. All the staff are very friendly. I love the bed because it’s firm and pressure of the shower head is great. Only feedback I have is the breakfast buffet. It lacks variety. Adding simple things like pancakes, bacon etc.. will be good. Also the keeping the ham and sausages in hot water in rather unappetizing. But other than that, the hotel is as expected
