Notre première nuit a été pénible, beaucoup de bruit! (Music très forte provenant d'un autre établissement) et retrouvé une coquerelle dans la douche. Deuxième nuit à été beaucoup mieux, pas de music... Douche chaude une fois sur 2. Restaurant serve un buffet au midi qui est bien. Serveurs vienne jusqu'à la piscine pour des drinks et repas. WIFI fonctionne seulement au restaurant et au loby...

Beautiful huge pool in a beautiful huge garden. 20 minutes walk to Chichen Itza. Staff were great, room spacious and comfortable. WiFi only in lobby and restaurant, restaurant was buffet only but very good.

El hotel está hermoso! Las habitaciones limpias y muy cómodas y el staff bastante amable! La alberca de súper buen tamaño se puede nadar muy agusto. Y la comida del restaurante muy rica! Lo recomiendo ampliamente

This hotel was perfect for our visit to Chien Itza. They were very helpful in organizing a guide. The rooms are lovely and clean . The garden is very nice with a lovely pool that the kids especially appreciated. I would absolutely recommend this hotel.

We stayed here so we were close to Chichen Itza for an early morning tour. It was clean ,comfortable and the staff were great. We ate dinner and breakfast there and both meals were delicious. The pool and grounds were lovely. The wifi was only in the public areas. Would recommend if you are visiting Chichen Itza

The staff was very friendly. We booked a guide to Chichen Itza which was excellent. Breakfast at the hotel was not included in the price but was excellent. My children enjoyed the pool.

Très bon rapport qualité prix pour cet hôtel charmant à 5 min en voiture de Chichen Itza. Belle chambre et jolie piscine dans le jardin. Restaurant sur place très correct pour le pdj déjeuner diner.

Stayed here for 2 nights so we could visit Chichen Itza. The staff were very friendly and the room was comfortable. Super close to chichen Itza was perfect for visiting it in the morning and returning for the light show in the evening. Garden room was relatively quiet even though the hotel is right on the main road. Spent the afternoon relaxing in the pool. Bathroom was ok but in need of some maintenance (shower head needs clearing or replacing and sink is leaking). Food was fair. Dinner portions were big but not always that flavoursome. Breakfast was ok too.

Nice place to stay within walking distance to Chichen Itza ruins. Decent restaurant. Clean pool. Quiet.

The buffet restaurant service was very clean, the variety of Yucatecan food was excellent. The room was clean and ventilated and they always provided the information correctly.

Todos son muy amables. Su uniforme tradicional me encanta. El señor de recepción que nos tocó al llegar por la tarde es muy amable y atento. Te explica de cultura e historia. Y da recomendaciones buenas. Restaurante todos muy amables. Todo bien cuidado y limpio. Alberca agradable. Habitación limpia y bonita.

El personal es sumamente atento y amable. Muy serviciales y agradables al dar recomendaciones e información. El hotel en general, necesita de una remodelación. Sin embargo todo estuvo muy limpio y para dos noches estuvo muy bien.

The room was very clean. The employees were very helpful and courteous.

The hotel is like an American motel it's long and skinny and along side the main road. So any Room with a "city" view has a view of the highway the noise and only curtains. So you can't get any privicy without the curtains closed. Staff spoke little English. We were told buses run ever hour from 7:30 but no bus turned up at 7:30 so we waited till 8am and got a taxi. Taxis easy to get the reception will call for one for you. Rooms had good shower and water pressure. Beds were too soft for me so with the noise of the road little sleep was got. Pool was good and reasonable temperature. We ate at local places a few mins walk and the food was amazing. That said hotel food we saw looked nice. For one night it was okay

No recomiendo este hotel para nada, de los 5 hoteles en diferentes ciudades que he visitado en México, este ha sido el más caro y con menos calidad. Mi pago inicial por una habitacion era de 80 usd, pero al llegar adicionaron un extra cargo y tuve que pagar 120 usd por una noche y solo una habitacion, demasiado caro para la zona. Además el internet es pésimo, no funciona dentro de las habitaciones, se veian las personas acercandose al router en el lobby, el agua de la ducha es demasiado fría o demasiado caliente, nunca punto medio. Las toallas que nos dieron estaban completamente desilachadas. Las habitaciones no hermeticidad para los ruidos. Molestaba cada puerta que se abría o cerraba, las personas caminando por el pasillo tratando de alcanzar la internet en el lobby pues no hay en las habitaciones, las maletas rodando, cada pequeño ruidito se siente dentro de las habitaciones. Todo esto hizo que fuera la peor noche en México. Si buscas descansar y disfrutar de paz y tranquilidad, este no es el lugar que estás buscando. I do not recommend this hotel at all. Of the five hotels I've visited in different cities in Mexico, this was the most expensive and the lowest quality. My initial payment for a room was $80, but upon arrival, they added an extra charge, and I had to pay $120 for one night and just one room—too expensive for the area. Furthermore, the internet is terrible; it doesn't work in the rooms. You could see people approaching the router in the lobby.

Wir waren positiv überrascht. Wir hatten ein renoviertes Zimmer zum Garten. Unbedingt Gartenseite buchen, diese Zimmer sind ruhiger. Es gibt ein Mückengitter und man kann das Fenster nachts auflassen. Klimaanlage hat auch funktioniert. Es war alles bestens. Sehr freundlicher Service von allen Mitarbeitern insbesondere Alex und auch alle im Restaurant waren sehr freundlich. Das Essen war auch sehr gut.

We reserved two rooms. Too bad we were far apart. The rooms were nice and comfortable and the staff was friendly and helpful. Too bad the wifi did not work. They gave us two bottles of water in each room but there was no refilling station. There was no refrigerator nor microwave in the room so we could not get hot water. 500 meters away from downtown. A big restaurant on site. Very convenient.

Location right next to the temple. However, it's a transient town (plan to have dinner at the hotel in the evening because it's difficult to find something interesting outside at 07pm). No internet in the rooms. Kind staff.

Friendly staff and great tourists guide guy

What was advertised was not reality. There was absolutely NO WiFi access in our room. You had to go to the lobby or the dinning hall (and pay for food) if you wanted access. This frustrated us mostly because we generally do our planning for the next day the night before. We also had a phone plan but the signal was too weak to do anything in the room. The people working in the dining hall could not ever decide when dinner was served, what would be served or how much it cost. I asked 4 different employees and got 4 different answers. The food was good, but expensive. There is nothing to do in the city at all except go to chichen itza. We walked around the whole city to get the lay of the land and there was just nothing. The front desk lady was nice but spoke ONLY Spanish. Thankfully I know some Spanish, so I was able to get by, but I was floored that she legitimately didn’t know a single English word working at the front desk of a hotel. I recognize I am in Mexico so I don’t ever expect people to speak English everywhere at all—but in hospitality, it’s generally expected to at least have broken English or a few choice words known as it’s the universal travel language… and it’s a hotel. I am thankful we just spent 1 night there.

Muy amable el personal de recepción. En el restaurante quiza capacitarlos mas pero suoer amables.

This is a great option if you intend to visit Chichen Itza or any other destination close to the hotel like: Valladolid, Ek-Balam, or Water Holes (Cenotes). The rooms are clean and the facilities are new and well-maintained. More important the clerks are really kind and the ladies and gentlemen attending the restaurant are really kind and responsive to your requirements. The food is good the same as the buffet. It has been recently refurbished so the facilities are new and comfortable. I would definitely come back to this hotel, thank you for your kind considerations.

Très bien situé pour visiter le site. Le monsieur a l’accueil parle bien français et est très sympa.chambre confortable, mais éviter les chambres entre l’accueil et le restaurant sur le passage des groupes (français pour nous) particulièrement bruyants. Bon Buffet le matin Bon restaurant

This is a very nice and beautiful hotel. Wi-Fi at the room, hot water in the shower and good food. Some staff speak English and are very service minded. Close to the chichen Itzá area, walking distance.

Buen lugar para una noche después de estar todo el día en Chichén Itzá, limpia, cómoda y el buffet a buen precio y rico. Solo falta el internet en las habitaciones que no llega muy bien. Nosotros llegamos caminando a la zona arqueológica sin problemas. Lo recomiendo ampliamente .

Buen lugar para una noche después de estar todo el día en Chichén Itzá, limpia, cómoda y el buffet a buen precio y rico. Solo falta el internet en las habitaciones que no llega muy bien. Nosotros llegamos caminando a la zona arqueológica sin problemas. Lo recomiendo ampliamente .

Hôtel étape parfait avant ou après chichen itza. Personnel souriant et sympathique. Repas très copieux le soir.Les chambres sont propres, piscine aussi. Allez y sans problème.
