Loved our stay. Clean, spacious rooms and excellent amenities. Highly recommend! The only negative thing I have to say is that there is not much parking. Plan on doing valet parking because you may have a hard time finding a parking space yourself. Aside from that, everything was wonderful and I would definitely stay here again.

Overall, the experience and trip was a solid four stars. The entire grounds were maintained very well, common areas were spacious and well-maintained. The main pool area in the middle of the grounds was very spacious plenty of towels plenty of chairs and space to move around and given the time of year we went it was not overly crowded. They didn’t play the music too loud, which was nice. Meals and drinks that we had were high-quality. No real complaints about the quality of the food or generally the quantity however, we do feel that the pricing for just about everything we ate and drank was far too high. Waitstaff was helpful as were the majority of the staff inside of the resort area. The reason why I can’t give this review five stars is because we had a few interactions with staff that were not exactly pleasing. There was a very standoffish individual who seemed very impatient with me at the reception desk when checking in, and a very “disinterested”interaction with waitstaff at one of the sandwich restaurants by the tennis courts, just generally was not good customer service. But I believe what makes me the most upset about this visit is that they have a beautiful rooftop bar that is supposed to be open to all resort patrons. However, it was reserved and rented out the entire time we were there for private parties. I find that a little unfair when there are other areas in the resort specifically for weddings and meetings that can be reserved. Very disappointed.

The resort is very family friendly and the staff was remarkable. We had issues with your air conditioning unit in our room and the staff was very helpful offering us another room or other alternatives as well as a discounted night. Overall the Wild Dunes resort was a fantastic place to vacation! If I had to chose something that I disliked, it would be the selection of food option available on the resort (lack of breakfast options) and the Market wasn't as stocked as I would have liked but all and all it worked!
The resort is very family friendly and the staff was remarkable.
