Close to FRA airport. Room was big and clean. Although the hotel is in an industrial area it was quiet. Free parking was limited, seems this is a area for long term parking due to being close to the airport.

Not impressed-no one at counter, no phone number handy to call someone. Had to pay extra to park a car for the 14 hours we were there. No AC, room was extremely hot. Plus could not watch tv without paying for a subscription for viewing and no working batteries in the remote. Would be nice if the refrigerator was cold and the spider behind the door was cleaned up.

No hay transporte cerca. Está lejos de todo. Todo cerrado, parece pueblo fantasma. No había nadie a la 6 30 am en recepción y tenía que salir por mi vuelo. No hay maquina de bebidas y nada de comer. Los otros huéspedes no me dejaron dormir, lo usan como motel y no había con quien quejarse porque no hay nadie en recepción nunca. Definitivamente no regresaría

Had to find a hotel in a hurry with the recent train strike, and ended up here. Ticked all the box: close the airport, clean, friendly, very quiet room, full block out blinds, modern bathroom. Internet connected Smart-TV (though I could not work out how to get free-to-air TV). Fast reliable Internet. While I was working I felt like a beer, so went down to reception to grab it, and it was fresh from tap! Nice! So can recommend!

Man wird immer sehr herzlich empfangen. Die Einrichtung ist modern und neu. Leider war der Müll im Bad nicht geleert und vom Vorgänger noch alles drin. Das war unangenehm. Auch unters Bett sollte man nicht schauen. 10€ fürs Parken pro Nacht finde ich auch etwas viel, da der dafür vorgesehene Schotterplatz sehr groß ist und immer komplett leer. Vor dem Restaurant kann ich es irgendwie noch verstehen. Ansonsten mag ich das kleine Hotel wirklich sehr und komme auch gerne wieder.

It is close to the Frankfurt airport however the bed covers were dirty and the shower had not been cleaned. The sink faucet leaked water all over the floor. Staff is nice and it seems maybe the cleaning crew needs a little training.

Good and bad: We stayed overnight at the hotel to catch an early AM flight the next morning. The price was good, and the reviews online seemed a bit too positive, but we booked regardless. Positive: -friendly bilingual staff -clean room, comfy bed Negatives: -no air conditioning, which had the room oppressively hot in the hot June weather. We had to open the window to stay semi cool. -the worst thing was that there was a large, loud party going on in the restaurant below our window. Of course the drunks got rowdy and louder, and while I assume the revenue generated by a full restaurant is good for the hotel, we had to yell out of our window twice to get them to shut up. They finally ended the party around 1 AM, which didn't help our sleep when we had to get up at 4 AM. Assuming that you're not staying on a night where there's a party going on, and the hotel opts to install air conditioning units in each room,. then I can recommend this hotel. I have to wonder though if the large percentage of 10/10 reviews weren't purchased by the hotel from an online reviewing service....

Sunset reception only opens at 2pm so no point arriving earlier...no airconditioning but rooms are quite large and new and the windows open. Good Indian restaurant for dinner...the Moxy Hotel is one minute's walk across the road and has an air-conditioned bar and we also went there for breakfast because Sunset's coffee machine is broken.

The apartment very clean. New. Silent. No air conditioning. the lamps by the beds had no bulbs. I asked reception and they didn't have bulbs available. Room didn't have glasses. They were helpful, but borderline hospitable. Price Ok.

clean, but no air conditioning, no electric kettle, no glass/cups in the room. near the reception there was a water/hot water tank for guests, but empty. no air conditioning was surprise. it’s not clearly mentioned when we booked online. room w/o air conditioning in July is pretty hard and we could not sleep well. at least hotel should clearly mention about air conditioning. if we knew about it, we might’ve chosen the other hotels. price-wise, very cheap but not recommend for tourists who want to have comfortable time in the hotel.

Für eine nacht ist es in Ordnung. Man hat wenn man einen Hotel aufsucht Standartanforderungen wie einen Fernseher, Handtücher u.a Kleinigkeiten Jedoch war hier der Fernseher da aber keine Kanäle auf dem Fernseher. Wir sind mit 2 Personen angereist und hatten nur einen Handtuch auf Anfrage auf neue Handtücher haben wir welche erhalten jedoch mit einer Aussage die ich nicht akzeptieren. Warum ich so viele bräuchte. Für einen Nacht ist es okay um den Flughafen zu erreichen.

When I checked in, there was a sign on the desk saying that there was no air-conditioning. When I left the next morning, the front office was closed and locked. I had asked the staff member at check-in to order me a taxi for the next morning. Next morning - no taxi and I could not get into the office to ask to have a new taxi called. (Fortunately, I was able to flag down a taxi, which I shared with two other people from the hotel who had not been able to get a cab called for them that morning.)

they would lock the entrance doors in the middle of the day and there would be no one available to let you in. With temperatures in the hi 80's, no air conditioning in the rooms.

Für den Preissverhältnis sehr gut. Zum schlafen und Duschen deffinitiv zu empfehlen. Sehr saubere Bettwäche und Handtücher. Allgemein sauber bis einige Spinnenweben. Unhygienisch finde ich den Teppichboden im Zimmer. Leere Kühlschrank. Kaffe am frühen Morgen wäre nicht schlecht. A.d. Rezeption steht 07.30h bis 09.30h Frühstück im 4. Stock, aber 4. Stock sieht verlassen aus, leer bis auf ein paar Stühle, die umgekippt rum liegen und es stehen Reinigungswagen im Flurbereich, also kein anzeichen von Frühstück, Kaffe und co. Freundliche Rezeptionsmitarbeiter.

Das Zimmer war gut eingerichtet, neue Möbel. Das einchecken hat sehr gut geklappt. Beim Frühstück war das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis beim Preis von 14,00 Euro nicht gut (Aufbackbrötchen und wenig Belagauswahl) .

Very Pleasant family run hotel, very good Indian restaurant down stairs, very clean and tidy. The area around the estate lacks local restaurants and café's but a 15min walk to the station area has a few of these.

Nettes Personal , dass wars aber auch schon. Das Bad ist dreckig gewesen , laut anderen Gästen wird es nur alle 2 Tage gereinigt. Was überhaupt nicht geht. Hotel 4 Jahre alt , sehr unliebsam und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Wohlfühlen ist anders. Das Frühstück eine absolute Katastrophe und dafür musst eich 14 Euro bezahlen. Da ist jedes Mc Donalds Frühstück ein 5 Sterne Menü
