I love the dog area and they for the most part upkeep it. They shoveled it during the snow which was great. People are awful about picking up their dog poop but the facility will pick it up after severe build up eventhough they provide bags and a trash can in the gated area! People stay there monthly and I have noticed that they invite a lot of people over and when they cook they open their doors and stink up the hallway. There's a few homeless that wonder the property but I haven't noticed any criminal activity. The beds are awful! But the rooms and floors are verry nice! Over all, I really enjoy this place!

New and clean. Parking lot was active with people smoking and hanging out - but it was fine. It’s not super quiet, but was a safe, clean, convenient place to stay on a busy graduation weekend.

Absolutely wonderful room that looks brand new. No carpet which is great for pets or those with allergies or fear of germs in the carpet. Well planned out space which makes it great for long term stays. No breakfast but coffee is well prepared with decent taste. No coffee maker in the rooms. Bed is cheaper and not the worst for comfort but creaks with turns and isnt the most supportive. Walls are a bit thin. Hotel is securely locked up so you don't have to stress about unwanted visitors. Laundry room is nice as well. The dog area ultimately has lead me to keep visiting with artificial terf and gated so they can be off leash!

Super convenient location right off of I25. Room has a stove top,fridge, microwave, counter space for cooking. Plenty of towels for our stay. Blankets were on the lighter/thinner side but we just brought our own in. The doors to the rooms do close pretty hard so you can hear other rooms when guests go in and out. Plenty of parking with a small gated dog area. Overall a good experience and definitely recommend to others

When the clerk gave me my first room on the 1sr floor, I checked in and immediately saw hair all over the ground, bed, pillows, chair, just everywhere. I had to go ask for a different room. Got into a room on the 2nd floor, a little better, but the ground was still not clean, and it had a weird smell.

This is an extended stay, so no lobby food, and apparently no housekeeping either. There 5 nights and no clean towels.The bed is not a queen and isn't on a proper base. There are large parties going on and a dog park with droppings everywhere, not picked up. Stay somewhere else. Overpriced and old.

Very clean hotel and my rooms were clean. Had a plumbing issue in both rooms though. First room the pipes under the bathroom sink leaked. 2nd room a bubble formed in the ceiling from a leak in the upstairs room. Staff was very nice though, beds were ok but I travel a lot so definitely not the worst beds I’ve slept in but not the best either somewhere in the middle. I’m typically looking for affordable, clean, good nights rest. Price was great! It was very clean which is great! Bed was decent. It was homecoming weekend at CSU so the hotel rates were on the high side but this hotel was more affordable. A little further from campus but not crazy far. I would likely stay here again but they definitely need a good plumber to come and check out their pipes. Thank you.

Room had an awful smell! Fried rice along with black hairs found in our daughter’s bed sheets. Dust bunnies everywhere under the bed. Dogs peed in the lobby and owners nor property manager cleaned it up.

Every room allows pets, and there is pet fur in all of the blankets, sheets, and towels. The pet dander was so bad, my husband needed to buy benadryl and was then out of it for the remainder of his trip. The bed feels like an overnight cot and moves around on the wood flooring. There was a nice amount of storage.

New building, why can I hear the noise of the hwy like I'm sleeping in the median? No curtains over the window, just blinds that let all the daylight in. And the "residents" going in and out all night long with their dogs and letting the doors slam. I barely got 2 hrs of sleep

Everything *looked* nice, I appreciated the fridge/microwave/stove in the room but there was LITERALLY nothing to eat with or use with them. No silverware, cookware, not even a coffee maker or kettle. Also, I didn’t see a single water fountain, the tap water tasted HORRENDOUS and the vending machine was broken so there was no way to get drinkable water within the hotel. I even asked and was told no. Also, a friend of mine recommended that if I was going to use the tub in a hotel to clean it first and I am so glad I listened, the rag was coming up super icky and there was even hair all over the tub. Makes me wonder about the cleanliness of every other part of the room… the fridge also made a horrible squealing noise for most of the night, slept with my earplugs in. Over all I was not impressed. Bed was comfy, glad I had a microwave, that’s about it.

There was nothing "suites" about this. This felt more like a short term housing building than a hotel. Although the room has a mini kitchen, you should be aware that there are NO pots, pans, or utensils in the room. You can buy them there, but they are not provided for use. The bed was hard and uncomfortable and the hallway on the second floor had an odd smell. The good things were that it was quiet at night and there is no carpet in the rooms, which is good because there were dogs everywhere.

Staff was fantastic, room was clean. Walls were paper thin. Many industrial workers there, very noisy. Seriously was up ALL night with people fighting....and 2 hours of loud loving in the room next door. I wear earplugs too. I would not stay there again.

This building is new. The rooms are very well set up for a long-term stay. The desk is a great size with very convenient outlets. The cubbies and drawers were abundant and easy to use. The halls are kept very clean. My room was clean except for a few spots on the door and floor.

Absolute worst stay we have ever had. We are not people to complain as we travel all year round for sports with our children. This was by far the worst. We got barely 2 hours of sleep the whole night due to the people above us all night banging on the walls, running and jumping, it sounded like they were doing construction all night with hammers. There was no one working the front desk from 10pm until morning so we could not even ask to transfer rooms. We will never stay at this place ever again.

Stay was great! Clean and modern room. Fair prices. Staff was always there 24/7. Housekeeping works hard all day everyday and were very kind. Dwight is a hardworking manager that takes care of everything. He is always kind, patient and smiles no matter what the days brings him. Thank you to Dwight and the staff of Wood Spring!

Dwight and his staff really made this stay for me! I had to alter my length several times as I was looking for a new place to live, they worked super hard to adjust to what I needed and still give me an amazing rate. The place is secure, new, and clean. Everything about it is great! I can’t recommend this place high enough!

I never got to stay. I booked through Expedia, and got multiple confirmations by text and email. I printed a copy of the email confirmation. The people at the desk said they did not show my reservation in their system, and they would not honor my reservation. I showed them my copy, and they refused to even check with Expedia. I never got to stay. I booked through Expedia, and got multiple confirmations by text and email. I printed a copy of the email confirmation. The people at the desk said they did not show my reservation in their system, and they would not honor my reservation. I showed them my copy, and they refused to even check with Expedia. The hotel was conveniently located near a major intersection of the freeway. The staff was professional and the facility was clean. I would stay again. The guests loitering near the entrances was not optimal but hey did no give me trouble.

I was unaware that this establishment was catering to long type stay clientele. Did not realize that it wasn’t like or equal to other hotels. We walked in, the lady was nice. We walked down the hall and the carpet was disgusting and plain filthy, by room 124. The smell of the area was pitiful. There was a not very pleasant smell of our room when we opened the door. The room was not super clean but ok. The vending machine was not working for the 3 days we were there. No continental breakfast. Just a bad few days. You Never will see us again and won’t be recommending it to anyone. Also was not a safe area outside, a lot of seedy people, some weed, just a terrible experience. Very, very disappointing

Super convenient location right off of I25. Room has a stove top,fridge, microwave, counter space for cooking. Plenty of towels for our stay. Blankets were on the lighter/thinner side but we just brought our own in. The doors to the rooms do close pretty hard so you can hear other rooms when guests go in and out. Plenty of parking with a small gated dog area. Overall a good experience and definitely recommend to others

Hotel itself isn’t too bad. In a convenient location. However it’s a cesspool or staging area for illegal aliens. Would NEVER take or leave my family there alone. Was glad I worked nights cause between the homeless and illegals around I wouldn’t feel comfortable leaving a decent vehicle overnight with anything of value inside. With all that obviously prices are cheap for extended stay, so there’s that.

This is an extended stay, so no lobby food, and apparently no housekeeping either. There 5 nights and no clean towels.The bed is not a queen and isn't on a proper base. There are large parties going on and a dog park with droppings everywhere, not picked up. Stay somewhere else. Overpriced and old.

Everything *looked* nice, I appreciated the fridge/microwave/stove in the room but there was LITERALLY nothing to eat with or use with them. No silverware, cookware, not even a coffee maker or kettle. Also, I didn’t see a single water fountain, the tap water tasted HORRENDOUS and the vending machine was broken so there was no way to get drinkable water within the hotel. I even asked and was told no. Also, a friend of mine recommended that if I was going to use the tub in a hotel to clean it first and I am so glad I listened, the rag was coming up super icky and there was even hair all over the tub. Makes me wonder about the cleanliness of every other part of the room… the fridge also made a horrible squealing noise for most of the night, slept with my earplugs in. Over all I was not impressed. Bed was comfy, glad I had a microwave, that’s about it.

Absolutely wonderful room that looks brand new. No carpet which is great for pets or those with allergies or fear of germs in the carpet. Well planned out space which makes it great for long term stays. No breakfast but coffee is well prepared with decent taste. No coffee maker in the rooms. Bed is cheaper and not the worst for comfort but creaks with turns and isnt the most supportive. Walls are a bit thin. Hotel is securely locked up so you don't have to stress about unwanted visitors. Laundry room is nice as well. The dog area ultimately has lead me to keep visiting with artificial terf and gated so they can be off leash!

Extended stay property with on site laundry and exercise equipment. The room had lingering smell of men's cologne or deodorant, normally wouldn't be an issue but my wife is sensitive to scents. Although the property is non-smoking inside the smoking areas are right outside the entrance doors, convenient for smokers not for non-smokers, also cigarette and marijuana smells do find their way into the building. There were only 2 towels in our room, for 3 guests in 2 beds. Not a huge deal, but awkward. The check-in girl was very nice and helpful. I was very disappointed in this hotel for the price I paid, but guess I must be spoiled by other Choice properties. There was no breakfast, no ice machine. The guy at checkout was brusque and unfriendly. The hotel was very noisy, with traffic noise and people in the rooms next door and the hallways. I will not choose a Woodspring property again. There was a cube of butter left in the refrigerator, so I counted that as a win.
