MT. OLYMPUS WATER PARK AND THEME PARK RESORT

Good location. Large room

Didn’t get any info on the park tickets when checking in. Some fobs were broken. Staff was nice but didn’t clearly talk about some information. Tried to get me to listen to some advertisement when leaving checkout.

We did not stay here after finding our room. I'm 69 years old and cannot do stairs. No elevator there. The parking lot was filled with cars and trucks revving up the engines. People smoking pot and drinking beer. It was like downtown Chicago. No place for the grandkids to be. We asked for a refund because there was no way we could stay. Turned in our Waterpark wristbands and they wouldn't refund us.

Literally the worst hotel experience I’ve ever experienced. I’ve never encountered staff as rude and condescending as i have here. Pulled up to our room and welcomed with the smell of weed and people all over the balconies drinking beer and blasting loud music. I’ve never felt more uneasy in my life. Went to look at the room and it was the most disgusting room I’ve seen. Literal cobwebs on the walls and hallways looked like they haven’t seen a vacuum in 30 years. Having little kids (under 6) with me i asked the hotel if there was anyway we could switch to a different area and they assured me they were completely booked and that wasn’t possible. So we found a different hotel immediately. We went to the check in building to return our wristbands and let them know we were leaving and all the sudden they asked if we wanted to be moved to a “family friendly” area. Funny they all the sudden had different rooms available. It was worth it to eat the money i paid, you couldn’t have paid me to stay at this hotel. -100000/10. I wouldn’t even let my dog sleep in those rooms.

Took forever to check in. They got our reservation wrong. The building smelled of Marijuana.
