Great stay in Lava hot springs, I liked it but beware if your not used old idaho style you shoud stay in a big city instead. The perfume smell took a little getting used to otherwise no complaints!

I love this place. The rooms are nice and clean. The kitchen has everything you need. But the walk way and parking were not cleared at all. I understand that can’t be perfectly cleared of snow, but they weren’t even touched by a shovel or salted at all in almost three days. Huge hazards for literally all ages.

Our reservation was clean, but old, and needed much repair. Holes in wall, hooks broke off, water damage on wall by shower, snack bar had edges broke off, old, walls were dirty, much repair & TLC needed. Was nice to have parking space. Cooking & dishes avaiable in kitchenette, no dish soap. Will definitely look for something better next time.

We stayed at the property for one night as we were heading south from Yellowstone. The town is wonderful. There are hot spring pools in the area and tons of water activities. There were many dining options and we felt very safe. The apartment was fully equipped and provided us with restful sleep. However, the stove was not functioning. This was disheartening as I have two small children who eat at all hours of the day. Other than this hiccup, we recommend this place!

Reasonably spacious property in somewhat shabby condition. The toilet seat had a crack and the kitchen was distinctly under equipped. I believe there were precisely three dinner plates and two cereal bowls. A number of glass tumblers. One groaty frying pan. A couple of pots. Beds were comfortable.

Everything was except for confusing check-in direction with no communication available. We had to ask multiple people / businesses for directions to the check-in staff. It was in a little shop that was across the street from our suite. Terrible WiFi, had to hotspot from our phones to watch TV.

This place is a strange mix of charming horrifying and spacious. There was plenty of room for our family of 5 to get a bit of space from each other at the end of the day and the full sized kitchen was a nice surprise. The main bedroom had a nice comfy bed and the second bed was also comfy. The rest of the furniture was a mix of old and new and the general condition of the space was clearly old but clean even if some of it was a bit rough. The fridge door had a broken shelf that made it difficult to close the door properly causing it to beep unless you made a conscious effort to close it. We didn't use the stove but it appears serviceable. The sink has some issues but is workable. Over all we would likely stay there again even with the issues. If fancy is your thing this place is not for you but if you want a comfortable spot to use as a base for your family in a nice central location this place works well.

It was conveniently located in the middle of the town. It wasn't as clean as you would expect from a place to stay. There was pieces of cat food on the ground, holes covered by carpet. It was strange to not have any doors in the whole apartment, besides one room. Very hot because there are only two window a/c units for a fairly large space.

This is an older place, but it was very comfortable! It was pretty clean and they are super friendly, Marley checked us in, walked us to the room, chatted about local planes to eat. Highly recommend.

The place was in a great location. Needs new carpet, and a good cleaning, maybe paint the walls. Bathroom was great, really cold but pretty and newer. The outside area would be awesome if it was cleaned up. We had a great time. Just didn’t like the old dirty carpet.

It was adequate. The carpets were filthy and the throw rugs were dirty. A paint job would help. Holes in the walls. Beds were fine. Steps to the place were really high. No doors on bathrooms. Bathrooms need upgrading. There’s a hole in the kitchen floor. Coffe pot doesn’t really work.

Awesome layout and so much room for our family! Would definately stay here again especially if we stayed long term. Needs a little fit and finish. Was a tad noisy in the morning below us, but none of the negatives would prevent us from coming back. My kids loved it! Thank you!

The set up of the room was very convenient for a family of four. But the room was pretty run down, and the carpet appeared really old and well worn, I didn’t really want my children playing on it….

I'll start with the things I did like. I did like how close it was to everything. My family had booked the other two places right there so we were able to have a lot of us in the same area. Now to the things that could be worked on. The properties are very dated, they need updating also, it's kind of gross to have carpet in your kitchen and bathrooms. The bathroom door for the bathrooms in the bigger unit just had a shower curtain that pulls across. All in all if you want a place to be close to everything. Then you might really like this place the staff is great.

The room is old and in disrepair. Very old carpet. Damage to walls, counters, etc. Bathroom fan does not work, and the bathroom door does not shut properly. The room did seem to be cleaned fairly well. I stayed for one night with my brother. If I had brought my wife, she would not have stayed here. Just a fair warning to future potential guests.

Checking in was amazing and easy. I asked for early check-in and they made it happen. The overall structure of the place is dated and hasn’t been well maintained, but everything else was great. The beds are incredibly comfy, there was easy accessibility to several hot pots and restaurants, able to use Roku with ease, and the towels were super fresh! Would stay here again.

We found the property nice and cozy. It came with a nice stove/oven, small microwave and fridge. It had a small gas stove which heated the room quit comfortably. The pricing was great and well worth it. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The Expedia website is wrong. The address is for check in is east main. Not main. That’s important, because if you gps main st it takes you to west main. Which is a house. The phone number wasn’t functional and the Expedia representative didn’t know how to reach the owner. We finally found the office because we stayed at one of their properties last year and went back to that area and waited for someone to walk out of another property. Last year it was seamless. We got a text from the owner with the address of our reservation and the door code. This year when we talked to the lady from the office she was very rude and couldn’t have cared less that we spent 40 minutes trying to find the place and information. The property was nice and what we expected except for the bedroom. It smelled pretty bad. Almost like vomit. It wasn’t an overpowering smell but it definitely wasn’t ideal.

Everything was perfect, except for finding the place. The address listed was for a park. We had to walk around and finally found a retail store with similar name and asked if they knew of this company. Turns out we finally found the right place to check in.

Loved this property. Cute, rustic and cozy. Perfect for a few nights stay. Check in was easy and so was check out. Property manager is really nice, super helpful and made the weekend special. Will be returning!

It was strange to not have any doors in the whole apartment, besides one room. Very hot because there are only two window a/c units for a fairly large space.

Love that it’s on Main Street within walking distance of the hot pools and shopping and eating! Could use updates but this is our second time staying here and we knew what to expect and the place is clean and comfortable and fits our family!

This apartment is work in progress. The ceiling was leaking, there are sink holes in the floor and the shower stalls have bad water stains. The stairs outside are dangerous and the floors need replaced. The windows are non-functioning. The good news is the place is located walking distance to anything you need including the hot springs.

We have stayed here numerous summers and it's always been a blast and a great location. It's always been rundown but I've know what I was getting in to and the convenience was worth it. This time though the AC was not working or just barely. Temperature in the house showed 90 degrees at night! Fans were blowing but it was just hot air circulating around the house. It might have been tolerable if you could open the windows in the house because it was way cooler outside but there are big signs saying that they don't work and you might break them. So, we were trapped in a house that cost us over 250 a night. And... When reaching out to rental owners or whatever they are, no answer and no response to messages. Such a waste of money and a huge damper on our big family weekend away. It was the worst. It might make a decent place to stay in the winter but or the summer, STAY AWAY!

Don't let the photos of the apartment fool you. There is a hole in the wall by the door you enter into. Next, there are curtains that close off the bathrooms, so not very good privacy. No outlet or hand soap in the first bathroom as you walk in. The light switch to that bathroom was hard to find. It's by the sink, which makes no sense. No light in the shower, and there is black mold. The carpeting needs more than vacuuming, they need to be deep cleaned, so don't walk around barefoot. In the livingroom on the wall by the couch is a black patch of what, I'm not sure, but thankfully its not mold!

Do not book this place. The pictures do not reflect what it really looks like. We wouldn’t sleep in the beds as we slept on top because of not trusting the bedding. We wouldn’t even take our shoes off to touch the flooring. We found other people’s shoes under the bed, blinds haven’t been cleaned in decades, and we wouldn’t use the shower as we didn’t trust it being cleaned. Spare yourself. They even had a sticker on the bottom of the garbage can under the sink to “fix” a break in it. So gross!

alot of stairs to get in, and the entry stair is double the size of most stairs, very hard to get in! inside both bathrooms only have curtains over doorway no privacy! and bunkbeds the kids could fall off one end and fall down a very large set of stair. other then that a little run down but would be perfect ith the 4 beds to seperate bathroom and bedrooms for a group .
