Views out every window, in a quiet neighborhood, in easy driving distance to everything wonderful. We loved being on this side of Sedona. The pool and hot tub are dreamy. The home is clean and beautifully decorated, with many special touches. It has a wine fridge, wet bar, and large kitchen fridge—so many extras and space to spread out for entertaining on a perfect vacation.

Our group really enjoyed the vacation rental- the location was ideal- only a few mins drive from uptown Sedona and close to many hikes. There was enough room in the house for 8 of us to be spread out comfortably. The pool table was a huge hit. The kitchen was well stocked with all cooking gear and everything labeled well. The views are amazing. The pool looked great, though we couldn’t really use it as it was still cold in March. I’ve already told a lot of my friends about this rental and would stay again. Thanks for the comfortable, well appointed house.

We were thrilled with our vacation home in Sedona. The home had a lot of “hidden gem” surprises indoors and out. We had plenty of room for the six adults in our party, including at the large kitchen table. We loved the multiple outdoor patio spaces and the game room.

This reviews by any means no exaggeration. This was my first time visiting Sedona, it was my wife's second trip, her first trip was 20 years ago. I booked the house with the priority being a pool. The check in process was very simple & quick. When we arrived we were very surprised. The pictures of the house don't do it justice. The house is beautiful, clean & spacious. Everything, and I mean everything you will need for your stay short of food is provided in the house. The kitchen has clean modern appliances, a ton of dishes, glasses & cups. The washer & dryer are new and work great. We only used the master bedroom, but the bed was super comfy & the room was spacious. The pool was fun and the backyard was very well manicured. The neighborhood was very quiet. The house is located about 2 miles outside of downtown Sedona, perfectly located away from the hustle & bustle. We hiked up to the Chapel of The Holy Cross Church which is about 1 1/2 miles away (it's a must see) & went on one of the hiking trails nearby. What else can I say about this property?? The owners were very attentive and hospitable during our stay. We will definitely be coming back, but this time with family. Rent this property, you won't be disappointed!!! pool.

Spacious and spotless house with lots of room for parents and two adult children to spread out. Everyone enjoyed the pool table and two living spaces. Only two glitches were outdoor pool wasn't pre-heated as requested and ceiling in loft area developed a slight leak after 24-hours of rain. Both issues were very quickly addressed by property manager, who was very polite and professional. Thank you!

This was our second year at Indian Cliffs Retreat and it was just as perfect as our first visit. We all loved the home, the set up of everything and just loved having the pool. The neighborhood is beautiful and quiet. We had coffee every morning on the upper deck watching the hot air balloons go up. It was just magnificent.

We enjoyed our stay in the home we rented. The house was spacious, air conditioned, tastefully decorated and had all the necessary conveniences to make our stay comfortable except for one -- a working can opener. An electric opener would have been preferable to the difficult manual one. Also we couldn't close the corner lazy-susan cupboard once we opened it. Sorry! The neighborhood was peaceful and pretty. We were pleased with our selection. We loved the stained glass windows, the large round kitchen table, the multiple tvs, the pool table and the outdoor patio and pool.

We didn’t get to stay the entire time as we had a family emergency but we will return. The pool with waterfall was beautiful and refreshing. The views were gorgeous and walking the neighborhood was quiet and full of natural beauty. The house had plenty of room to host a larger group and was equipped with all you’d need.

My husband and I spent a long weekend with another couple. Large well equipped kitchen and plenty of rooms to spread out and relax. Pool and spa were great! The neighborhood was very quiet. The house is located about 2 miles outside of downtown Sedona, perfectly located away from the hustle & bustle. We hiked up to the Chapel of The Holy Cross Church which is about 1 1/2 miles away (it's a must see) & went on one of the hiking trails nearby. What else can I say about this property?? The owners were very attentive and hospitable during our stay. We will definitely be coming back, but this time with family. Rent this property, you won't be disappointed!!! pool.

Spacious and spotless house with lots of room for parents and two adult children to spread out. Everyone enjoyed the pool table and two living spaces. Only two glitches were outdoor pool wasn't pre-heated as requested and ceiling in loft area developed a slight leak after 24-hours of rain. Both issues were very quickly addressed by property manager, who was very polite and professional. Thank you!

The house is even nicer than the pictures indicate. It’s in a quiet and lovely neighborhood. We were there for my daughter’s convalescence, so we stayed put—but never tired of the pool and comfortable setting. The kitchen in fun to use. Through no fault of the owners, there was a glitch at check in—the previous tenants were very late checking out, but John and his housekeepers made sure we could get in without losing a day. Can’t imagine a more lovely place to spend time.

This was our second year at Indian Cliffs Retreat and it was just as perfect as our first visit. We all loved the home, the set up of everything and just loved having the pool. The neighborhood is beautiful and quiet. We had coffee every morning on the upper deck watching the hot air balloons go up. It was just magnificent.

The house is gorgeous, with huge windows, mountain views, pool, hot tub, and game/tv room. There was so much space for a family stay. We enjoyed our stay in the home we rented. The house was spacious, air conditioned, tastefully decorated and had all the necessary conveniences to make our stay comfortable except for one -- a working can opener. An electric opener would have been preferable to the difficult manual one. Also we couldn't close the corner lazy-susan cupboard once we opened it. Sorry! The neighborhood was peaceful and pretty. We were pleased with our selection. We loved the stained glass windows, the large round kitchen table, the multiple tvs, the pool table and the outdoor patio and pool.

This was for an annual ladies trip. We really enjoyed our stay the Indian Cliff Getaway. We relaxed, paddled around in the heated pool and hiked the nearby trails.We even created a couple of really excellent meals using the beautiful industrial grade gas stove.

My husband and I spent a long weekend with another couple. Large well equipped kitchen and plenty of rooms to spread out and relax. Pool and spa were great! We were thrilled with our vacation home in Sedona. The home had a lot of “hidden gem” surprises indoors and out. We had plenty of room for the six adults in our party, including at the large kitchen table. We loved the multiple outdoor patio spaces and the game room.

During our 3 person for 3 night stay at this location in Sedona, there was a less than expected quality of our place for the price. The overall house was technically clean to a standard, but when we first arrived the white couches and furniture in the front room was very dingy and soiled. As were all the rugs in the place from entrances to bathrooms. We went to then unfold the beach towels from being in the spa, it unmasked how soiled they were. The towels had been folded and put away above the washer/ dryer with stains, crusty bird poop, etc.The master bedroom had older dark stains all over the light colored carpet, that hadn’t been treated at all. These we communicated to the Casago team over text with images. The master bathroom had no washcloths, bath towels, and zero doors which made using the bathroom uncomfortable. We had to announce when we would be showering/toileting, so no one would get surprised. The pool outback was not working. Upon arrival one of the guests got a random phone call from our home state area code to confirm someone would be by the next day for a “service”… The next day we went into town and when we returned it was evident there had been someone in the pool area without our knowledge from the Casago team. Was someone there to fix the pool? We never heard from the team and the pool wasn’t fixed/circulating so it was very grimy along the lining. Between all these instances plus the added indoor bugs we left a day early and headed to a hotel.

Absolutely amazing, that’s all we can say about this great house with tons of room with every amenity you’ll ever need. The pool was absolutely gorgeous. The waterfall just added to it. My family of 5 had a great time in Sedona and the house was great. Very clean. Very good communication. We would definitely stay here again. We had a little trouble with the hot tub but then realized there were controls both in the house and out at the pump. The pool table got used a lot which was a bonus. Overall great stay!
