Cerca del aeropuerto DFW. El único inconveniente es el desayuno que no hay nada preparado. Si uno lleva prisa como en nuestro caso, te quedas sin desayunar. Deberían de tener platillos ya preparados como en casi todos los restaurantes.

Okay Clean

I had a terrible experience and I feel like the staff may need some customer service training. The girl that was working the front desk didn’t see my correct booking and I am not sure if that was on hotels.com or if that was that the girl wasn’t paying attention. I was also charged for my room by hotels.com and by the hotel again. The girl at the front desk was absolutely no help and was not willing to help me at all. Hotels.com couldn’t get a hold of the hotel so they sent an email to the hotel to get things corrected and the girl at the front desk said she didn’t have access to the email that the rep sent it to. The girl at the front desk did not want any part of helping me figure it out. She definitely could use some customer service training.

Everything was very clean and accommodating. We I’ll definitely sat here again

Property itself was safe and secluded for the most part, but access to the highway for anything you need. Staff was so friendly! I absolutely loved the atmosphere. Clean room and bathroom. Drybar products in shower was a nice surprise. Only suggestions I have is to fix the level 5 ice maker and add more towels to the room (there was only one towel for my room and might've been an honest mistake). Would definitely stay here again.
