Stay away and if you do stay watch out for double billing. Dealing with the manager was so disrespectful. Zero amenities, fuzzy TV, blankets thinner than tissue and towels just slightly thicker. Get ready for parking lot Tetris and if you have an SUV or oversized expect some dings in the lot.

We stayed here as a family with two children and we absolutely enjoyed our time. The front desk was helpful and polite. The room is pretty new, I believe the building is newly constructed, but the price is affordable. The rooms are on the 2nd and 3rd floor and you have to walk up which wasn’t a problem for us. The AC kept us cool, there were enough towels in the room. The bed and pillows were so comfortable. If I have a criticism it would be that there was no closet and no iron/iron board. The beach and boardwalk is two blocks away. There’s a convenience store right across the street. You have to pay $10/day for parking. Overall, we loved it.

Staff was great and this is a spectacular place to stay! We had the double room with a city view. The room was clean, spacious, and lit up with daylight rather than artificial light. The boardwalk is an easy two blocks away. The only minor issue is that the parking spaces are small with a normal sized SUV. We will ABSOLUTELY be staying here again!

Checking in was a nightmare there were fees for everything including parking per night and a child fee per night. There was a cash deposit of 200 dollars on top of the money already paid for the room. Also my vehicle was tampered with in their parking lot I had to pay to park in and the antitheft device was activated, so my vehicle had to be reset by unplugging the battery terminals for 15 minutes. I personal would never stay there again.

This hotel was great and a great location. Easy to walk to boardwalk and beach. Easy parking with parking pass included. Very clean and new. Could see the ocean in front and the bay behind us from the stairs.

Don't believe the listed per night stay as priced on the Expedia site. When you get there, be prepared to pay almost three times that amount for a room deposit, in cash. Oh yeah and forget canceling your room when you find out about the added extras, like parking charges, tax, tax, tax, it is non refundable, haha. By the time you check out you could have stayed at the Hilton for less.

Pros: Building and most furnishings were fairly new. The photos look amazing. The desk lady was nice and friendly and helpful. Cons: I stayed in room 201. Not sure what was happening in 301 but it sounded like a soccer game was happening with tons of people. Next door to my room was something labeled “laundry” which was very loud. On the other side was the busy main drag of ocean city that seems to never rest. I got zero sleep the first night as noise was constant from every side of my room till at least 3-4am. Although stuff looked and seemed new, the workmanship was very poor. Bathroom missing silicone seal, the toilet paper roll was holding on by prayer, the shower shell had hole and other damage that seemed like poor contractor type damage. The sheets and towels were in the condition that most people would throw away. The room wasn’t “filthy” but the towels, sheets, etc had tons of lint like stuff on it. The laminate floors had foot prints when I first arrived all over the bathroom. The closet had random store hangers half broken.. Upon check-in I had to initial so many fee acknowledgement for a dozen things. No pet fee, no extra guest fee, no damage to the room fee, etc etc. I’d stay here again if it was much cheaper than other places, but I have no clue how it has such high reviews by other guests. Not sure they were staying in the same room as me….

We were traveling with 3 adults/ 1 newborn and felt so at peace here. Our #1 concern was cleanliness since we had a newborn and the room was just that - incredibly well-kept, wonderful and spacious. The staff member Marianne was amazing and so kind when checking us in and making sure we had everything that we needed, especially with the little one. I would just suggest someone to lend her a hand - it can get busy! Otherwise an overall perfect stay and will be staying here with our family again.

Absolutely gorgeous hotel!! everything is super clean and updated. The rooms are massive and the beds are very comfortable. Free breakfast was delicious and i would 100% recommend to anyone who is looking for a hotel in this area!

I was out of the room for 3 hours after I arrived and had the a/c on the entire time. The air conditioning in my "new" room did not cool the room at all. When I tried to report the issue to the front desk, no one answered the phone. I went to the front office and it was closed at the time (11:45pm). I left before the office reopened and was unable to report the issue after spending the night in a hot motel room. I would like a credit since I did not get what I paid for.

Once you arrive you are charged and additional premium fee as a security deposit. Why is this not included when you pay online? and they want cash? Then they say it will be refunded as soon as you check out. I am finding out that they don't do that either. Very unhappy with the front desk.

Checking in was a nightmare there were fees for everything including parking per night and a child fee per night. There was a cash deposit of 200 dollars on top of the money already paid for the room. I was out of the room for 3 hours after I arrived and had the a/c on the entire time. The air conditioning in my "new" room did not cool the room at all. When I tried to report the issue to the front desk, no one answered the phone. I went to the front office and it was closed at the time (11:45pm). I left before the office reopened and was unable to report the issue after spending the night in a hot motel room. I would like a credit since I did not get what I paid for.

We were traveling with 3 adults/ 1 newborn and felt so at peace here. Our #1 concern was cleanliness since we had a newborn and the room was just that - incredibly well-kept, wonderful and spacious. The staff member Marianne was amazing and so kind when checking us in and making sure we had everything that we needed, especially with the little one. I would just suggest someone to lend her a hand - it can get busy! Otherwise an overall perfect stay and will be staying here with our family again.

No one was at check-in or check out . They watch cameras from there apartment. They were to stick me in an older residentve next store before I I proved them wron. Then next day they didn't make up my room and I had round up dirty towels and have bring new one to room. Would not go back!!!

I got the room to be closed to the Ocean City Fishing Center, where I was going out on an early morning black seabass fishing trip. And the Ocean Lodge North fulfilled that requirement as it's only 1.5 miles away. And being on Thursday night, the room rate was very affordable for being close to everything in town. The icing on the cake was meeting the friendly staff at the desk. I made a promise I would bring my whole family back on a longer stay.

Staff was great and this is a spectacular place to stay! We had the double room with a city view. The room was clean, spacious, and lit up with daylight rather than artificial light. The boardwalk is an easy two blocks away. The only minor issue is that the parking spaces are small with a normal sized SUV. We will ABSOLUTELY be staying here again!

This hotel was great and a great location. Easy to walk to boardwalk and beach. Easy parking with parking pass included. Very clean and new. Could see the ocean in front and the bay behind us from the stairs.

Absolutely gorgeous hotel!! everything is super clean and updated. The rooms are massive and the beds are very comfortable. Free breakfast was delicious and i would 100% recommend to anyone who is looking for a hotel in this area!

Great for what you need it to be: a place to sleep and recharge after the beach and boardwalk festivities. The water pressure left a little something to be desired, but the room was clean, the bedding was fresh, the room was stocked with more than enough towels, and the beds were comfortable.

Good room, but serious disruption from overnight CO and evacuation alarms. This would have received a very good review if it had not been for the carbon monoxide alarm and an “evacuate” alarm sounding at around 3 a.m. We were woken by the alarms and had to leave the room. The carbon monoxide alarm continued until around 4 a.m, while the evacuation alarm continued until staff arrived early the next morning. We tried to contact the company using the telephone numbers provided on the website, but the calls went to an automated answering system. The options did not work and the calls were disconnected. Another room appeared to have the same issue. We opened the windows and were unable to settle properly for the rest of the night. At checkout, we informed the desk staff, who contacted the manager. The response was simply to thank us for the information. Given that this involved a carbon monoxide alarm and an evacuation alarm with no effective way to contact staff, we were disappointed with how the situation was handled and that there was no follow-up or explanation afterwards.

Upon arrival, there was no place to park and a bunch of guys getting high in the parking lot. Room was clean, bathroom a decent size and the air conditioner was great. But the beds were not great-we didn’t sleep at all. For a one night stay, we survived but mostly like wouldn’t stay again
