Positives - Great area in the middle of all of the shops and restaurants. There is entertainment at some of the establishments so there is no reason to leave the area. Negatives - No ice machine on property, lots of noise from trash trucks every morning from 5 to 6 am, lack of black out shades on the windows and doors are glass letting in a lot of light in the evenings.

Communication with the office went smoothly as it was done through a phone call and a pass code through text. The elevators sucked. We only found one on the other side of the complex that worked. Not convenient or helpful when you have large suite cases. Room was clean and spacious given that it was a studio size. However the light outside the room shined through all night making it hard to bright in the room all night for my liking Would definitely rent there again as the location in Johns Pass was amazing, lots of restaurants close by and super comfy and clean room. The price was great.

Found out 2 hours before check in this is no contact property . Which was fine but the parking needed more direction . Called the property office and person that answered could not direct me to the parking lot . I have landmark at John’s pass villages and she had no idea what I was saying . Had to refer back to our GPS. The property emailed a parking pass and then we had to figure out where the rooms were on the 3 rd floor . Better communication or instructions SHOULD be supplied . Not everyone lives in the area and visitors from out of town would have zero clue as how the John’s pass process works . Location is great ! Dining is amazing ! Trolley was helpful .

We had no issues. Simple easy check-in. Close, secure, garage parking. (which is a huge plus at Johns Pass) The room was clean and comfortable. We would stay there anytime we visit.

We were given one trash bag, no sponges or paper towels/ dish soap, there was a dying roach in our room and the parking was awful. The front desk didn’t know we were in the parking lot by hooters and ga e us wrong directions to get to condo.

If you like sleeping with insects flyinv around or if you dont plan on eating in the room because of insects then this is definitely your place. Called about the problrm and a maintenance man who difnt even speak english showed up with a can of raid. Never again.

The condo was clean and spacious. We really liked the location- you could walk to so many places. The condo had a few wear and tear items and things that needed to be repaired but overall, it was a very nice place. However, when we first walked in, there was an overwhelming fishy smell that we traced back to the master bathroom. It appears it was coming from the shower drain. We flushed it with lots of hot water and soap and even went and bought a bottle of Febreze to spray around, which made it tolerable, but was still there the entire stay.

The condo was clean and spacious. We really liked the location- you could walk to so many places. Good location, beach access is walking distance, parking pass was included with stay, staff is prompt at problem solving. The negatives- mattresses are indented and not comfortable. The pictures when booking makes it look like a kitchenette is included but it’s just a small studio room with a small dorm room fridge. Check in was easy, it was a quick 4-5 minute walk to a gorgeous beach, many restaurants & shops close by. Felt safe and staff would replenish toiletries quickly upon request. Bed was comfy, room was kinda small but it was only 2 of us. It was quiet and the TV had many common streaming apps such as Netflix & HBO max

Perfect location! We love John's Pass and were looking forward to our stay. Unfortunately, it was during the recent cold weather and it was so cold in the room that we had to be covered up in bed when in the room. Floor was freezing! Thermostat was locked at max of 63. When we asked we were told that it couldn't go higher. So disappointed. Bed was comfortable. I don't know if there is a locked temp for AC so not sure how comfortable the room would be in hot weather.

This is our second year staying here and we love it. I have been disappointed both times with the tvs. They never work. Also a this time the internet was down for a long time. The location and accommodation for our big family does way out the cons.

I was awaken both mornings at 6:30 am by the trash removal trucks. Very noisy. And the second night I returned to room and code to open door was changed and I had a lot of trouble trying to contact someone. Finally I gained access to someone else’s room and could get “the desk” and then they were able to reset the door code.

A particularly distressing incident occurred when I was abruptly awakened in the middle of the night by the fire alarm while sleeping with my service dog. Believing there was a genuine emergency, I almost called 911!! Instead, I contacted the help desk and was informed it was a false alarm caused by a faulty system. The representative explained that no maintenance staff were on-site but offered to move me to another room for the night, assuring me it would be fixed “in the morning.” I decided to sleep in a different room expecting the issue to be addressed in the morning. Unfortunately, “morning” turned out to be 10:30 a.m.—well into my workday. The alarm’s volume made staying in the room unbearable, forcing me to relocate. Packing and moving my personal and business belongings took 45 minutes, disrupting my work schedule.

They say location location location, that’s exactly what you get !! Walk to stores restaurants beach. Short drive to other fun places. Definitely loved this trip!

Absolutely perfect stay! The location couldn’t have been better, just a short walk to the beach. We parked our car when we arrived and didn’t need it again for the rest of the trip. Everything we needed was within walking distance. Highly recommend!

Great location! Loved this place. Only complaint was the traffic was a little loud so good luck sleeping in.

Place was amazing. Located in John Pass. Many stores, restaurants and business for jet ski dolphins watching snorkeling sunset. Fishing less than 1 minute walk and beach is less than 2 minute walk away.

Check in was easy, it was a quick 4-5 minute walk to a gorgeous beach, many restaurants & shops close by. Felt safe and staff would replenish toiletries quickly upon request. Bed was comfy, room was kinda small but it was only 2 of us. It was quiet and the TV had many common streaming apps such as Netflix & HBO max

This was the first time we’ve stayed here and it won’t be the last. We honestly didn’t even know there was a hotel! But it was clean and obviously so close to food and shopping. We parked once and didn’t have to drive again till we left. The housekeeping and mgmt went above and beyond when they let us know that we left my husband’s backpack in the room. They kept it safe for us until we could return later that everyone get it.

Loved convenience of checking in and proximity to every thing. Took moment to figure out parking but once we did we had awesome time. Will come back.

Found out 2 hours before check in this is no contact property . Which was fine but the parking needed more direction . Called the property office and person that answered could not direct me to the parking lot . I have landmark at John’s pass villages and she had no idea what I was saying . Had to refer back to our GPS. The property emailed a parking pass and then we had to figure out where the rooms were on the 3 rd floor . Better communication or instructions SHOULD be supplied . Not everyone lives in the area and visitors from out of town would have zero clue as how the John’s pass process works . Location is great ! Dining is amazing ! Trolley was helpful .

It was an extremely weird setup. They were store front type of rooms with glass door that did not double lock and did no have a way to block the insane amount of light coming through the door. Impossible to sleep if you like it even remotely dark. The sheets were like sandpaper and for a king bed there were super small pillows. There was cracks everywhere and missing paint. I think it could be nice with some thoughtful changes.

Dates and times of arrival and departure were wrong. Was not clear instructions of check in. Parking floor had rotting trash and maggots our entire stay. Room was not serviced until we asked. Will not stay again.

Location! Location! Location! There is no better location. Everything is right there ✅️ There is no pool, but the ocean is an easy 5 minute walk under the shaded drawbridge, no need to cross a busy street. The restaurants are all right there on the boardwalk and a pizzeria 🍕 in the building next store. There is a restaurant right in the same buildin which is a fun restaurant and also an amazing little convenience store. We stayed in a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom. It came with two covered parking spots. The unit was very roomy, the AC worked amazing and it was clean. It had an amazing deck with great views. We will definitely be back!!!
