I was not given instructions for how to get into the facility until I reached it in the evening. I was given the wrong code for the keys to my room and no one would answer my emails or calls about this. I tried the wrong code for an hour before the correct code was sent. The room I finally got into had a lock that the door wood itself was broken away from and was not secure. I do not recommend this place to stay in. Especially for single female travelers.

L'emplacement était bon, cependant l'arrivée était laborieuse. Pas de personnel sur place, vous avez besoin de faire le check-in en ligne et vous avez besoin d'avoir un cellulaire avec données pour pouvoir entrer. Sinon appeler pour parler à quelqu'un. Notre TV intelligente ne se connectait pas aux appareils. L'isolation n'est pas très efficace, on entend tout de l'immeuble et de l'extérieur.

We traveled around Puglia for a month and this was by far our worse stay. - There were holes in the floor. - There were broken floor trims. - The floor was very dirty (our son’s clothes were BLACK after crawling on the floor for a few minutes!) - The balcony, unlike in the pictures, was missing chairs. – so it could barely be used. - The shower was dirty. - The baby crib was missing a mattress. - There was a bad smell in the hallway at the entrance to the apartment. - The checkout time did not match what was stated on Hotels. - The support was unfriendly. - It was very poor sound isolation. Unacceptable.
