Impressive property with lush gardens and interesting architecture. The rooms give up some comfort in pursuit of style but the overall experience is great. Special mention to the restaurant and the included experiences which were both excellent.

Pros: gorgeous architecture and property. The landscaping is unreal. Unique experience. Stunning pool/jacuzzi. Nice activities — definitely do the hike to las palmas beach. Cons: incomprehensibly slow (and of course overpriced, but that’s normal for a resort style hotel) restaurant. We were continually shocked at the wait time and less than stellar service. No insulation in the rooms which was not a big deal, but we could heard some water pipes and some talking through the walls. Some of the lighting was perfect, but dimmers should be added in some places like the shower where the bright light is a vibe killer. They tell you that it’s a good idea to book activities in advance, but they didn’t say that the capacity is very small. The hike is only 8 people, which is of course nice, but yeah you have to plan your day next day in advance. We couldn’t get into yoga because it was full - looked like maybe 8-10 people? For a hotel that could have as many as 80+ guests, they should find a way to accommodate more people for some of these activities since there really isn’t much else to do (esp when the weather is bad). The hike was amazing, but we were disappointed that you cannot do any hiking without a guide and also cannot use the mountain bikes without going on the guided ride. The adjacent property is private so it totally makes sense, but there should be more autonomous activities that don’t require bookings. Loved it but I recommend staying elsewhere for some of your trip

We stayed at the Paradero resort for 7 nights in late Nov/early Dec. We were drawn to this unique property and stunning architecture. Truly impressive, with a balance of both private spots and open areas. Each room is castle-like and every detail feels intentional. The roof top terrace and giant hammock are special spots to relax with privacy. The landscape creates a modern, natural space where you are surrounded by concrete, wood, and plants. However, we encountered several service issues that affected our experience. Before booking, we confirmed vegan options would be available, yet the restaurant failed to meet expectations. Despite notifying staff in advance, no vegan dishes were offered—only modified vegetarian meals lacking protein. Our concerns were dismissed by the restaurant manager. The resort’s activities were well-guided and enjoyable. However, service issues continued, including a 90-minute delay for return transportation from the sunset beach and a booking error for a bike ride which were blamed on new staff. The cooking class was excellent, the chef created a vegan menu and providing a fun, interactive experience. The resort’s location is near the beach but lacks direct access, a vehicle is recommended. This resort has significant potential, but staff and service is inconsistent. Training and attention to detail are essential to elevate the experience. The missed opportunities and lack of accountability left us disappointed for the price paid.

I can't say enough good things about Paradero. I just got back from a 5 night stay on an anniversary trip and it was nothing short of amazing. It was a stunning property and I felt lucky to be there - and what was so refreshing was that the staff was so thankful to have us. Alejandra made us feel so welcome and special upon our arrival - so many others throughout the trip like Isaac in the experiences sector, Ceasar in the food/beverage, and so many more went above and beyond. Our food was top tier - the best we had all throughout town (and we had a jeep to explore all other areas, too). We took advantage of the experiences offered at no charge: Hiking, Beach Sunset, and Beach Day. Each were so well-organized and extremely private. Everything about the hotel was pristine.. the grounds, room service, etc. We also did the spa which made you feel like a whole new world. The design of the whole property is so unique and perfect for anyone who likes photography - the way the light hits is stunning at every angle. Can't say enough good things.. so special!! -Eric

The poor service at the hotel is unacceptable for this price point. The front desk staff was disorganized. Scheduling transport was a mess, and 3/4 rides were in old, dirty box vans. Another guest we spoke to was left stranded in town after their car didn’t show up, forcing them to take a taxi. The restaurant/pool servers either forgot items, said they were out of something, or in once case completely ignored us. The food/drinks took an unreasonable amount of time out, and when they did, they were good but nothing to write home about. The pool was freezing cold. One staff member said that the heater just broke, but there are months-old reviews online complaining of the same thing. The hotel is beautiful and the experiences were cool, but stay somewhere else and book your own experiences. I’m at a loss for how Paradero retained a one-key rating from Michelin.

My stay at Paradero was an unforgettable experience that I will treasure forever. The hospitality from the team, starting from my pick-up at the airport, was outstanding. The property itself is indescribably beautiful. You truly connect with nature and everything around you, and the landscapes are breathtaking. The design is simply spectacular! I genuinely enjoyed participating in all the experiences included in the rate, as these were activities I don’t usually get to do, and doing them at Paradero completely changed my perspective. I had the most delicious meals at the restaurant; the service and attention from the team were exceptional. I highly recommend trying the FrenchToast, the fish tostada, and the shoft shell crab taco. Everyone was so friendly and attentive. I will definitely be returning with friends for my next vacation!

The property is very beautiful. The staff is wonderful. The food is delicious. My only and large complaint is that I was told the pool heater was under repair and not currently working but according to two separate friends who had been before, they were told the same. So it appears the pool is not heated at all and the jacuzzi has not worked as well and that is something that should be listed or made aware of. The property is in a desolate area and there is not a lot to do unless you will be driving. For me the point of a hotel like that is to escape and get away and not go anywhere and it should be listed that a large amenity like that is not working or disclose it’s not a heated pool. In addition there was a hole along the pool wall where a light was taken out and not replaced where I placed my foot while in the pool and I could have cut myself badly. Fortunately the metal object did not break my skin even though it was very sharp and did hurt a lot.

Atención buena en recepción a la llegada, mal servicio en cuartos… la habitación que me asignaron no estaba lista, carecía de limpieza… cama sin sábanas y almohadas incompletas, igualmente sin rack para cortinas y tapar el sol. Previo a mi llegada solicite un servicio de transporte privado al aeropuerto de La Paz … me dijeron me enviarían por correo cotización, nunca llegó. Tuve que conseguir por mi cuenta un chofer y pagar el servicio independiente… el día que hice mi check out en el front desk me lo querían cobrar como si hubiera sido un servicio de ellos.

Gorgeous hotel with truly incredible food and great experiences included in the stay. Top notch service with a special shoutout to Cesar for his warmth and hospitality during our cooking class and Omakase. Everyone went above and beyond to make our stay as perfect and comfortable as possible Downside is bathroom is quite smelly, they need to fix their systems. Also be sure to pre-book your paid experiences in advance

No vale lo que cuesta. El concepto del hotel es interesante, pero la relación calidad-costo es pésima. La habitación no es muy comoda, el baño separado de la habitación quita la privacidad ya que si sales desnudo del baño te podrian ver los huéspedes vecinos. No todas las ventanas tienen blackout, así que en la mañana entra la luz y es molesto. Se escucha la caída del drenaje del piso superior (no tiene aislamiento acustico). Difícilmente puedes pedir servicio a la habitación ya que no hay donde desayunar/comer cómodamente. Si quieres habitación con hamaca en la azotea, además de que te van a ver los de las habitaciones de abajo porque no tiene\xa0 privacidad, te debes asegurar de que sea esa la que reservas, ya que no es muy claro en el sistema ni en la descripción y te pueden dar una habitación del nivel bajo. Llovió un poco durante el día, así que había lodo en diversas áreas del hotel ya que no cuenta con pavimentos, además de provocar goteras en restaurante y baños públicos. La comida es más bien insípida y escasa, nada espectacular ni abundante, por los precios, podrías esperar mucho más. Por la cena de fin de año, nos avisaron que el restaurante cerraba a las 6, llegamos 5:15 y el mesero nos apresuró ya que necesitaba meter la orden urgentemente. El desayuno incluido es un chiste, si pides un burrito, te dan una miniatura de 10 cm, y su café es malo. Pedí un poco de miel y no pudieron conseguirla. Otro hotel con la misma tarifa o hasta menor hubiera sido mucho mejor.

Paradero was a great !from the minute you arrive , you know this will be an unforgettable experience. The staff the grounds the food all amazing , low key super chilled place . Absolutely beautiful property! Very tranquil and relaxing. The staff was so wonderful and accommodating to all our requests. The hotel is located in nature so if you are afraid of bugs beware but other than that I would definitely visit again. 10/10 recommend.

The property is very beautiful. The staff is wonderful. The food is delicious. My only and large complaint is that I was told the pool heater was under repair and not currently working but according to two separate friends who had been before, they were told the same. So it appears the pool is not heated at all and the jacuzzi has not worked as well and that is something that should be listed or made aware of. The property is in a desolate area and there is not a lot to do unless you will be driving. For me the point of a hotel like that is to escape and get away and not go anywhere and it should be listed that a large amenity like that is not working or disclose it’s not a heated pool. In addition there was a hole along the pool wall where a light was taken out and not replaced where I placed my foot while in the pool and I could have cut myself badly. Fortunately the metal object did not break my skin even though it was very sharp and did hurt a lot.

Impressive property with lush gardens and interesting architecture. The rooms give up some comfort in pursuit of style but the overall experience is great. Special mention to the restaurant and the included experiences which were both excellent.

Pros: gorgeous architecture and property. The landscaping is unreal. Unique experience. Stunning pool/jacuzzi. Nice activities — definitely do the hike to las palmas beach. Cons: incomprehensibly slow (and of course overpriced, but that’s normal for a resort style hotel) restaurant. We were continually shocked at the wait time and less than stellar service. No insulation in the rooms which was not a big deal, but we could heard some water pipes and some talking through the walls. Some of the lighting was perfect, but dimmers should be added in some places like the shower where the bright light is a vibe killer. They tell you that it’s a good idea to book activities in advance, but they didn’t say that the capacity is very small. The hike is only 8 people, which is of course nice, but yeah you have to plan your day next day in advance. We couldn’t get into yoga because it was full - looked like maybe 8-10 people? For a hotel that could have as many as 80+ guests, they should find a way to accommodate more people for some of these activities since there really isn’t much else to do (esp when the weather is bad). The hike was amazing, but we were disappointed that you cannot do any hiking without a guide and also cannot use the mountain bikes without going on the guided ride. The adjacent property is private so it totally makes sense, but there should be more autonomous activities that don’t require bookings. Loved it but I recommend staying elsewhere for some of your trip

No vale lo que cuesta. El concepto del hotel es interesante, pero la relación calidad-costo es pésima. La habitación no es muy comoda, el baño separado de la habitación quita la privacidad ya que si sales desnudo del baño te podrian ver los huéspedes vecinos. No todas las ventanas tienen blackout, así que en la mañana entra la luz y es molesto. Se escucha la caída del drenaje del piso superior (no tiene aislamiento acustico). Difícilmente puedes pedir servicio a la habitación ya que no hay donde desayunar/comer cómodamente. Si quieres habitación con hamaca en la azotea, además de que te van a ver los de las habitaciones de abajo porque no tiene\xa0 privacidad, te debes asegurar de que sea esa la que reservas, ya que no es muy claro en el sistema ni en la descripción y te pueden dar una habitación del nivel bajo. Llovió un poco durante el día, así que había lodo en diversas áreas del hotel ya que no cuenta con pavimentos, además de provocar goteras en restaurante y baños públicos. La comida es más bien insípida y escasa, nada espectacular ni abundante, por los precios, podrías esperar mucho más. Por la cena de fin de año, nos avisaron que el restaurante cerraba a las 6, llegamos 5:15 y el mesero nos apresuró ya que necesitaba meter la orden urgentemente. El desayuno incluido es un chiste, si pides un burrito, te dan una miniatura de 10 cm, y su café es malo. Pedí un poco de miel y no pudieron conseguirla. Otro hotel con la misma tarifa o hasta menor hubiera sido mucho mejor.

We stayed at the Paradero resort for 7 nights in late Nov/early Dec. We were drawn to this unique property and stunning architecture. Truly impressive, with a balance of both private spots and open areas. Each room is castle-like and every detail feels intentional. The roof top terrace and giant hammock are special spots to relax with privacy. The landscape creates a modern, natural space where you are surrounded by concrete, wood, and plants. However, we encountered several service issues that affected our experience. Before booking, we confirmed vegan options would be available, yet the restaurant failed to meet expectations. Despite notifying staff in advance, no vegan dishes were offered—only modified vegetarian meals lacking protein. Our concerns were dismissed by the restaurant manager. The resort’s activities were well-guided and enjoyable. However, service issues continued, including a 90-minute delay for return transportation from the sunset beach and a booking error for a bike ride which were blamed on new staff. The cooking class was excellent, the chef created a vegan menu and providing a fun, interactive experience. The resort’s location is near the beach but lacks direct access, a vehicle is recommended. This resort has significant potential, but staff and service is inconsistent. Training and attention to detail are essential to elevate the experience. One word NEVER coming back again!! We come to Cabo at least twice a year and stayed in so many high end resorts (Four Seasons, Ritz Carlton, NOBU, The Cape, Esperanza, Viceroy, Le Blanc) and absolutely never experienced what we experienced here. ROOMS: NO HEATERS gets extremely cold at night especially going to the bathroom since the bathroom is not part of the room and u literally have to go outside! Also be prepared that rooms in the back/backyard have NO PRIVACY and UNSAFE…some workers from the field will be walking around and creeping on you. While I was showering I had some man hide in bushes and watch me shower. good luck taking a bath in the tub that is outside because someone will creep on you. ABSOLUTELY NOT okay! I even recorded a video of it. SERVICE: -0/10 We never got greeted at the lobby they just left us hanging the guy barely even spoke English and was talking on the phone. No one showed us around the property they just told us the room number and we had to go find ourselves. RESTAURANT: be prepared to wait for ur food for about an hour and not the fact they will get it right from the first time. this is NOT a 5* hotel or restaurant the only 5* is the price tag. For this price, I’ll rather stay in Four Seasons in Cabo where service is 5* guaranteed. My sister been wanting to come visit this hotel for so long I told her to cancel and not waster her money and time here.

This is a very interesting place. The rooms are beautiful, large and extremely private. Food was exceptional, as well as, the drinks. It a place to go to and unplug, there aren't a lot of things to do on the property so rent a car and plan to explore. My only negative was the price of the room. I found it expensive, compared to what you get from other hotels in this price range.

Atención buena en recepción a la llegada, mal servicio en cuartos… la habitación que me asignaron no estaba lista, carecía de limpieza… cama sin sábanas y almohadas incompletas, igualmente sin rack para cortinas y tapar el sol. Previo a mi llegada solicite un servicio de transporte privado al aeropuerto de La Paz … me dijeron me enviarían por correo cotización, nunca llegó. Tuve que conseguir por mi cuenta un chofer y pagar el servicio independiente… el día que hice mi check out en el front desk me lo querían cobrar como si hubiera sido un servicio de ellos.

I even recorded a video of it. SERVICE: -0/10 We never got greeted at the lobby they just left us hanging the guy barely even spoke English and was talking on the phone. No one showed us around the property they just told us the room number and we had to go find ourselves. RESTAURANT: be prepared to wait for ur food for about an hour and not the fact they will get it right from the first time. this is NOT a 5* hotel or restaurant the only 5* is the price tag. For this price, I’ll rather stay in Four Seasons in Cabo where service is 5* guaranteed. My sister been wanting to come visit this hotel for so long I told her to cancel and not waster her money and time here.

I can't say enough good things about Paradero. I just got back from a 5 night stay on an anniversary trip and it was nothing short of amazing. It was a stunning property and I felt lucky to be there - and what was so refreshing was that the staff was so thankful to have us. Alejandra made us feel so welcome and special upon our arrival - so many others throughout the trip like Isaac in the experiences sector, Ceasar in the food/beverage, and so many more went above and beyond. Our food was top tier - the best we had all throughout town (and we had a jeep to explore all other areas, too). We took advantage of the experiences offered at no charge: Hiking, Beach Sunset, and Beach Day. Each were so well-organized and extremely private. Everything about the hotel was pristine.. the grounds, room service, etc. We also did the spa which made you feel like a whole new world. The design of the whole property is so unique and perfect for anyone who likes photography - the way the light hits is stunning at every angle. Can't say enough good things.. so special!! -Eric

The Secret to Staying at Paradero: Need Nothing. Beautiful hotel, stunning landscapes—but if you actually need anything, good luck. Room service? Expect an hour-long wait for the wrong order, followed by another wait for the right one (spoiler: still wrong). We ordered a pot of coffee every morning, and every morning it was mysteriously rerouted to another room. Maybe someone out there had the best-caffeinated trip of their life. Communication? Everything goes through WhatsApp, where responses are either crickets or a heartfelt “I’ll look into that” (spoiler: they won’t). They do have a phone line, but it’s apparently decorative. The Art Walk tour was a true adventure—we arranged for a late pickup, confirmed it, then spent hours texting into the void while slowly accepting our fate as permanent town residents. Just as we were scouting local inns, they finally responded. The food? Tasty, but half the menu was MIA, and ordering was like a game of Will They Return? (answer: usually no). Our group turned it into a running joke. Despite all this, the place is gorgeous. The food/drinks took an unreasonable amount of time out, and when they did, they were good but nothing to write home about. The pool was freezing cold. One staff member said that the heater just broke, but there are months-old reviews online complaining of the same thing. The hotel is beautiful and the experiences were cool, but stay somewhere else and book your own experiences. I’m at a loss for how Paradero retained a one-key rating from Michelin.

The design is stunning! every detail feels intentional and inviting. The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming, making you feel right at home. The food at Tenoch is absolutely spectacular, definitely worthy of a Michelin mention, fresh, creative, and bursting with local flavors. I left feeling completely recharged and inspired. Definitely a place I can’t wait to come back to.

L’hôtel quand on arrive tard le soir dans la nuit être très difficile à trouver, il manque un éclairage sur les panneaux d’accès depuis la grande route et un fléchage éclairé pour arriver à l’hôtel. Sinon c’est très difficile de trouver cet hôtel dans des chemins sans aucune lumière et sans panneaux éclairés un conseil ne jamais y arriver le soir. Sinon vous allez-vous perdre dans des chemins de campagne . difficile et dans le noir complet.

We stayed at the Paradero resort for 7 nights in late Nov/early Dec. We were drawn to this unique property and stunning architecture. Truly impressive, with a balance of both private spots and open areas. Each room is castle-like and every detail feels intentional. The roof top terrace and giant hammock are special spots to relax with privacy. The landscape creates a modern, natural space where you are surrounded by concrete, wood, and plants. However, we encountered several service issues that affected our experience. Before booking, we confirmed vegan options would be available, yet the restaurant failed to meet expectations. Despite notifying staff in advance, no vegan dishes were offered—only modified vegetarian meals lacking protein. Our concerns were dismissed by the restaurant manager. The resort’s activities were well-guided and enjoyable. However, service issues continued, including a 90-minute delay for return transportation from the sunset beach and a booking error for a bike ride which were blamed on new staff. The cooking class was excellent, the chef created a vegan menu and providing a fun, interactive experience. The resort’s location is near the beach but lacks direct access, a vehicle is recommended. This resort has significant potential, but staff and service is inconsistent. Training and attention to detail are essential to elevate the experience. The missed opportunities and lack of accountability left us disappointed for the price paid.

Paradero was a great !from the minute you arrive , you know this will be an unforgettable experience. The staff the grounds the food all amazing , low key super chilled place . Our room was certainly the most unique hotel we have ever stayed at . Sitting in the outdoor tub at night watching Nighthawks above and the silhouette of cactus against the night sky was something no other hotel could match . We read other reviews regarding the bugs but that was a part of the experience of Paradero and it did not detract the wonderful experience of staying there . Side note Visit Tado Santos and Cerritos beach when in the area will definitely be back !!

This is a very interesting place. The rooms are beautiful, large and extremely private. Food was exceptional, as well as, the drinks. It a place to go to and unplug, there aren't a lot of things to do on the property so rent a car and plan to explore. My only negative was the price of the room. I found it expensive, compared to what you get from other hotels in this price range.

Absolutely beautiful property! Very tranquil and relaxing. The staff was so wonderful and accommodating to all our requests. The hotel is located in nature so if you are afraid of bugs beware but other than that I would definitely visit again. 10/10 recommend.

The property is very beautiful. The staff is wonderful. The food is delicious. My only and large complaint is that I was told the pool heater was under repair and not currently working but according to two separate friends who had been before, they were told the same. So it appears the pool is not heated at all and the jacuzzi has not worked as well and that is something that should be listed or made aware of. The property is in a desolate area and there is not a lot to do unless you will be driving. For me the point of a hotel like that is to escape and get away and not go anywhere and it should be listed that a large amenity like that is not working or disclose it’s not a heated pool. In addition there was a hole along the pool wall where a light was taken out and not replaced where I placed my foot while in the pool and I could have cut myself badly. Fortunately the metal object did not break my skin even though it was very sharp and did hurt a lot.

Pros: gorgeous architecture and property. The landscaping is unreal. Unique experience. Stunning pool/jacuzzi. Nice activities — definitely do the hike to las palmas beach. Cons: incomprehensibly slow (and of course overpriced, but that’s normal for a resort style hotel) restaurant. We were continually shocked at the wait time and less than stellar service. No insulation in the rooms which was not a big deal, but we could heard some water pipes and some talking through the walls. Some of the lighting was perfect, but dimmers should be added in some places like the shower where the bright light is a vibe killer. They tell you that it’s a good idea to book activities in advance, but they didn’t say that the capacity is very small. The hike is only 8 people, which is of course nice, but yeah you have to plan your day next day in advance. We couldn’t get into yoga because it was full - looked like maybe 8-10 people? For a hotel that could have as many as 80+ guests, they should find a way to accommodate more people for some of these activities since there really isn’t much else to do (esp when the weather is bad). The hike was amazing, but we were disappointed that you cannot do any hiking without a guide and also cannot use the mountain bikes without going on the guided ride. The adjacent property is private so it totally makes sense, but there should be more autonomous activities that don’t require bookings. Loved it but I recommend staying elsewhere for some of your trip

No vale lo que cuesta. El concepto del hotel es interesante, pero la relación calidad-costo es pésima. La habitación no es muy comoda, el baño separado de la habitación quita la privacidad ya que si sales desnudo del baño te podrian ver los huéspedes vecinos. No todas las ventanas tienen blackout, así que en la mañana entra la luz y es molesto. Se escucha la caída del drenaje del piso superior (no tiene aislamiento acustico). Difícilmente puedes pedir servicio a la habitación ya que no hay donde desayunar/comer cómodamente. Si quieres habitación con hamaca en la azotea, además de que te van a ver los de las habitaciones de abajo porque no tiene\xa0 privacidad, te debes asegurar de que sea esa la que reservas, ya que no es muy claro en el sistema ni en la descripción y te pueden dar una habitación del nivel bajo. Llovió un poco durante el día, así que había lodo en diversas áreas del hotel ya que no cuenta con pavimentos, además de provocar goteras en restaurante y baños públicos. La comida es más bien insípida y escasa, nada espectacular ni abundante, por los precios, podrías esperar mucho más. Por la cena de fin de año, nos avisaron que el restaurante cerraba a las 6, llegamos 5:15 y el mesero nos apresuró ya que necesitaba meter la orden urgentemente. El desayuno incluido es un chiste, si pides un burrito, te dan una miniatura de 10 cm, y su café es malo. Pedí un poco de miel y no pudieron conseguirla. Otro hotel con la misma tarifa o hasta menor hubiera sido mucho mejor.

I can't say enough good things about Paradero. I just got back from a 5 night stay on an anniversary trip and it was nothing short of amazing. It was a stunning property and I felt lucky to be there - and what was so refreshing was that the staff was so thankful to have us. Alejandra made us feel so welcome and special upon our arrival - so many others throughout the trip like Isaac in the experiences sector, Ceasar in the food/beverage, and so many more went above and beyond. Our food was top tier - the best we had all throughout town (and we had a jeep to explore all other areas, too). We took advantage of the experiences offered at no charge: Hiking, Beach Sunset, and Beach Day. Each were so well-organized and extremely private. Everything about the hotel was pristine.. the grounds, room service, etc. We also did the spa which made you feel like a whole new world. The Secret to Staying at Paradero: Need Nothing. Beautiful hotel, stunning landscapes—but if you actually need anything, good luck. Room service? Expect an hour-long wait for the wrong order, followed by another wait for the right one (spoiler: still wrong). We ordered a pot of coffee every morning, and every morning it was mysteriously rerouted to another room. Maybe someone out there had the best-caffeinated trip of their life. Communication? Everything goes through WhatsApp, where responses are either crickets or a heartfelt “I’ll look into that” (spoiler: they won’t). They do have a phone line, but it’s apparently decorative. The Art Walk tour was a true adventure—we arranged for a late pickup, confirmed it, then spent hours texting into the void while slowly accepting our fate as permanent town residents. Just as we were scouting local inns, they finally responded. The food? Tasty, but half the menu was MIA, and ordering was like a game of Will They Return? (answer: usually no). Our group turned it into a running joke. Despite all this, the place is gorgeous. So if you don’t need coffee, your actual food, hand towels in the restrooms, or reliable transportation—this might be the perfect place for you!

The poor service at the hotel is unacceptable for this price point. The front desk staff was disorganized. Scheduling transport was a mess, and 3/4 rides were in old, dirty box vans. Another guest we spoke to was left stranded in town after their car didn’t show up, forcing them to take a taxi. The restaurant/pool servers either forgot items, said they were out of something, or in once case completely ignored us. The food/drinks took an unreasonable amount of time out, and when they did, they were good but nothing to write home about. The pool was freezing cold. One staff member said that the heater just broke, but there are months-old reviews online complaining of the same thing. The hotel is beautiful and the experiences were cool, but stay somewhere else and book your own experiences. I’m at a loss for how Paradero retained a one-key rating from Michelin.

Staying at Paradero was truly a one-of-a-kind experience. From the moment you arrive, the whole place radiates peace and a deep connection to nature, while still offering every comfort you could want. The design is stunning! every detail feels intentional and inviting. The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming, making you feel right at home. The food at Tenoch is absolutely spectacular, definitely worthy of a Michelin mention, fresh, creative, and bursting with local flavors. I left feeling completely recharged and inspired. Definitely a place I can’t wait to come back to.

We had a wonderful stay. The hotel was beautiful, clean, and very well maintained. The staff was friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. The rooms were comfortable, the amenities were excellent, and the overall atmosphere made our trip even more enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable experience. The top of the cherry was meeting the Michelin chef Jose Solis , also the hotel concept is very unique.

It was a good experience there, but when I check out the front desk personnel forgot to refund my credit card hold for the $300 and it was last December and then I asked them to refund it on January and now it’s May and I still haven’t hear back and they leave me on read only which I believe this is a fraud! Please be aware!!!

Al ser un hotel reconocido por ser de lujo te esperas que las instalaciones y el servicio hagan match, a la bienvenida todo bien se acercaron a llevarnos los papeles sin embargo al ser clientes nuevos jamas nos dieron recorrido de las instalaciones solo nos llevaron a la habitacion, al ir al restaurante TENOCH eramos solo una mesa y el servicio era lento y no atento, llegaron americanos y claro con sonrisa los recibieron como si nosotros no valieramos, al rato se acercó Leopoldo excelente persona sin dudarlo y sin saber nada nos sacó platica. Claramente si queremos dar una segunda oportunidad esperando esto cambie ya que las instalaciones estan muy bonitas. Por ultimo considero que deberían de consuderar manejar un stock completo de kits de hiegiene(crema,pasta dental, cepillos etc)

Our stay at Paradero in Todos Santos was one of the best travel experiences we’ve had. From the moment we arrived, we didn’t leave the property once during our stay. The grounds were impeccable, peaceful, and beautifully designed, with so many great areas to relax and unwind. Our room was incredible — spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed, with a rooftop view of the sunset every evening. The pool area was amazing as well, with lots of seating options, attentive staff for drinks and snacks, perfect water temperature, and a great balance of sun and shade throughout the day. The daily programming really elevated the experience. We loved the breathwork and meditation class, and Dani especially enjoyed the farm class. Tenoch exceeded expectations every single meal. We ate breakfast, lunch, and dinner there throughout our stay and everything was outstanding. The staff knew the menu inside and out, answered every question we had, and the portions felt just right. What made the stay truly special though was the staff. Everyone was warm, attentive, and genuinely kind from start to finish. Even check-out was seamless — our bags were loaded into the car while we checked out, and they even had the AC running for us before we left. We’re already talking about when we can come back.
