Vita cave suites was a perfect place to stay in Cappadocia, it was very clean, the staff were all so lovely and the rooms were just wow! We had a jacuzzi bath for the first few nights then upgraded to a private pool for the last few nights which was unbelievable, highly recommend spending some nights in a pool room if you can, it exceeded all of our expectations! The breakfast is lovely with freshly made Turkish specialities every morning, Turkish coffee and other eggs can be made on request. Ortahisar is much quieter than Goreme but it’s just what we needed, so relaxing and perfect if you just want to unwind. It’s close to Goreme and doesn’t cost much in a taxi to go into the centre. Highly recommend Vita cave suites, Reo is very helpful and sorted our transfers and anything else we needed. Thankyou for our wonderful experience!

Beautiful hotel with attention to details throughout. The breakfasts are spectacular with great views from the balcony. The beds, rooms and hotel are so comfortable! Stay here and not in Cappadocia as this town is only a 5 minute drive away and way quieter and less chaotic from hordes of tourists.

We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights Pros: - Helpful staff, very friendly. - Generally quiet area. Cons: - Location is 15 mins away by car from Goreme, thus you will not be able to see the hot air balloons in this hotel. - The hotel’s restaurant (which has been recommended by the reception team) was terrible to say the least. We spent 2000 TL on food we threw in the trash. The menu looked very appetizing on the website, but the food was inedible, the pizza looked like it was heated from frozen and the chicken soggy and uncooked. - Cleanliness was below average. There were towels that were clearly ripped, showing that they’ve been used for too long and they did not care to replace them. Spider webs were present in the ceiling of our room. - Air conditioning was not working for most of our stay. Even though the reception team were cooperative and tried to fix it, it has not been working properly. - No safe present in the room. Yet they tell you they are not responsible if you lose anything. - In the breakfast area, there were too many BEES inside and outside and on the buffet itself, which is very unsettling while eating. - Fragile bed, very squeaky. - Drainage in the bathroom sink and shower were bad and water would overflow. - WiFi was inconvenient as it never remembers your device and you would have to connect each time you’re at the hotel by entering your passport number, room number, AND password. - TV did not connect to HDMI.

Very beautiful property. It is somewhere in between humble and luxury. I didn’t give it five stars completely because the restroom had a heating system that is always on and because of that they need a ventilator to also always be on so I needed earplugs to go to sleep. And I also needed to have the AC on to regulate the temperature to a cooler level.I think it would’ve been more convenient for us to stay in Gorme because that’s where you have a lot of options for eating, there’s a lot of people around in the streets, and there’s a lot of cute souvenir shops. The owner of Vita caves is also a little too eager to help you book services. He messaged me several times through WhatsApp to encourage me to have him help me book services, which I didn’t need. If you don’t like staying in touristic neighborhoods, and prefer a quieter neighborhood, then this is your place. That said, I do not regret staying here. It happened to snow one day and it was so beautiful waking up to it snowing. Because of the altitude we got this treat whereas in Goreme it didn’t snow.

Exceeded all of our expectations, especially for the price point. Great views from the breakfast terrace, excellent breakfast buffet, lots of outdoor space to enjoy. Jacuzzi in our room was an added bonus!

Standart oda fiyat performans olabilir ama deluxe odanin fiyatına göre kahvaltı ve odada sunulan hizmetler geliştirilebilir örneğin selpak peçete, makyaj temizleme pamuğu, kulak çöpü koyulabilir. Kahvaltı malzemeleri daha kaliteli olmalı diye düşünüyorum ayrıca Jakuzinin gideri çalışmıyordu suyu boşaltmak için kapağı manuel tırnağınızla kaldırmanız gerekiyor.

Çok güzel bir otel. Taş odalarında kaldık, kendine ait balkonu vardı. Isıtma sistemi, jakuzisi çok iyiydi. Ortahisar'i tam karşıdan görüyor. Göreme ve Ürgüpe de çok yakın bir konumda.

Otel genel olarak mimari ve oda rahatlığı açısından iyiydi.Kahvaltısı doyurucu ve açık büfe olarak fena değildi.Aracı olan misafirler açısından kendi otoparkı olması çok güzeldi.Odaların ferahlığı ve genişliği bence iyiydi.Daha yeni bir otel olması sebebiyle eksik yönleri ve düzeltilmesi gereken yönleri ; en başta temizlik bence çok kötüydü bizim gördüğümüz kadarı ile temizlik elemanı ihtiyacı vardı odalardaki günlük temizlik anlayışı sadece çöpleri almak ve yatağı düzenlemek şeklindeydi banyo ve tuvaletler dahi söylenmeden güzel şekilde temizlenmedi hatta havlular ve temiz terlik bile konulmamıştı söyledikten sonra getirdiler.Çalışanlar çok ilgiliydi özellikle Emre Bey ve gece resepsiyonda bekleyen uzun saçlı ve uzun boylu arkadaş çok daha ilgili ve samimiydi günlük kahvaltılarımızı hazırlayan ve günlük kahvemizi yapan genç bayan arkadaşımıza da ilgisinden dolayı teşekkür ederiz.Otel içi ve etrafının temizliği genel olarak kötüydü ayrıca oda temizliğinin otelin köpeğiyle birlikte yapıldığını gördük bence olumsuz bir durumdu.Aşırı bir beklentisi olmayanlar için oda rahatlığı kahvaltısı olarak genel olarak iyiydi.

Balayı çifti olarak gittiğimiz tatilimizde çok memnun kaldık, sabah kahvaltısı çeşitliliği çok iyidi,arabanız ile giderseniz konum olarak her yere yakındı,jakuzili oda ortahisar kalesi manzaralı odayla birleşince çok güzel oldu👍tavsiye ederim

Bel accueil dans cet hôtel idéalement situé à Ortahisar, au calme, avec vue magnifique sur le château, du haut de sa terrasse où le petit-déjeuner est servi. Petit déjeuner / buffet très varié salé- sucré. Chambre trés propre avec clim frigo eau minérale gratuite. Parking bien identifié et gratuit. Personnel attentif aux besoins des clients.

Nisan ayında balayı çifti olarak 3 gece 4 gün olarak konaklama sağladık. Otelin konumu tüm gezi noktalarına yakındı. Sakin bir ilçede bulunmakta. Kendine ait otoparkı var. Sabah kahvaltılari epey iyiydi. Biz büyük bir odada kaldık. Oda fiziki koşulları bakimidnan iyiydi ve büyük bir odaydi. Odamızdan Ortahisar kalesi görünüyor ve diğer odalardan herhangi bir ses gelmiyordu. Çalışan personel ise gayet cana yakın davranıyordu. Tek olumsuz özellik olarak temizlik konusunda biraz daha özenli olmaları olabilir. Genel olarak memnun kaldığımız bir otel deneyimiydi. Tekrar Kapadokya bölgesine gelsek tercih edeceğimiz bir otel olurdu

Otel çalışanları çok iyi ve kibar. Sessiz, manzarası güzel ve çok temiz bir otel. Kahvaltısı çok çeşitli ve doyurucu. Özellikle kış mevsiminde gidecekler için diyorum oda gayet sıcak ve konforluydu. Düşünmeden tercih edilebilecek bir otel.

Muhteşem bir deneyimdi. Şahane insanlarla muhatap oluyorsunuz. Personel çok güler yüzlü, çok ilgililer, bir tanıdığınıza misafirliğe gitmişsiniz gibi bir his. Erkek arkadaşımla ilk Kapadokya seyahatimizdi bundan sonrası için sırf otelde tekrar konaklamak için planlar yaptık. Tertemiz, hamarat kadınların ellerinden mis gibi kahvaltı yapıyorsunuz her sabah. Muhteşem bir deneyimdi. Şahane insanlarla muhatap oluyorsunuz. Personel çok güler yüzlü, çok ilgililer, bir tanıdığınıza misafirliğe gitmişsiniz gibi bir his. Erkek arkadaşımla ilk Kapadokya seyahatimizdi bundan sonrası için sırf otelde tekrar konaklamak için planlar yaptık. Tertemiz, hamarat kadınların ellerinden mis gibi kahvaltı yapıyorsunuz her sabah. Clean rooms and the most tasty breakfast ever! Make sure to get the hotel to call you a taxi to go into gorme shopping area. Large rooms mine was basic room but so large and very nice my parent s room was massive. Really nice area to sit and see thr rock cave and in a cute quite area only 7 min taxi drive into gerome.

Beautiful hotel with attention to details throughout. The breakfasts are spectacular with great views from the balcony. The beds, rooms and hotel are so comfortable! Stay here and not in Cappadocia as this town is only a 5 minute drive away and way quieter and less chaotic from hordes of tourists.

We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights Pros: - Helpful staff, very friendly. - Generally quiet area. Cons: - Location is 15 mins away by car from Goreme, thus you will not be able to see the hot air balloons in this hotel. - The hotel’s restaurant (which has been recommended by the reception team) was terrible to say the least. We spent 2000 TL on food we threw in the trash. The menu looked very appetizing on the website, but the food was inedible, the pizza looked like it was heated from frozen and the chicken soggy and uncooked. - Cleanliness was below average. There were towels that were clearly ripped, showing that they’ve been used for too long and they did not care to replace them. Spider webs were present in the ceiling of our room. - Air conditioning was not working for most of our stay. Even though the reception team were cooperative and tried to fix it, it has not been working properly. - No safe present in the room. Yet they tell you they are not responsible if you lose anything. - In the breakfast area, there were too many BEES inside and outside and on the buffet itself, which is very unsettling while eating. - Fragile bed, very squeaky. - Drainage in the bathroom sink and shower were bad and water would overflow. - WiFi was inconvenient as it never remembers your device and you would have to connect each time you’re at the hotel by entering your passport number, room number, AND password. - TV did not connect to HDMI.

Haftasonu iki gecelik konaklama gerçekleştirdik. 8 aylık bebeğim var, çocuklu bir aile olarak çok rahat ettik. Otel evimiz gibi oldu, samimi ve içten karşılandık. üst katın manzarası harika akşamları terasta oturup kahve içmek çok keyif vericiydi. Sadece ses yalıtımı konusunda sıkıntı olduğunu düşünüyorum, yetişkinler için değil ama uykusu hafif bebekler için uyurken biraz problem olabiliyor.

We had an absolutely incredible stay at Vita Cave Suites in Cappadocia. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. We stayed in one of the suites with a hot tub — a true highlight of our trip! The room was not only beautiful but also incredibly spacious, with a clean and modern washroom. The shower had great water pressure and hot water came on quickly — a small but much-appreciated detail. This suite is perfect for a honeymoon or romantic getaway. The cave-style architecture mixed with luxurious touches made the whole experience feel unique and memorable. What really made our stay exceptional, though, was the hospitality of the hotel owner. He went above and beyond to help us organize activities like horseback riding and hot air ballooning, getting us tickets at excellent rates based on the season. When our balloon ride was canceled the first day due to weather, he stayed in constant communication, helping us rebook and strategize how to still catch our early morning flight the next day. He even arranged a taxi that tracked our balloon landing site and zipped us straight to the hotel so we could grab our bags and head to the airport — and yes, we made it to both the hot air balloon ride and our 8:50 AM flight! It was all thanks to his efficiency, coordination, and calm, clear communication. He also spoke excellent English, which made everything much easier. Very beautiful property. It is somewhere in between humble and luxury. I didn’t give it five stars completely because the restroom had a heating system that is always on and because of that they need a ventilator to also always be on so I needed earplugs to go to sleep. And I also needed to have the AC on to regulate the temperature to a cooler level.I think it would’ve been more convenient for us to stay in Gorme because that’s where you have a lot of options for eating, there’s a lot of people around in the streets, and there’s a lot of cute souvenir shops. The owner of Vita caves is also a little too eager to help you book services. He messaged me several times through WhatsApp to encourage me to have him help me book services, which I didn’t need. If you don’t like staying in touristic neighborhoods, and prefer a quieter neighborhood, then this is your place. That said, I do not regret staying here. It happened to snow one day and it was so beautiful waking up to it snowing. Because of the altitude we got this treat whereas in Goreme it didn’t snow.

We stayed in Vita Cave Suites 4 nights. Our room was really big, with a huge bathroom and it's own hot tub. The bed was really comfortable and the room was a nice temp, no need to sleep in air-conditioning. The room was really clean, and they provided tea and water in the room, and a mini fridge. Breakfast was served with a view of Ortahisar Castle. Over the few days, we spoke with the owner, the manager and another guy on reception, and all were really nice, friendly, helpful guys. I think the only downside was, there wasn't much around the hotel. Mainly residential. Still v.hansy though for getting a taxi to Göreme or bring picked up for tours.

I had a very unique experience, as this was my first visit to Cappadocia. Mr Emre the suite owner and his staff were on top of quality services. He has helped me plan my 2 day trip in Cappadocia and also helped me with the bookings. Rooms, food and the people were all very dandy. I am very grateful to Mr Emre for organising the activities for me and my family. I will definitely recommend Vita Cave Suites for anybody visiting Cappadocia.

The owner Emre was so informative and really made sure we had a great stay. The breakfast was excellent (the scones were my favorite). The room was beautiful and comfortable. The location is ideal! The staff worked very hard to make sure the stay was perfect.

Eşimle birlikte bu otelde konakladık ancak ne yazık ki hizmet kalitesi ve personel tutumu beklentilerimizin oldukça altında kaldı. Otele giriş yaptığımızda resepsiyondaki görevli “odayı göstereyim” demesine rağmen elimizdeki bavullarla ilgilenmedi; herhangi bir yardımcı olma çabası göstermedi. İlk karşılanma açısından bu durum son derece olumsuz bir izlenim yarattı. Kapadokya’da o akşam yemek yiyebileceğimiz yerler hakkında bilgi sorduğumuzda ise oldukça kısa, geçiştirici ve yönlendirmeden uzak cevaplar aldık. Bölgeyi tanımayan misafirler için bu tür rehberliklerin önemli olduğunu düşünüyorum. Daha sonraki bir saatte taksi talep ettiğimde “o saatte hatırlatın” şeklinde bir yanıt verildi; talebin not alındığına veya taksinin ayarlanacağına dair güven verici herhangi bir ifade kullanılmadı. Bu da organizasyon ve misafir takibi konusunda ciddi bir eksiklik hissi yarattı. Konakladığımız odada otel konsepti, sunulan hizmetler veya genel işleyiş hakkında hiçbir bilgilendirme bulunmamaktaydı. Bu, misafir deneyimini doğrudan olumsuz etkileyen bir durumdur. Our stay was absolutely perfect! The staff were all so kind and attentive, and we had great support arranging local tours and transfers. The location was a big plus for us – a peaceful and quiet village with just the right amount of restaurants and shops, without the crowds of Goreme or Urchisar. Breakfast was delicious, with plenty of fresh options made on the spot by the friendly and smiling staff. I truly recommend it and can’t wait to come back!

The owner of the property took good care of us, before, on and after our vacation in Cappadocia. The room that we had was very clean and huge. We were provided bottled water everyday. I loved the jacuzzi so much, I can say it's what made our hotel room stood out. Our hotel room was amazing. The hotel has a beautiful view from its balcony where the breakfast buffet was held. The food was great. The area around the hotel was safe to walk at but make sure your wear the proper shoes because there are uphill and downhill roads. The staff were so warm and helpful. We requested for a tour guide with the help of the hotel owner and we were provided with the best team. I recommend this place.

Very beautiful property. It is somewhere in between humble and luxury. I didn’t give it five stars completely because the restroom had a heating system that is always on and because of that they need a ventilator to also always be on so I needed earplugs to go to sleep. And I also needed to have the AC on to regulate the temperature to a cooler level.I think it would’ve been more convenient for us to stay in Gorme because that’s where you have a lot of options for eating, there’s a lot of people around in the streets, and there’s a lot of cute souvenir shops. The owner of Vita caves is also a little too eager to help you book services. He messaged me several times through WhatsApp to encourage me to have him help me book services, which I didn’t need. If you don’t like staying in touristic neighborhoods, and prefer a quieter neighborhood, then this is your place. That said, I do not regret staying here. It was a splendid experience for me and my family. Absolutely amazing rooms, food and staff. Mr.Emre the owner executed all our plans according to the schedule. He helped us book all the activities in advance and gave suggestions wherever necessary. He is a very nice and humble man. I would recommend the suite to anyone visiting Cappadocia to have this unique experience.

Clean rooms and the most tasty breakfast ever! Make sure to get the hotel to call you a taxi to go into gorme shopping area. Large rooms mine was basic room but so large and very nice my parent s room was massive. Really nice area to sit and see thr rock cave and in a cute quite area only 7 min taxi drive into gerome.

Konum olarak sakin ve Ortahisar manzaralı bir yerde. Kapadokya'da gezilecek başlıca yerlere 10-15 dakika mesafede. Personel çok güler yüzlü ve yardımcı. Kahvaltı 100 çeşit değil ama lezzetli. Bizim beklentilerimizi gayet güzel karşıladı.

Prachtige uitzicht en super goede service. Ik mis nog elke dag de cakes die ze elke ochtend met het ontbijt maakten. Je hebt wel echt een auto nodig om naar de andere dorpjes nabij te bezoeken. Horen is de stad om te eten. Hotel is top! Lekker rustig en super schoon. Ik zal zeker terug komen.

The hotel was very cosy and the room beautifully carved in the kappadokia cave. I really appreciated the location, close to Ortahisar center, and the breakfast that you can take on the rooftop, with an amazing view on the city and Ortahisar castle. (the breakfast was also very tasty, offering varieties of Turkish veggies, cheese, crepes and juices). I could ask for a shared shuttle bus from and to nevsehir airport, for 15 euros. I especially enjoyed I my stay thanks to the hotel owner, who have been always there to listen to our requests, offer the best options for activities such as balloon and visit tours. (I recommend booking the ballons in advance if you already know that you want to do it, as prices get higher for last minute booking). I cannot forget the hotel people kindness and hospitality which will be another memory of Turkey for us.

We stayed in Vita Cave Suites 4 nights. Our room was really big, with a huge bathroom and it's own hot tub. The bed was really comfortable and the room was a nice temp, no need to sleep in air-conditioning. The room was really clean, and they provided tea and water in the room, and a mini fridge. Breakfast was served with a view of Ortahisar Castle. Over the few days, we spoke with the owner, the manager and another guy on reception, and all were really nice, friendly, helpful guys. I think the only downside was, there wasn't much around the hotel. Mainly residential. Still v.hansy though for getting a taxi to Göreme or bring picked up for tours.

We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights Pros: - Helpful staff, very friendly. - Generally quiet area. Cons: - Location is 15 mins away by car from Goreme, thus you will not be able to see the hot air balloons in this hotel. - The hotel’s restaurant (which has been recommended by the reception team) was terrible to say the least. We spent 2000 TL on food we threw in the trash. The menu looked very appetizing on the website, but the food was inedible, the pizza looked like it was heated from frozen and the chicken soggy and uncooked. - Cleanliness was below average. There were towels that were clearly ripped, showing that they’ve been used for too long and they did not care to replace them. Spider webs were present in the ceiling of our room. - Air conditioning was not working for most of our stay. Even though the reception team were cooperative and tried to fix it, it has not been working properly. - No safe present in the room. Yet they tell you they are not responsible if you lose anything. - In the breakfast area, there were too many BEES inside and outside and on the buffet itself, which is very unsettling while eating. - Fragile bed, very squeaky. - Drainage in the bathroom sink and shower were bad and water would overflow. - WiFi was inconvenient as it never remembers your device and you would have to connect each time you’re at the hotel by entering your passport number, room number, AND password. - TV did not connect to HDMI.

Everyone was always so helpful, at any time of the day. There was always someone available. They breakfast was also amazing, there was something different to try every morning with a wonderful view from the rooftop. The room itself was gorgeous, and comfortable. Otel genel olarak çok güzeldi. Personel hem kibar , hem de ilgiliydi. Nasıl gezileceği , neler yapılabileceği hakkında bilgilendirme yaptılar. Broşür verdiler, gerekli ayarlamaları yaptılar. Otelin kahvaltısı baya tatmin ediciydi. Biz iki kişilik standart odada kaldık , diğer odaları deneyimlemek için şimdiden plan yapıyoruz. Herkese tavsiye edeceğim bir konaklama yeri.
Otel genel olarak çok güzeldi. Personel hem kibar , hem de ilgiliydi. Nasıl gezileceği , neler yapılabileceği hakkında bilgilendirme yaptılar. Broşür verdiler, gerekli ayarlamaları yaptılar. Otelin kahvaltısı baya tatmin ediciydi. Biz iki kişilik standart odada kaldık , diğer odaları deneyimlemek için şimdiden plan yapıyoruz. Herkese tavsiye edeceğim bir konaklama yeri.

Bel accueil dans cet hôtel idéalement situé à Ortahisar, au calme, avec vue magnifique sur le château, du haut de sa terrasse où le petit-déjeuner est servi. Petit déjeuner / buffet très varié salé- sucré. Chambre trés propre avec clim frigo eau minérale gratuite. Parking bien identifié et gratuit. Personnel attentif aux besoins des clients.

The superior room was spacious with a great view of Ortahisar Castle when you stood at the window. Bed was firm but needed the extra pillows from the cupboard. Breakfast was very good. BUT BE WARNED about booking tours or balloons with the hotel. They want cash for these bookings and in my case failed to advise of this beforehand. Having reserved a balloon ride they wanted €460 in cash without warning. Given I do not live in an EU country, I do not have euros on hand at such quantities! Then when I insisted that I could only pay by card or direct transfer there was no advice that it would be non refundable in the event of unforeseen circumstances. As it happened, I fell ill with food poisoning just hours after transferring the money to the manager. The money had not even reached his account on the morning of the balloon ride. But I simply could not go as I was vomiting all night and the following day yet the hotel refused to allow the fee for the balloon ride to be transferred to another day or to refund (as balloons were cancelled for next 2 days) Hotel claim these to be the conditions of the balloon company, but yet never advised of this beforehand. In fact there were no terms at all - it’s all under the table cash transactions for which there is no comeback. They were absolutely uncompromising about even a partial refund, in addition they would not provide a receipt for payment. This is just greed. Don’t fall for it - insist on terms and conditions and do not pay cash!

I had a wonderful stay. The terrace for breakfast has a great view, and the area is peaceful. I came without a car and had to uber/bitaksi in and out of Ortahisar, but I worked with a great driver who was informative and helpful (look up Recep at Ortahisar Taxi). I would recommend this location if you are looking for quiet, residential and non-touristy. It is a great hotel if you have a car and means of getting around, as Goreme is where most of the action is.
