The property atmosphere & view was awesome. The home was lacking a few items: not handicap accessible, hot tub not working, few deck boards worn, minimal lighting at night outside.

View of the river, beautiful, inside home, clean and nice. Yard and decking needs improvements and hot tub not in working condition. Peir could use a ladder to access the river.

We were very pleased with all the accommodations, we had plenty of bedrooms and every thing was well stocked. Made the Caddo lake experience very pleasant w it's location.
