Warriwul Farmland Rural Retreat BnB, Curramore/Jamberoo

Dear GOOT, Here is some feedback: 1. The breakfast cereal we had been consuming at first but later discarded as maggots were found inside the container. 2. The vegemite singles had been expired since 2020 so they were also discarded. Just a tip please make sure all food is in date and in the original packaging, unopened, closed and sealed. 3. There were also ants on the breakfast/dining bar table adjacent the kitchen. 4. Just another tip the current anti-theft device on the TV is an eyesore, and off-putting for guests, so I would install a proper wall mount for the TV that can be secured, not a home-made one. For these reasons I could not recommend this property to family, friends and colleagues. Regards,Dr Cvirn.

The place was just want I needed. Graham and Anne were very respectful of my privacy and gave great instructions on how to get to their place.

I finally made it back to Warriwul for some R & R. Spotlessly clean, so quiet and tranquil, abundant birdlife which put a smile on my face willy wagtails, finches, kookaburras and a very interesting and friendly bird which I will definately be looking up in my Field Guide to Australian Birds some sort of ground dwelling parrot. I just live up the escarpment but it felt like a world away with the rainforest smell, humidity and rolling green pastures. Had a lovely afternoon at Kiama on Sunday missed out on my fish and chips but thats OK had them for brunch Monday at 11am no crowds at all just the pelicans and seagulls.

I needed to recharge my batteries after selling and buying real estate, moving and homeschooling my kids with covid. I immediately felt relaxed and very comfortable at 'Warriwul'. It is so tranquil and peaceful, the garden was lovely with abundant birdlife. During my 4 night stay I explored Jamberoo, Minnamurra, Shellharbour, Kiama and Gerringong taking some stunning photos along the way. I discovered a lagoon and a whale watching platform at Weri beach. Fish and chips at Kiama was definately a highlight and my new dress. Thank you for having me Graham and Ann the honey is delicious as well thank you. Cale from GOOT was brilliant to deal with with very clear instructions on how to get to the property and promptly dealt with any queries. I will definately have to treat myself more often.
