I was a little put off by check in clerk telling me, stains on the sheets would forfeit the deposit, but the linen appeared clean. Not sure how I would have stained them though. The pool is not open as well.

A pool should definitely not be in the description of this place, as it looks like it hasn’t functioned in years. Our room wasn’t easy until 4:30 and it smelled bad. We ended up leaving and only staying one night

Photos absolutely do not match the current state of the room we were given as it was in disrepair. Tub leaking and damaged. Facade of cabinetry completely missing. Pool closed. Vending Machines out of order. Garbage in the parking lot. Traveling with teens and we ended up just driving 3 hours back home instead of staying over.

Straight off the bat had a very negative interaction with the front desk woman. The hotel room itself had a burn hole in the sheets, the hair dryer had sticky gunk on it and the phone in the room did not work. When checking out, the office opens at 8 am. Waited til 9:30 and not a single soul was in the office, had MULTIPLE individuals also looking to check in and out. Everyone called corporate and not as single customer service rep bothered to call who ever is in charge. Only checked out because I happened to find the cleaning lady and gave her my key due to my soon approaching flight. DO NOT BE CATFISHED BY THE PICS. The pool is out of service, laundry room and ice machine as well. Spend the extra money and get a nicer place.

We chose this property because we were on a budget and wanted a pool for our kid to swim in while in Tukwila for a soccer tournament. On arrival we were told their pool is closed permanently because they have “other plans for the space”. We were placed on the 3rd floor (just know there is no elevator), we didn’t feel comfortable leaving our soccer gear in the car because multiple signs say “don’t leave stuff in car, we’re not responsible”, so we were constantly lugging stuff up and down stairs. Beds were hard and the place is very run down. It doesn’t look like advertised. If we had the extra funds we would have went elsewhere. The only plus was that it was somewhat close to where we spent most of our time and there were no bed bugs. It took forever to get hot water to come out of shower faucet. On Saturday night music was so loud at 11pm behind the building we could hear it with our sound machine on. The front desk is only open limited hours. 100% will not stay again. I don’t say this very often, but this hotel probably needs more refurbishing than what is salvageable.

The Bathtub was leaking constantly. The Fire alarm was nothing but a hole on the wall. The laundry room was constantly flooded. The ice machine did not work. The building still had "Econolodge" signage even though this was an OYO property. They shut off our key cards on the day of checkout, at least an hour before we had to check out . The Bathtub was peeling laminate and plastic. The fridge would short out the power in the room whenever it would reactivate. And the general vibe was uncomfortable, with many local businesses sharing with me an my partner about just how bad this motel was according to their customers.

I found an infestation of cockroaches being a piece of furniture. I went to the front desk and let them know what was on, checked out, and asked if I could get a refund. After speaking to his manager, the front desk told me yes I could. Several days later I hadn’t seen my refund come through so I called and told them what happened and asked about the refund. I was told I wasn’t eligible for one. I explained again about the cockroaches and that I was told I’d be refund and they told me again, my stay was not eligible for a refund.

No one maintain the washroom, microwave is dirty with stain, no paper tissue coz out of stock?!? no cup offered. Fridge was smelly with stain. Joseph (front desk person) was very rude. When we came in to check in into 2 rooms he proceeded to tell us the rules and said don’t ruin the linens. Then our friend came in and he yelled at my husband and I for not listening and scolding us like a child. He wanted to know why we were there and how long we would stay. Room was musky. Shower was leaking. Tv didn’t work in either room. Deadbolt was broken. Looked like mold or something was on the ceiling. And no soap. Small pillows. Felt gross to be in there. Was going to stay two nights but couldn’t. We packed up and left the next day. Wouldn’t give us a refund for the next night. Horrible, disgusting and Joseph was incredibly rude. He said they were going to charge us if anything was used. They had a list of how much everything was at the front. Pictured are not the same as online. Breakfast wasn’t offered as advertised.

First and foremost, this hotel is very ghetto in all aspects. The staff isn’t friendly at all. The pillows are small and flat. The TV only has 5 working visible channels, the rest are all fuzzy. The bathroom was dirty. Hairs all over the floor, gross. Dogs are welcomed so you can hear them barking through the thin walls. Kids were running and yelling all over the property, dogs were barking, so if you like peace and quiet this is a bad place to stay. I would never come back to this trashy hotel again.

This hotel is just a rebranded Econolodge. The pictures of the lobby are accurate, but the pictures of the rooms on the website are not what my room looked like. The good was that it was close to the interstate and had good water pressure. The bad was that there were holes in the carpet, my wife found a couple of long hairs in the bed, the shower curtain was torn. The drawers in the dresser weren't in their tracks. All the furniture was old and beat up. The tv channels didn't really work right. They were all fuzzy. I heard other guests complain about that also to the front desk. We were told the front desk was closed between midnight and 8 am. That didn't really affect us, but I could see how that would cause a problem if someone was getting there late. None of the bad things we experienced were terrible by themselves, but put all together it made for a less than great stay.

Property cancelled my booking the day before my stay because they overbooked their hotel. They also said their way of refunding was down at the moment so I had to find a different hotel with 1 day notice and don’t get my money back. Still working with my bank to try to get my money back almost a month later after they didn’t respond to my message through the booking website. Definitely wouldn’t book here again.

Upon arrival, they inform me that my reservation was canceled by Management. Same happened for another couple arriving just after me. The front desk staff had no clue why, but they were able to get me a room at the price I received from hotels.com. This is the ONLY reason for an OK rating. No coffee maker in the room and the lobby for coffee did not open until 8:30AM which did me NO good as I was out of the room by 7:00AM each day.

It was stated that the desk was not manned after a certain time, but that there would be check in instructions. There were 3 parties waiting there with no way for any of us to get into our rooms. Calls were not answered. Messages were not returned. I lost the money for the booking and for my uber fare to and away from the hotel when I had to make other arrangements.

I got a call at noon on Thursday that my booking for the next 2 days (Friday and Saturday) had been cancelled. I had booked this hotel a month and a half ago. Terrible business as the girl on the phone said I was not the only one getting this cancellation call. I would NOT recommend this hotel for this type of shady business.

My check out day the lady at counter said she needed two keys or I would be charged. So I asked to go into my room and she refused at first but handed me my key. The key inactivated itself near my phone screen when I went back she refused to reprogram my key. I remember I left behind my charger and she locked the front office and went in my room not allowing me back in to assist with any items I made of left behind. This was two hours before my check out time and thought it was extremely rude and inconsiderate on how I was treated the day I was leaving. I won’t ever stay there again. They also had a red tag under the sink stating it hasn’t been approved on expection by one of the utility companies. They also has bugs coming from the cracks in the wall by air conditioner. Also the bath tub was cracked and peeling with really dirt pipes and really unappealing to shower in. Also tv was a black screen and when I told front desk they said they put in a work order but my entire 3 day stay no one came to look at it. The pictures look better than in person, I would of weathered stayed at motel 6 where I was going to book but this one looked more appealing but definitely way worse. They also charge a deposit of 100 dollars that they will use for anything like a lost key, wash rag, r staining a towel, etc. it was ridiculous!

Joseph (front desk person) was very rude. When we came in to check in into 2 rooms he proceeded to tell us the rules and said don’t ruin the linens. Then our friend came in and he yelled at my husband and I for not listening and scolding us like a child. He wanted to know why we were there and how long we would stay. Room was musky. Shower was leaking. Tv didn’t work in either room. Deadbolt was broken. Looked like mold or something was on the ceiling. And no soap. Small pillows. Felt gross to be in there. Was going to stay two nights but couldn’t. We packed up and left the next day. Wouldn’t give us a refund for the next night. Horrible, disgusting and Joseph was incredibly rude. He said they were going to charge us if anything was used. They had a list of how much everything was at the front. Pictured are not the same as online. Breakfast wasn’t offered as advertised.

Check in was quick and easy and they scanned my credit card for the deposit on the room. We had already paid for the room in full upon booking. But they charged us one hundred upon check-in I guess to cover the cost of any possible theft from the room, etc. Usually in cases like this we always get the deposit money refunded the next day because obviously we did not steal any sheets or towels etc. Instead of refunding me the hundred dollars the next day they went on to charge me an additional hundred dollars the day after we checked out. I will be contacting my bank immediately to stop this. This is something that makes me never want to use a OYO hotel again.

The worst possible customer service. They do not have check-in after 10.00PM as there is no one at the reception. This is not mentioned anywhere, it only states check-in after 3.00PM. When I arrived to check in at 1.30 am, there was no one available at the Front desk and a note was put up that we will come back at 6.00 am. I was never informed either by Oyo or expedia that there is no check-in after a certain time. I called Oyo multiple times and they said they have escalated and I should hear back in 24-48 hours. The receptionist arrived at 7 instead of 6 and told me that she has cancelled my reservation due to no show and that I should expect a refund from Expedia. I had to book another reservation directly with Oyo for a higher amount and I still haven't received my refund or a single email from the Oyo team even after more than 10 calls. I still haven't received a refund from Expedia either at the time of writing. The property is bang average at best.

Good stay if you want to save some money. Not the most clean place, and limited in terms of public transportation. We would have to uber to the transit centre to take a bus, or walk the 40 minute walk or so. Otherwise, it was what we expected.

The accomodation was convenient for visiting friends in Renton. It was rather run down, without pictures on walls or carpet on the floor, but it was very clean. One side of the hotel faces the freeway and it is noisy, luckily our room faced the other way.

It’s very affordable. And right next to the freeway but no noise, which is huge in my book. Friendly staff. With the freeway construction going on (again, no noise) they have forgotten about public transportation (the county). I have to get an Uber to go just 1.6 miles to the closest bus stop, then I can go anywhere! Some shady characters about the property, but you’ll get that anywhere around the Seattle area.

Perhaps this location was recently purchased by a different brand because it seems like they are trying to make changes. The condition of the room was not great-- not super clean and everything was just old. But the beds were very comfortable and the shower was a good shower. For our needs, the location could not have been better so it was worth the inconveniences. One issue was that we were coming in after midnight and could not contact the desk to ensure there would be a key available. I ended up having to send a friend in person to confirm.

The front desk staff was rude the guy said he told Expedia that the pool does work for months and the room was dirty no table just a chair no couch ,the tub had mold all around the corners and there was red stuff,On the walls the TV was fuzzy the whole time no channels would come n clear the outside side was run down weeds and cigarette butts everywhere smells like cat pee ,no coffee one day and no sugar the next da y , the location is next to a storage place with people standing out there all hours,not what was shown on this site.

No breakfast no pool ridiculous towel policy. I got coffee on a towel and they charge me five dollars for a washcloth before they even washed it to see if it would come out. It was ridiculous. I think that I would not want to stay there again. it was nothing as promised. I think my $200 could’ve been spent somewhere else better

The room was clean. There is a lot of road construction going on. The pool was closed. No breakfast, both washers were out of order. A lot of long term residents. It was a nonsmoking motel but I kept smelling weed outside. The front desk clerks were really nice.

I love the place. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Have restaurants that is close to the property. The rooms is very spacious. It was me, my husband and our three kids. We wasn’t in each other way. I admit I will tell all my friends and family this is a great place to stay

could be a better place but the building could be old. Each time when you opened the door it smelled. This is the only thing I didn't like. The staff were so friendly. They greeted you with smiles and chatted with you. Even though no breakfast is included coffee and refilled water is always available(need to ring your own bottle).

We stay here frequently, we live out of the area but both have family in the area. It is reasonably priced, clean and quiet. The only issue I have are that the front desk closes at 8pm, so if traffic is bad I could miss the check in time. I feel that maybe 9 or 10 would be a bit more reasonable

I arrived to the hotel at 9:00 PM, the front lobby was locked and I was greeted by a typed up sign saying the lobby closes at eight and there is no one who could help me get in to my room. The sign indicated I would need to come back at 8 AM. I called up all of the numbers the Hotel had listed, and got no answer. But I left a voicemail saying I was waiting at the hotel. Trying to get in. About half hour later, a woman shows up in her car and open the lobby door and checks me in. She offered no explanation or apology. At 1:30 AM, there was yelling on the sidewalk outside. A couple of guys were getting into a loud argument. The stairway leading to my second floor room is rusted out and every time an adult walks up to stairway the floor in my room and my bed bounces. The hotel looks like it’s gone through a superficial upgrade, but I will not be staying there again

The stairway leading to my second floor room is rusted out and every time an adult walks up to stairway the floor in my room and my bed bounces. The hotel looks like it’s gone through a superficial upgrade, but I will not be staying there again
