Idéalement situé à côté de la gare centrale, instructions claires et entrée indépendante. Le logement était grand, propre et confortable. Seul bémol : les équipements de la salle de bain étaient tout délabrés, le distributeur de gel douche ou encore le pommeau s'est complètement démonté dans ma main.

We were two and it was perfect but it could easily accommodate two more the sofa bed. Having a laundry machine in the unit is very useful too.

Het was een ruime studio voor ons 2, zalig om de ruimte te hebben. Een straat verder heb je een paar bakkers en een Lidl. Wij hebben elke ochtend lekker kunnen ontbijten vóór we naar buiten gingen (potten en pannen zijn aanwezig). Goede ervaring. Alleen het inchecken was even zoeken naar de code, dus bekijk dit zeker een dag op voorhand ipv aan de voordeur :) PS: 2 lekkere indische restaurants om de hoek, aanraders

The location is very practical for Atocha train station. The flat is spacious and well furnished. The only little issues were the lack of response when messaging the host and their phone was unreachable. We also only had 2 sets of towel for 4. Noise insolation from the front door should be better as the building has many loud people not filtered through by a good door. But apart from that it’s great value for money and would use again if I need to take a train from Atocha.

The lack of staff onsite is a problem. The instructions on using the access codes were very sketchy. I needed assistance but no one answered the phone when I called the number given. Then I was locked in my room because of a problem with the door. When I managed to get out, i could not lock the door behind me. Again, no answer to my phone call. It was clean and centrally located but I cannot recommend the place.
