We love this hotel. It is in the perfect location for everything you need and the facilities are fantastic. We enjoyed using the pool every day and the activities available throughout the week including the live music and kids club. The staff are amazing and extremely friendly and helpful in all areas of the hotel - we look forward to coming back again soon. Hannah & Jeremiah :)

Nice enough hotel very close to the slopes with a great breakfast. It is however overrun with children, not the hotels fault as such but be warned if you want a peacful stay even outside school holidays.

A great central point for exploring Kranjska Gora and its surrounding villages. Lots of activities going on for the children, a super pool and that doesn’t get too busy and lots of sunbeds available poolside or outdoors. The hotel rooms are clean and have their own balcony, staff were friendly and helpful answering any questions we had. You also get a book of vouchers to use around the shops and activities in the village. Perfect spot for our Kranjska Gora adventure!

Enjoyed 6 nights at the hotel. The hotel looks a bit tired from the outside and also the rooms could do with a bit of a refresh but the room and bed was comfortable. Buffet breakfast was ok - not much variety so tended to eat the same each morning but it filled you up for the day. Spa / Swimming pool was good and the staff were friendly and polite. Hotel is well situated and the village itself was great - restaurants / bars were good and had some good meals. Overall hotel is fine - can’t rave about it but similarly nothing wrong with it.
