Ar-Rahman, 1 bed room and 1 Living room apartment

booked this property specifically because the listing said it had an oven, which was important as I was travelling for a strongman competition and had planned my meals around being able to cook. When we arrived, there was no oven, which completely disrupted my food prep and meant I had to change plans at extra cost. The stay was also badly affected by very loud roadworks starting after midnight, including a concrete saw and jackhammer, which made it extremely difficult to sleep. I appreciate roadworks may not always be under the host’s control, but if they were known in advance, guests should have been warned. To make things worse, police attended around 8am. We do not know exactly what happened, but it was unsettling and not something you want to experience during a stay. Overall, the property did not match the listing, the lack of oven caused real inconvenience and extra expense, and the noise/early morning disturbance made it a poor stay. I would not book again, especially if you need reliable facilities or a good night’s sleep.
