Pros: The hotel is very nice and the room is excellent! Clean, comfortable, spacious room with great amenities. The lobby is very nice and the buffet breakfast was good. There’s no extra charge for parking! Cons: Only one - The location of the property gave an unsafe impression when we arrived because there were people (not hotel guests) who looked homeless hanging out charging their mobile phones in the outside dining/sitting area and walking through the parking lot.

The hotel was very clean and comfortable. I booked the stay for my son to swim in the pool for his bday weekend. Unfortunately the pool was out of service if I would have known that before I paid for the room I would have went else where. My son bday swim was ruined. They tried to accommodate to the sister hotel pool but it was outside and the water was cold. The hotel was nice but next time let people know that things are out of service before paying. Stayed from may31st to June 2nd

I love this hotel! It’s my go to hotel whenever I come home to ATL. Free parking, it’s convenient to my family, the property and rooms are clean and beautiful. Also complimentary breakfast. My only disappointment this time was I couldn’t check in early. I got there at 1pm and I wish I could have checked in early like the last time. However, I understand it’s not guaranteed.

This place was so cute OMG!!! I was so surprised to have a full sized fridge a microwave and a dishwasher in my room. That’s probably standard for Home2, it was a first for me, and it was a wonderful surprise! The airport shuttle was great as well since we had a long layover at the ATL Airport, and didn’t want to stay at the airport overnight. Ok, they have a great selection of restaurants for you to choose from, so have your pick! We chose to eat at the seafood spot beside Waffle House, named “Spondivits” the food was ridiculously expensive, salty, overpriced and overall not good, that I regret not stopping at the Waffle House, or crossing the street and hitting up McDonald or Ruby Tuesdays, but the hotel’s breakfast made up for it the next morning! My overall rating is a glowing 5 star review!!!

The staff and customer service were incredible. Very knowledgeable about food and dining in the area. They respond very quickly to request. There is a convenient shuttle that runs every 30 minutes to and from the airport. I would like to specifically give the highest kudos to: Geronda, Sandra, Waple, Mr. Garo and Gwen. I may have left out a name or two or three, but every single person I encountered at the hotel was helpful and attentive. Whenever I come to Atlanta, it will be a no-brainer where I will stay each time.

Very clean, comfortable and quiet for my overnight stay for a flight the next morning. Free parking and good free breakfast. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Although I did not use the service, there is a free shuttle to the airport. Airport is about 8 min drive from this hotel. Pool closed due to maintenance.

Our stay was awesome! Jason at the reception desk was very courteous and friendly! The rooms were super clean and had more amenities than we expected! Awesome indoor heated pool! The complimentary breakfast was excellent and had a lot more choices than any hotel we have ever stayed at! The lady that prepared all of the food and kept the food and beverages stocked was super friendly and helpful! We will definitely recommend this hotel to everyone. We will be back!

The shower stall had black mold in the corners of sliding glass door which kept floating off when the water hit it each time I used it. I was shocked and creeped out to find a frog next to the bed under the night stand! The front reception sent up an employee to remove it. It was dead so it did not take up much of my time However it was at night and an inconvenience and most of all an unsettling experience leaving me unable to relax during the remainder of my stay.

Our stay was great overall. We loved the separate bedroom, living room space, and even though we didn’t use the kitchen it was great to have!! The only bad review is that there were stain in the carpet in the bedroom and living room!!

This hotel was so amazing! It’s quiet, the staff is friendly and the rooms are very nice. The room comes with a refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher and a sofa bed. Complimentary breakfast and free parking. I stayed here during thanksgiving and arrived around noon. I had an early flight and the front desk was kind enough to let me check in again. This will be my go to hotel when visit Atlanta.

I will absolutely stay at this hotel again. I left early and (thought) I dropped my room key in the box but mistakenly dropped my license. I did not realize it until I had returned my rental and walked into the airport. I received a call from the hotel as soon as they saw my mistake, even before I realized. When I told them I had returned my vehicle, they immediately sent the shuttle driver to deliver my license, without pause! What a head ache they saved me!! Can't thank the staff enough!

The customer service was top notch. Everyone on staff I met was friendly, ready and willing to assist and ensure your stay was enjoyable. Breakfast the best I’ve had at any other hotel I’ve stayed. Kudos to front desk agent Waple. Her customer service skills are superior and made sure that I was comfortable with my room and recommended all the restaurants with great food. If you ever stay here ask for “Waple” and tell her Ryan (cheesecake guy) sent you!

Quieter hotel than most because it is not the typical cheap flimsy construction. The bed was comfortable. It is a nice room particularly if you are staying longer. There was a funky smell in the room but was better when I turned on the air. I guess the hotel allows pets. Maybe it is a pet odor. The night front desk person was not impressive. Was watching tv when I went there with a request. Did not greet me. Did not ask if she could help. Barely spoke and after helping, went back to the tv. On the other hand, the morning waitstaff were friendly, charming and all around pleasant, as was the morning front desk agent. I would stay here again but would ask for a room that did not have pets in it.

The staff and customer service were incredible. Very knowledgeable about food and dining in the area. They respond very quickly to request. There is a convenient shuttle that runs every 30 minutes to and from the airport. I would like to specifically give the highest kudos to: Geronda, Sandra, Waple, Mr. Garo and Gwen. I may have left out a name or two or three, but every single person I encountered at the hotel was helpful and attentive. Whenever I come to Atlanta, it will be a no-brainer where I will stay each time.

I booked this stay for one night. The area surrounding this hotel is not safe, College Park, Georgia is knownt NOT to be a safe city for the average person, so I was iffy about booking here, but it was convenient to our event in the area. The property itself is very clean, inside is bright and welcoming, very nice. 6 floors and only one working elevator though, if I had to complain about anything, it would be that. I stayed on the 6th floor and waited too long for the elevator, ended up taking the stairs twice. Breakfast was OK, your standard "free breakfast" fare, waffles, bagels and cereal. I was hoping for some fruit but they didn't put any out that morning, or at least not where I could see it. I would stay here again.

Pros: The hotel is very nice and the room is excellent! Clean, comfortable, spacious room with great amenities. The lobby is very nice and the buffet breakfast was good. There’s no extra charge for parking! Cons: Only one - The location of the property gave an unsafe impression when we arrived because there were people (not hotel guests) who looked homeless hanging out charging their mobile phones in the outside dining/sitting area and walking through the parking lot.

This place was so cute OMG!!! I was so surprised to have a full sized fridge a microwave and a dishwasher in my room. That’s probably standard for Home2, it was a first for me, and it was a wonderful surprise! The airport shuttle was great as well since we had a long layover at the ATL Airport, and didn’t want to stay at the airport overnight. Ok, they have a great selection of restaurants for you to choose from, so have your pick! We chose to eat at the seafood spot beside Waffle House, named “Spondivits” the food was ridiculously expensive, salty, overpriced and overall not good, that I regret not stopping at the Waffle House, or crossing the street and hitting up McDonald or Ruby Tuesdays, but the hotel’s breakfast made up for it the next morning! My overall rating is a glowing 5 star review!!!

This hotel was so amazing! It’s quiet, the staff is friendly and the rooms are very nice. The room comes with a refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher and a sofa bed. Complimentary breakfast and free parking. I stayed here during thanksgiving and arrived around noon. I had an early flight and the front desk was kind enough to let me check in again. This will be my go to hotel when visit Atlanta.

Our stay was awesome! Jason at the reception desk was very courteous and friendly! The rooms were super clean and had more amenities than we expected! Awesome indoor heated pool! The complimentary breakfast was excellent and had a lot more choices than any hotel we have ever stayed at! The lady that prepared all of the food and kept the food and beverages stocked was super friendly and helpful! We will definitely recommend this hotel to everyone. We will be back!

Love this hotel and really enjoyed our stay! We booked this hotel for the remainder of our stay in Atlanta after having a bad experience at a previous hotel. This one definitely made up for it. It was clean, spacious, had a pool my kids loved, and had a really good breakfast that was included with our stay. We would absolutely stay here again on our next trip to Atlanta

Staff was respectful, helpful and polite. Check in and checkout was easy. Room was very clean, spacious. Good area close to Atlanta but away from heavy traffic and city life. I definitely would recommend home 2 suite to friends and family and will return when I come back to Georgia

Bed cover had stains all over it with human bodily fuilds all over the sheets. Ask for it to be changed and was not granted that. Was never asked if I wanted another room. The covers also had bedbug residue on it. Management was not ignorant but was also not helpful.

Home2Suites are always my go to whenever I book a Hotel and this stay was super as expected. I did have a misunderstanding about my checkout when I told the front desk rep I was checking out early and gave her my room keys, she asked for my room number and said okay Mrs.Harris your all checked out. I called for my email that she said I would receive another rep told me I was still checked in the room so I had to call the third party to get a resolution. I thought that I made it clear that I was leaving due to an emergency and my check out was completed before I left the Hotel.
