A modern relatively small hotel with a lovely light and airy restaurant. Excellent breakfast. Close to a shingle beach and an easy walk to the old town. Nice looking pool, although we didn't use it.

We were super impressed with the staff at the hotel. Friendly, hospitable and attentive, probably the best customer service we received in all the hotels we stayed in Croatia during our 2 week visit. Although the hotel was on a busy road, we didn't really notice. Pool was quiet and clean when we were there, and the food in the restaurant was delicious. Would definitely recommend this place.

A recently renovated hotel, 15 mins walk south of Old Town Zadar. The hotel itself is in great condition. The service from the staff was excellent. The breakfast choices are great- either buffet or special eggs / omelet. The only thing missing was an espresso machine. You would have to order and pay extra for espresso drinks. We had a day trip to Krka Falls - the staff recommended Blue Mar for the private transfer (terrific). They packed breakfast for us since we had to leave at 7 am to make the 8 am boat. The hotel is not in an upscale part of town. Dinner at the restaurant was excellent. We had a party of six- our favorites were the Tagliatelle with Bolognese sauce, Tagliatelle with mussels, steak, and Grill for Two. Desserts were excellent The owners are friendly. We were glad to support this boutique hotel

Brand new hotel which was opened in May 2023. We were upgraded to a deluxe room with two balconies. They have a nice and decent pool. You are walking less than five minute to the beach and the sea. The breakfast was really good-they even offer a la carte. Go for it-it’s a great hotel

Nice place, friendly staff, close to downtown. Unfortunately the restaurant was closed on Sundays and there's no gym. If you're tall don't take room 308. Thats my only gripe. Everything else was great.

Staff were very friendly, kind and accommodating. Area was decent. The cleanliness could have been better and more sunbed availability around the pool would have been great. Also the day menu in the restaurant wasn’t of much variety.

Schönes Stadthotel - unser Highlight war eindeutig der wohltemperierte Pool mit den Liegemöglichkeiten! Die Lage war auch top - die Altstadt, das Meer und Strand sowie der Busbahnhof sind fußläufig schnell zu erreichen. Sehr sauber und hochwertige Einrichtung im Hotel & Zimmer - auch wenn uns die Konstruktion der Dusche einen nassen Badezimmerboden bescherte ;) Bei den Zimmerpreisen hätte ich auch erwartet, dass Kaffee aus der Maschine beim Frühstück inklusive wäre - aktuell muss man dafür extra bezahlen. Alles in allem ist das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis in Ordnung.

The hotel looked awesome, very clean. Two outdoor areas for breakfast and a good size swimming pool. Room was amazing with great balcony, good and quiet air condition. Bathroom was spacious and had a walk-in shower. Room has proper blackout curtains and room was sound proofed. It’s close to a (rocky) beach. Zadar old town is 15 min walk away. The staff was very helpful and kind. Continental breakfast as well as cooked breakfast available with a good a variety of food. Free and plenty of parking spaces. Overall great experience but that's what you expect for that price

The hotel was small but was of a really good standard. The rooms were super clean and modern. Most do not have a balcony - I believe these come at a premium. Most of the staff were very friendly - including the owner who made himself seen and known which was fantastic. The food at breakfast was outstanding. The restaurant was a little sterile - more business like. We asked for a little music around the pool as it was so quiet and they managed to sort the speakers out. A few minutes walk to the beach and 20-30 minutes to Zadar centre. I’d definitely stay here again.

Nice new hotel, close to beach and within walking distance to old centre (about 15 minutes) Excellent breakfast included with room rate, plenty of choice of continental plus hot options cooked to order so always fresh. Some issues with bathroom design, easy to flood the room if you aren’t very careful in the shower.

Otroligt vänlig och trevlig service, bästa tänkbara! Mycket bra frukost där man förutom buffén kunde välja valfria frukosträtter från meny. Rummen rena och fina och poolen väldigt trevlig. Och läget är också utmärkt med några minuters promenad till stranden och 10-15 minuter till Gamla stan. Vi ger hotellet 10/10 och åker garanterat tillbaka.

O recepcionista e os atendentes do restaurante e café da manhã foram muito atenciosos. O café da manhã era excelente com opções de prato feito sob demanda. Ponto a ser melhorado é que não havia porta no box do banheiro então molhava bastante o banheiro. O ar condicionado também não tinha opção de escolher a temperatura.. só o nivel. Então em alguns casos não gelava muito.

Really nice hotel with friendly staff, can easily walk into Zadar and to the beach from the hotel. Free parking at the hotel was an added bonus. The room was lovely and the bed was so comfortable probably the best bed I have ever slept in. Breakfast was good, buffet plus seperate menu for egg dishes. Highly recommend this hotel if you are looking to stay in Zadar.

Der Balkon zur stark befahrenen Hauptstrasse war praktisch wegen des Verkehrslärms nicht nutzbar. Der Anbringung des Safes auf Fussbodenniveau ist äußerst unpraktisch. Kosmetikprodukte wie Kosmetiktücher, sowie ein Kosmetikspiegel fehlten leider, was wir in einem 4 Sterne Hotel erwartet hätten.
Der Balkon zur stark befahrenen Hauptstrasse war praktisch wegen des Verkehrslärms nicht nutzbar. Der Anbringung des Safes auf Fussbodenniveau ist äußerst unpraktisch. Kosmetikprodukte wie Kosmetiktücher, sowie ein Kosmetikspiegel fehlten leider, was wir in einem 4 Sterne Hotel erwartet hätten.

Sehr schönes Boutique-Hotel... sehr neu und modern eingerichtet. Zimmer sind auch im neuen Zustand und top... genügend Steckdosen... sogar mit USB-Anschlüssen. Frühstücksbuffet mit grosser Auswahl... Eierspeisen werden à la Carte frisch zubereitet... das pochierte Ei mit Avocado kann ich nur weiterempfehlen!!! Das Hotel liegt zwar nicht in der Altstadt, diese ist jedoch fußläufig innerhalb von 15 Minuten bequem erreichbar.

Hotel is about 20 minute walk from old town of Zadar. I booked it because one can\'t park in the old town. We have "deluxe suite" - it is a suite, but not esp. deluxe - rather spartan decor. Had to get room temp adjusted from desk. Dinner in dining room was pretty good. Staff seems good. Parking limited - I squeezed in. More parking behind hotel (employee parking). Dining room attractive. Room supposed to be sea view - one side of the room is in the direction of the sea, but the sea can\'t be seen. (Maybe a small sliver.) Breakfast pretty good. Card key removal means that all power goes off in room, including HVAC. Internet connection drops after a period of inactivity. Opening window shuts off HVAC. Overall, satisfactory.
Hotel is about 20 minute walk from old town of Zadar. I booked it because one can\'t park in the old town. We have "deluxe suite" - it is a suite, but not esp. deluxe - rather spartan decor. Had to get room temp adjusted from desk. Dinner in dining room was pretty good. Staff seems good. Parking limited - I squeezed in. More parking behind hotel (employee parking). Dining room attractive. Room supposed to be sea view - one side of the room is in the direction of the sea, but the sea can\'t be seen. (Maybe a small sliver.) Breakfast pretty good. Card key removal means that all power goes off in room, including HVAC. Internet connection drops after a period of inactivity. Opening window shuts off HVAC. Overall, satisfactory.

Very nicely conceived hotel - nice quality of finishes and above average design. However - at 9 PM my room was 25 degrees and on the bed was a blanket that I would use to sleep outdoors in 10 degree weather. 90% humidity outside maybe 15 degrees. I went to the front desk and was told that the previous day they had switched the system from cooling to heating ?? WHAT ??? Are you using a1950 one pipe system with a water chiller that takes 3 days to swing temps ? Either the developers accepted a seriously inappropriate system, or they dont know how to properly run their HVAC. Kudos to the night manager who gave me another room at 11PM so I could at least get some sleep.

We had a great experience! Tomislav checked us in and he was so helpful and kind. He gave us great recommendations. The hotel was clean and new. The restaurant was great. Breakfast was delicious! Great location. Highly recommend. We felt like the staff went above and beyond to make our stay even better.

We were super impressed with the staff at the hotel. Friendly, hospitable and attentive, probably the best customer service we received in all the hotels we stayed in Croatia during our 2 week visit. Although the hotel was on a busy road, we didn't really notice. Pool was quiet and clean when we were there, and the food in the restaurant was delicious. Would definitely recommend this place.

From the minute we walked through the door until the time we left all the staff and owner made you feel so welcome. The hotel was spotless the pool area was beautiful everything was just how we liked things to be. The hotel is only a few minuets to the beach where there are beach bars and a short walk (about 15 minutes) to Zadar old town which is very beautiful

We were greeted from the onset by one of the owners who was lovely. The couple who own the property make you feel at home. Staff was extremely attentive to our needs. The property was beautiful and close to everything. We would definitely stay here again. Mary and Amie from Canada

Shana at the front desk is amazing. She is kind and patient and got us all sorted out. If all hotels had a Shana traveling would be so much less stressful :) Also the hotel itself is clean, bright with free parking and a delicious breakfast. 15min walk to the historic downtown.

A recently renovated hotel, 15 mins walk south of Old Town Zadar. The hotel itself is in great condition. The service from the staff was excellent. The breakfast choices are great- either buffet or special eggs / omelet. The only thing missing was an espresso machine. You would have to order and pay extra for espresso drinks. We had a day trip to Krka Falls - the staff recommended Blue Mar for the private transfer (terrific). They packed breakfast for us since we had to leave at 7 am to make the 8 am boat. The hotel is not in an upscale part of town. Dinner at the restaurant was excellent. We had a party of six- our favorites were the Tagliatelle with Bolognese sauce, Tagliatelle with mussels, steak, and Grill for Two. Desserts were excellent The owners are friendly. We were glad to support this boutique hotel

Had a terrific stay here. Only marked down from 5 to 4 stars overall as one side of hotel and restaurant overlooks a main road. Staff reallly friendly and helpful. Breakfast is excellent. We broke our own rule of not eating in at the hotel one evening, and dinner (steak and tagilata) was fantastic. Easy access to beach and some great restaurants (2 mins walk) and Fosa dock (15 mins walk) where we got a boat trip from.

Nice place, friendly staff, close to downtown. Unfortunately the restaurant was closed on Sundays and there's no gym. If you're tall don't take room 308. Thats my only gripe. Everything else was great.

We had a great stay at the Miramare - the hotel is still fairly new and finished to a high standard. It's roughly a 15 minute walk to the old town and the beach is a 2 minute walk so a great location. Breakfast was great (nice pastries, cheese and grilled vegetables) and the pool was a bonus. All the staff were very helpful. Would definitely stay again!

The hotel is in a great location just outside the old town with a beach just down the hill. The rooms are very clean with modern bathrooms. In hindsight we should probably have gone for a room with a balcony so if you're considering one I think it will probably be worth it. Breakfast is excellent with a cold buffet and more hot options available to order, plenty of options for vegetarians. The pool area is great and we had no issues finding available sun loungers while we were there. The staff is very friendly and efficient both in the reception and at breakfast.
