The stay was nice and convenient and the parking was good

Everyday I stayed there i had to go to the office because ny key card stopped working every morning. The rooms had an absolute terrible smell. I had to keep my room door open during the days just to let the cigarette smoke out of my room. Management will not do anything about neighbors smoking in their rooms when these are non smoking rooms. You hear everything next door at the wood store during the day and even when people are walking by your room you can hear people talking as if they are in your room. The doors need new weather strips, your can see outside through yhe cracks of your door. The wifi does not work at all the further your room is from the office. Makes working remotely very difficult and management says there is nothing they can do about that. This is a very cheap and nasty motel where management simply do not care about your concerns. Do not stay here,spend your extra money to get a better hotel. This place is absolutely last resort.

Book a 2 bed room as pay at property. One hour before check-in time my card was charged for the room. I hadn't even made it to Galveston yet. Got there, checked in, went to the room, and they had given us a one bed. Room smelled like boiling cabbage. Loaded stuff back into the car, went to the office, and Sharon asked for the card back, said she would cancel it on her end, and gave us a card to call at 7am the next morning for a refund. Called shortly after 8am and message said they didn't open until 11am. It is now 2:07pm and still trying to get it straightened out. The only positive thing about the experience was Sharon was nice and we luckily found a much nicer room somewhere else.

There were no amenities. We had no hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner or coffee in the room.
