Wingate by Wyndham Galveston Beachfront at the Seawall

Not so good, the room that was given was not clean and looked like someone was still in it. We were given a different room with no fuss. The room smelld like stale water, musty.

Room was clean

Shower had hair on floor and shower floor was black mind you the floor supposed to look white...Staff-I ask for a wash cloth from the cleaning service lady and she replied with go to the front ..why if your right here. No blankets on the bed...had to go back to the lobby for that and he proceeded with goven me only 1 Im like dude, the room we have, has 2 beds. Breakfast was a disaster. Only 1 waffle maker the bread was still- beach just cross the street ..thats the only good thing that it had. Smh

The absolute worst hotel I’ve ever been in/ bugs everywhere- the room had no sheets or comforter so they to bring those and the shower was broken

The room was not clean, the elevator was not working, the phone did not work, and the ice machine was broken. Continental "breakfast" was some messy toast and rolls left in a case. there was no fruit out no warm food at all. You could make your own waffles but with the cleanliness of the room I wasn't going to chance eating here.
