The Ballard Inn, A Kirkwood Collection Hotel

Gorgeous hotel in the Santa Ynez area. Very quiet, easy parking, lovely room, dog friendly!

Hotel.com needs to update the listings for the Ballard Inn. It is not possible to figure out which room you are selecting when booking on Hotels.com. There are rooms in the main house, and separate rooms in the carriage house. It needs to be more descriptive on the site so customers can book the room they would like. Ballard Inn is a B&B we have been visiting for 20 years. Yes, it has changed in terms of breakfast offering and more limited happy hour snacks, but we still really love this place and keep coming back.

Service was great, room was clean but a little dated. Breakfast and wine hour were delicious.

We've stayed at the Ballard Inn before, it is the perfect cozy stay on the way to Orange County from Paso Robles. Staff are awesome, and the public areas are very charming. Looking forward to coming back.

Breakfast with the chef’s special was amazing. Very charming country inn with beautiful large rooms. Staff were extremely welcoming. Definitely staying here again.
