Very nice place, great location for the bike race I was in town for. Would have been nice if the hot tub was functional.

A lot of the things advertised were not available. They told me just because hotels.com advertised that doesn’t have to fulfill it. We did not receive the room we expected, the room was dirty, dead bugs in the. Iiving room, hair in the bathroom, my wife had to clean the floor. Some of the facilities for recreational used were closed because they were broken. Wi-Fi did not work, they told us it hadn’t worked for 2 months. They no longer offer breakfast as advertised on Hotel.com

We would be happy to stay at this property again, now that we have some more knowledge. We were happy with the price and it was a great place to crash after skiing each day. My notes are intended to be more informative for people coming for a future stay, rather than dissuading someone. Soap, Shampoo, Conditioner, Hand Soap, etc are not provided. We stayed in a room for 6 people, for three days and when we went to the front desk, we were given 2 complimentary mini bottles of shampoo/conditioner and a bar of soap (to use for shower and hand soap). Upon asking again the next day, we were told we would need to pay for more. We were provided one dishwasher tab for our stay, and there are lots of signs reminding you to turn down your heater or up the AC when you leave to save money. We are happy to bring our own shampoo, etc but it would be nice to know these things are not provided before we arrived. The amenities were probably geared more towards summer guests, but my family enjoyed the pool. It would have been great if the hot tub was warmer than the pool after a long day of skiing, but we made due. A fire in the main atrium would have also really livened things up. As it was it felt a little dark and dreary in the main building, especially with the main area housing buckets to catch water dripping from leaks in the ceiling.

The property is not recently updated/remodeled, which I do not care about at all! The room we stayed in had a full kitchen, loving room, 2 bathrooms and a separate bedroom. It was more than spacious. Also, hardly anyone else’s was staying in the rooms around ours so it felt very quiet and private. The pool and jaccuzzi are super nice, and there are lots of other amenities on the property.

I give it a 9/10. The only thing I would have a complaint about is the hide-a-bed, it was terrible, but the master King bed was excellent. The amenities were fun, the kids played horseshoes and mini golf, and we all played pickle ball for the first time, we laughed for an hour straight. The location was nice, and quiet. We’ll definitely always check for availability in the future.

Very friendly staff and helpful, the room was amazing and would recommend this place to everyone..Indoor pool spa heated of coarse, indoor racket ball court. Fitness room and goonie golf annd a big chess board plenty of activities. We will definitely be back

We absolutely loved our stay at the Roundhouse Resort. There's mini golf, pickleball, basketball, a hot tub, a swimming pool, a pool table, and so much more. The rooms are in great shape and the sleeping arrangements were comfortable for our family. I would definitely stay here again.

This is probably out 5th stay here. It’s great for us as a family because our kids have a lot to do, swimming indoors, pickleball, pool, basketball, ping pong, mini golf, playgrounds and probably more. The cabins are clean and spacious.

Pool was cloudy and hot tub was green and smelly. No maid service.

Amazing property with so much to do! Miniature golf, Pickleball and more… The staff is wonderful and very helpful if we needed anything… even changed a tire for us! Highly recommend!

This was an amazing safe property for my elderly father. It was clean and a perfect stay. Staff office were friendly and helpful. So much to do! Our family would come back again.

The condo that I had was excellent! It was roomy, clean, had many great amenities and easy parking and access. I will stay here again!! 👍

Unit was updated and very clean. Had everything we needed. Wifi was non-existant. Bed was very hard. Property has tons of activities for the whole family.

The area is beautiful and the location was quiet, but convenient to local shopping. The rooms were rather dated. We rented two units, one of them definitely not fully cleaned when we got it (coffee grounds from previous tenant still in coffee maker). Also some plumbing issues as the sink in the unit drained really slowly. The rec center was ok - although also rather dated and the spa heater was broken. Overall this is a decent property, but is in need of some repair and better quality control in the room cleaning.

We usually stay in the cabins at the other resort on this same property, but booked a one-bedroom here by mistake. Overall, our stay was pleasant. However, due to the multiple huge spiders that greeted us as soon as we entered and the fact that the mattresses were some of the worst we have ever slept on, we won't be back. Even my kids woke sore and said they were uncomfortable all night and couldn't wait to get home. Staff is really nice, but we don't see the point in staying somewhere that we can't sleep or get any rest at.

The property was really nice, well maintained, lots of fun activities, like mini golf pickleball, swimming, hot tub etc. however the room was not great. It was serviceable but smelled faintly of curdled milk, pretty sure it was coming from the upholstered chair. We should have said something but it was a booked weekend and we didn't know what they'd be able to do for us.Also the sheets and towels were really rough.

Our experience was probably different than usual, and that we were the only people staying in that section of the resort for the time we were there. The property was beautiful and the unit itself was roomie and well-equipped. The pool area was very nice as well. Really loved it there and will definitely be back!

The bed was so uncomfortable. We normally have no problem with the beds but this stay not a good one. One of us ended up sleeping on the couch, which was just as uncomfortable and neither of us got much sleep. Very disappointing. We did request a king bed and was not avail. We dont understand why so many avail rooms and not able to extend this request.

Our room was very clean. We had no issues while staying for 3 nights. Having a full sized kitchen made it seem almost like home. With large bedroom and plenty of quilts for the bed. My only complaint was the mattress was very hard

The rooms are old and need to be refurbished/updated.

Family had a blast as usual. It's become some what of a tradition to stay here. Swimming, birding on property and even saw wild horses the first night. Kids love all the activities and we love where it's located as well. Staff was great and improved from our previous stays. Bed was a little uncomfortable for me but can't knock em for that as I'm a big guy.

I really liked the rates for the room and the amount of things to do at the resort. The kids had a lot of fun. We did have a hiccup when checking in. We called when we reserved on Expedia to ensure we would have a ground floor room and when we got there they had us upstairs. My mom cannot do stairs. When I explained they quickly checked that they had a first floor room for us and gave us that room.

We had a room in the lodge. It was spacious and clean, with a full kitchen. We were told someone would be at the front desk from 9am to 9pm if we needed anything. On my itinerary, i had booked a king bed. When we went in the bedroom, we saw it was a queen. It was 8:30 pm and i got no answer from the front desk. We decided it didnt matter so we went to bed. The bed was hard as a rock. In the morning they called and said on their end, it said we paid for a queen bed. They came and dropped off 2 egg crate matress toppers. It helped a little. We only saw one staff member the whole time. We wont be going back for this reason.

I have asthma and I had terrible episodes the whole time I was in the room. Lots of chemical smells. Our only outdoor window was a view of the parking lot behind the apartments and a fence. I assumed it was more open and rustic. It's got a very pristine landscape. Our front door opened up into a huge area filled with tables and chairs. Most of the time there was construction going on inside this area and sometimes very loud with lots of dust. When we arrived, the pool was not open. Although it was clean and well cared for, we did not get the atmosphere we were looking for. I do not recommend it to anyone who thinks they are getting a cabin or a view. Long way to drive to have a view of asphalt and concrete and fences...Also, suffered too many asthma attacks the whole time I was in the room to say I enjoyed it. Only when I was in the room and no way to open up a window safely to let fresh air in.
