El lugar mas sucio y descuidado en el que he estado en mi vida. El personal muy poco profesional y carente de capacitación. Me quejé en varias ocasiones por el aseo, y me enviaron a una persona a sacudir el polvo, mientras que en el baño habia rastros de jabón de huéspedes anteriores. Pesima relacion costo-beneficio. He estado muchas veces en Guangzhou, y seguro hay mejores hoteles por un precio muchísimo mas bajo

Got moved to another room , washer dumped water all over floor , bathroom dirty again, no English channels on TV, price has doubled from previous stays , value not good like before , pictures show dirt, filth Around sink and bathroom. In these days of Covid cleanliness, and for the daily price of $235. I expect a clean, healthy, well kept room. Trying to talk to all Chinese kids at front desk who are more worried about playing games on their phones , than dealing with customers and issues. If they worked for me .... I’d fire them ALL.
