We had an excellent overnite stay at K&C rooms. The transportation was very reasonable considering the quick pickup and on time return to the Athens airport. The rooms were very nice, modern, comfortable and clean. Our host was helpful in every sense even calling in a pizza delivery request for dinner.

Loved the property. Host is amazing. She came late in the night to give us access to the property and was available early in the morning to give us a ride to the airport. Highly recommend it.

Excellent stay at this property. Fotini was super helpful in coming to pick us up at the airport despite our flight delay. She brought us directly to the property and showed us around. And drove us back to the airport after our check-out. The drive to/from the airport was less than 15 minutes. The apartment was very nice. Renovated, clean and the beds were very comfortable. Note that the bedrooms and bathroom were private, but that the kitchen area was shared with another room. This was absolutely fine for us. Highly recommend!

My wife and I went to celebrate our anniversary and we can’t thank enough the owner of the property (fotini) she went above and beyond for us. She will pick you up from the airport if you give her the details, drop you off or even take you to places you want to visit. Obviously with a charge also the place it’s nice and clean. We really recommend this place. My wife and I rented all week but only stayed there two days because went wanted to explore other islands as well but fotini took us and brought us back from the airport every time we went to an island.. she’s a really nice person and if we ever went back to Athens we would come here.

Thai was a great place to stay for our last night in Greece. Great dinning options and close to the airport. The apartment was clean and easy to access. It had everything we needed for our one night stay.

Mycket trevlg lägenhet. Rent och snyggt. Mysig uteplats. Sköna sängar. Trevlig värdinna. Vi kan verkligen rekommendera boendet. Gängavstånd till ett flertal restauranger. Vi åt på Irene, kanske inte det mysigaste stället vi ätit på, men maten var fantastisk. Vi åt mix grill. Mycket mat och mycket gott.

Beautiful apartment. Very modern and comfortable. Great customer service very flexible and accommodating. Even left water in the fridge. Absolutely perfect for a stay over before flying out. Took us 12 minutes to the airport. I will mention because it was not clear if you rent the 2 bedroom 1 bath the kitchen and dining area are shared with the other apartment. When we stayed there was not any one in the other apartment and we really did use the kitchen or dining room but thought I would clarify. Would absolutely recommend and stay there again.

The interior furnishings were very new and unique. I somehow got the impression that this was a bed and breakfast, but this was not the case (perhaps my confusion from researching multiple options). I also failed to realize that I was supposed to contact the manager before our arrival to get instructions to gain entry, as there is no manager on site. However, she answered our call around 9PM and arrived at the property within 5 minutes to let us in and get us settled.

This apartment was a nicest that we had in a five week vacation, and it cost quite a bit less than the other places that we stayed at. It is a beautiful, large, nice looking apartment. There are balconies outside. It was a beautiful moon. We wish we could stay there for the rest of our jou. However, we are going to different countries. I cannot recommend this apartment more highly.

Our Air Canada flight from Athens to Montreal had an unexpected cancellation that resulted in our need to book immediate accommodation on September 13, 2025. Response from the airline instructed us to find our own accommodation. My immediate response was to engage with Expedia as our original travel plans were with the Expedia travel site. Thank goodness because as we sat in the Athens arrivals area with many other disappointed and disgruntled Air Canada passengers, the Expedia site led me to a booking with KC Rooms Apartments (with only one apartment left, I might add) Other than the last minute details about how to gain entry and immediate support by phone - our host sent along a representative to meet us at the door. For me, the most urgent and stressful issues faded away as we gained access to a beautiful family apartment for our quick extended stay. Our host offered us dining option information within a five minute walk. Accommodation included fresh towels, coffee for the morning and ample space in the family suite. You may not require this type of immediate accommodation but, if you’re ever in Athens, Greece and have the need or chance to stay at KC Rooms Apartments (Nik. Mouschounti 31, Markopoulo Mesogeas 190 03, Greece) Please consider staying at a beautiful and comfortable apartment. We are most thankful for our quick and restful stay after our unexpected travel disruption. Thank you KC!

Excelente servicio, la anfitriona me dio el servicio de recogida y regresada al aeropuerto, llegue un par de horas no mas a dormir y me permitio late check out, muy amable, la habitacion extremadamente limpia, 100/10, super recomendada, muy cerca del aeropuerto, aguas de cortesía, 100% recomendada.

The place was in a very central point close to the airport. We had everything we needed. Our host even offered to drop us at the airport and suggested places to eat. We took a train from the port to the station closest to this hotel. Then a taxi that cost 7euros. Great deal!!!!

We had an excellent overnite stay at K&C rooms. The transportation was very reasonable considering the quick pickup and on time return to the Athens airport. The rooms were very nice, modern, comfortable and clean. Our host was helpful in every sense even calling in a pizza delivery request for dinner.

Our Air Canada flight from Athens to Montreal had an unexpected cancellation that resulted in our need to book immediate accommodation on September 13, 2025. Response from the airline instructed us to find our own accommodation. My immediate response was to engage with Expedia as our original travel plans were with the Expedia travel site. Thank goodness because as we sat in the Athens arrivals area with many other disappointed and disgruntled Air Canada passengers, the Expedia site led me to a booking with KC Rooms Apartments (with only one apartment left, I might add) Other than the last minute details about how to gain entry and immediate support by phone - our host sent along a representative to meet us at the door. For me, the most urgent and stressful issues faded away as we gained access to a beautiful family apartment for our quick extended stay. Our host offered us dining option information within a five minute walk. Accommodation included fresh towels, coffee for the morning and ample space in the family suite. You may not require this type of immediate accommodation but, if you’re ever in Athens, Greece and have the need or chance to stay at KC Rooms Apartments (Nik. Mouschounti 31, Markopoulo Mesogeas 190 03, Greece) Please consider staying at a beautiful and comfortable apartment. We are most thankful for our quick and restful stay after our unexpected travel disruption. Thank you KC!

Our stay was perfect. We were thankful for our flexible arrival time and Great communication. Loved having Two bedrooms for our family and everything was nice and clean. The kitchen was a bonus and a full frig as we had dinner delivered. the proximity to the airport was just what we needed. Thank you for having waters waiting for us.

We arrived at about 11:30 pm and had to wake up the owner/manager who drove over to let us in 5-10 minutes later. There was no one around the neighborhood but it was a little unnerving so late at night. We did not have a chance then or in the am to see how close any restaurants were to the hotel. The unit- a two bedroom apartment- was very neat and clean. It was an upstairs unit with no elevator. The owner/manager did carry one of the bags up for us. The bed was comfortable. The hot water was limited by a simple on demand heater. There was no hair dryer and a nearly empty shampoo bottle, and no conditioner. Earlier that day we had received an email from Expedia that there was a message from the hotel. We did not have our sign-in info for Expedia to read the message. This seems like an unnecessary security step. Why not have the hotel send an email or text directly?
