Brand NEW Beach House with HEATED pool!

No complaints whatsoever. House was very clean with a lot of room. Neighborhood was nice and peaceful. Easy beach access and we were provided chairs and an umbrella which was great. We didn’t have to pack beach gear and bring with us from N.C. The backyard and pool was so nice and relaxing. We loved having a pool all to ourselves. Highly recommend and hope to return in the future.

Great location. We loved that we could walk to the beach. We really enjoyed the pool as well. The house was quiet and peaceful. If we wanted to go to St. Augustine, it was a quick ride. The beds were so comfortable! It was like sleeping on a marshmallow!Would definitely stay again!

The house was in the perfect location for anyone wanting peace and quiet while also being just a few minutes' walk from the beach. Would definitely stay there again.

The property was well-maintained and beautiful. They were plenty of amenities. The beds were all comfortable. We had a great stay.

The house was very clean and had everything we needed for a great stay. Beds were very comfortable. Rafts and pool noodles were provided for the pool as well as beach chairs and towels for our visits to the ocean. The house is in a residential neighborhood. It was about a 10 minute walk to the ocean. The beach was beautiful and not overcrowded as it is not in a commercialized/touristy area. Best to uber to restaurants if you do not have a vehicle. The only negative was that when we arrived, the pool was 101 degrees as the previous guests had cranked up the heat so we were not able to use it the first day of our stay. The host of the home worked with us though and we were able to get the temperature down to a more comfortable setting. We all greatly enjoyed our stay!
