Room was nicely clean, beds comfortable, parking right outside our door was perfect and service was excellent. There was an early frost so the heat was turned way down and the room was quite cold. I did not call the office, however, since we were traveling and leaving again the next morning. The blankets were warm enough to sleep well. I was happy that the parking and road were well lit.

This was right off I77/81 - very convenient and easy to find. Check in and Check out was wonderful. Person at the front desk for both - very friendly and welcoming. One floor motel - I could park right in front of my room. I used this Red Roof for a quick overnight stay on the way to Asheville NC for a Family vacation. I would stay again!

The door to our hotel room was so warped, it was difficult to open and close. There wasn't a coffee maker in the room, which was rather disappointing. It was okay if you want a cheap hotel, with no amenities. I would not stay here again though.

Everything is 1st floor, exterior entry - which was very convenient for my 1-night stop! Front desk was great and check-in was easy. Although the room seemed clean - the toilet had someone else’s urine in it when I arrived. Also the garbage can outside was overflowing- so that wasn’t a good impression. The fridge froze some of my groceries:(. Otherwise- great stay!

Liked the ability to park right in front of our room. The rooms had been updated recently which was nice. Overall was generally clean, but a number of cigarette butts/trash outside and drops of something (soda?) on the wall in our room, which is why I gave a 3 for cleanliness. Stayed here as a mid point in our travels. Would consider it again for the price.

They had dead and Alive roaches under the fridges, smeared roaches on the wall bad make sure you wipe down flat surfaces. I left once i seen it got my full refund i also took pics.

The rooms were nice and updated. Probably the nicest Red Roof rooms I've ever stayed in. Unfortunately, the comforter had some stains on it. The floors had spots where they creaked (they were the faux wood like lifeproof flooring). The Wifi was open to everyone and I had to hotspot on my phone to have a decent signal. Also, there were very few channels on the tv that worked.

Parking was nice, as well as the surrounding area. The rooms were not clean upon entry, we were going to over look it just for one night because that’s all we needed. As we pulled the covers to go to bed there was dog hair everywhere, and both beds had stains, one had large dirty paw prints. We were given a second room and the bed had some reddish brown stains and also had crumbs and hair. After, we asked for linens and were told everything was washed that morning but was only left with two non fitted sheets. We ended up finding another room somewhere else, and are waiting to hear back from the manager about a refund.

The room was clean and smelled clean too. We were in the 3rd building and it was right next to the highway so it was kinda noisy but the property itself was quiet. There were some stains on the sheets but the mattress was in a protector so I liked that. We had a king room and it was very big with a lot of outlets.

Obviously remodeled old property so everything in room new and clean but rooms very smalll and bathroom also very small. No ice bucket. TV with minimal stations and no guide. Pet friendly so should put out bag station so people pick up after their dogs when walk on property.

The checkin was a breeze. However during the evening we found out that there is zero insulation. Guests next door felt like we’re just behind a curtain. The place felt like it had zero sound proof. Also there was no hot water at all!!!!

The room was cold all night.l despite having the room heater on. The in room heater was turned on and was blowing a light warm air but biggest problem was the main door to outside would not seal (could see outside around crack of door) and cold air came in all night and we were cold all night. Tried plugging the holes with towels around the door to keep air from coming in but it didnt work that well. Room was clean but floors were creaky. Didnt opt to shower as room was just too cold. The soap available was industrial grade soap (smelled horrible, lickily we had our own bar of soap in our toiletry bag). Towels (bath, facecloth and hand) were stiff (too much startch?) All was needed was for a 6 hr sleep and we were out.

Recently remodeled but not great. Dead bolt would not engage. New pillow cases and bottom sheet but top sheet was wrinkled and had hair. No grab bar in the shower and no luggage stand. Room 319 gets traffic noise all night. Don’t bring a trailer as it will drag on steep drive. Would not stay again.

This Red Roof is incredibly clean, easy to get to, and had the most hospitable staff both morning and night. What a tranquil area out front to sit. And the mural on the wall is gorgeous! I would stay here over and over again. The newly modeled rooms are excellent!

Did a one night stay over on a longer trip. Site manager was welcoming, kind, and great at the desk--both on check in and checkout. The tub enclosure, fixtures, toilet and sink were sparkling -- looked like brand-new white cloth shower curtain! Beautiful! The room looked like it had been recently refurbished. Bed and linens were comfortable and everything was very clean. Nice little "extra" of a hook in the bathroom for robe, clothes or towel. Tub/toilet area VERY small, but not unlike others we've been to. Sink and vanity area very spacious. Would return here! Beautiful scenery plus!

For a cheap night stay at an Inn, it’s a pretty good spot. I liked the connivence of it being right next to the highway & It was easy to check in. Room was pretty clean & it had some modern features.

For a cheap night stay at an Inn, it’s a pretty good spot. I liked the connivence of it being right next to the highway & It was easy to check in. Room was pretty clean & it had some modern features.

This was right off I77/81 - very convenient and easy to find. Check in and Check out was wonderful. Person at the front desk for both - very friendly and welcoming. One floor motel - I could park right in front of my room. I used this Red Roof for a quick overnight stay on the way to Asheville NC for a Family vacation. I would stay again!

Was a great deal for a clean room. They had a laundry room which was awesome! Very freindly staff. Close to plenty of restaurants and a nice park to walk our pup.

The room was clean, smelled fresh. The bed and pillow was very comfortable. The outdoor lighting was wonderful. It was especially welcome when walking the dog late at night. I would stay here again. It is close to Route 77 and 81 so it’s location is convenient with lots of restaurant choices within a mile.

The door to our hotel room was so warped, it was difficult to open and close. There wasn't a coffee maker in the room, which was rather disappointing. It was okay if you want a cheap hotel, with no amenities. I would not stay here again though.

This is a no frills motel but the room was clean and bed was very comfortable. The only issue we had was that our door to the room which went to the outside was very hard to open and close . It really needed replaced. Also only one ice machine for 3 buildings. It would have been nice to have an ice machine in each building. Otherwise this was a good value for the money.

I was traveling for a few weeks and has stayed at quite a few motels hotels and the Red roof was the best one so far. The only thing I found wrong with it was no hair dryer. Evidently they can't keep them I guess the guests like them better

There were several things that caused me to give this room an okay rating. It was fairly clean except a used washcloth had been left hanging on the shower rod. The property is aging and not very well maintained. The bathroom area had aging and discolored caulk. There was a total of one wall hanging in the entire room so the walls were not inviting. The paint was aging. There was an inch clearance between the bathroom door and the toilet. The toilet and shower room was very cramped. This hotel was less money than some other hotels and the price reflected the type of room. I probably would not stay at another Red Roof Inn.
