Rezervasyon yapmadan önce odanızın "penceresi" var mı, "banyosu" var mı, "yatağı" var mı diye sormalısınız; yoksa bulamayabilirsiniz. Normal şartlarda çıkış yaparken ödeme alınırken, neden henüz giriş yaparken (yani odanızı görmeden önce) ödemeyi peşin aldıklarını da açıklıyor. Site üzerinden otopark içeren otel filtresi ile rezervasyon yaptırdığımız otele gelir gelmez Karaköy'ün orta yerinde otoparklarının olmadığını söylediler; sorun etmedik gidip ücretini ödeyerek park ettik. Odamıza girdiğimizde bir penceremizin olmadığını gördük. Odadaki açıklık bir duvara bakıyordu. Ne kat görevlisi ne de resepsiyonist bunun neden bir sorun olduğunu bir türlü anlayamadılar. Oda bir depo olması gerekirken oda olarak döşenmişti. Başka odalarının olmadığını söylediler. Sabahın olduğunu bir türlü anlayamadık. Hemen asansörün yanında bir depo olarak tasarlandığı için asansörün iniş çıkış seslerini geceboyu dinledik. Küçücük banyoda dönüş yapmak da oldukça zordu. Nedenini anlayabileceğimiz gibi hemen tümü yabancı uyruklu çalışanlara teslim otelde rutin konuşmalar dışında sorunun ne olduğunu iyi Türkçe bilmedikleri için anlayamayan çalışanlarla muhatap olduk. Temizliğinde problem görmedik. Bodrum katta, pandemi koşullarında küçücük havasız bir salonda kötü kahvaltı cabası. Özetle, tavsiye edilemez.

Our stay at the Weingart Istanbul Hotel was disappointing from the moment we arrived. We had booked a $100 per night room but were told at check-in that we’d been "upgraded" to a room at the Weingart Port Hotel, a separate property. This "upgrade" felt more like a downgrade, as the room was worth around $50 per night and located on the 4th floor of a building with no elevator. The staff at the Port Hotel were indifferent to our concerns and offered no apology or assistance. After a night at the Port Hotel, we were moved back to the main hotel, but the $110 per night room was only a slight improvement. The air conditioning didn’t work, making it impossible to sleep comfortably, and despite reporting it, the staff didn’t seem interested in fixing the issue. The worst part of the stay was dealing with a rude receptionist. When I raised my concerns, he responded sarcastically, suggesting that I should’ve stayed in the original room to see it "wasn’t as nice." His dismissive attitude and lack of professionalism left a sour impression on the entire experience. Overall, between the unhelpful staff, poor room conditions, and the rude receptionist, our stay was frustrating and disappointing. I cannot recommend this hotel due to the lack of service and the many issues we encountered.

Biz sömestir tatilinde ailece İstanbul gezisi yaptık bunun için merkezi konumda bir otel tercih ettik evet otel konum olarak çok merkezi bir konumda ancak otopark sorunu var daha doğrusu otoparkı yok yakındaki Galata porta yönlendiriyorlar orası da günlük 340 TL ücret alıyor bunun dışında temizlik vasat sayılacak pozisyonda kahvaltı çok kötüydü ve çeşit yoktu ayrıca çok gürültü vardı gece rahat uyuyamıyorsunuz bunun dışında çalışanlar ilgili sayılırdı özellikle ön büro çalışanları.

Nisan ayında 3 gece aile olarak konakladık. konum olarak çok iyi yürüyüş mesafeleri; galataporta mesafesi 7-8 dk,karaköy iskelesi 7-8 dk,istiklale çıkan finükülere yürüyüş 10. Dk .galatadan otele ulaşım 12 dk . Otel ve odamız çok temizdi. Odayı siteden ekonomik olarak seçtim ama penceresiz olduğu site tarafından ve otel tarafından belirtilmemişti; otelde resepsiyonist arkadaşlar direk yardımcı olup boş olan pencereli odaya tl fark ücreti almadan aktarım yaptılar. Kahvaltı çeşidi az ama yeterli ; ancak kahvaltı yapılan alanı girişteki güzel ferah cafede yapılsa daha güzel bir sunum olur -1. Kayta penceresiz bir alanda veriliyor kahvaltı. Personel cok ilgili ve güler yüzlü. Memnun kaldım 👍

Would NOT recommend this hotel. Stayed here for 3 nights last week. On night 2, the shower door collapsed on me, glass everywhere and cuts on my body. The hotel did not have a first aid kit, offered no help in acquiring any first aid materials or assistance finding medical care. I requested a refund for this 1 night, since we weren't moved to a new room until the next day, and we were unable to use the shower / bathroom - front desk staff refused a partial refund and was rude to us, despite the injuries sustained during our stay.

The stay was okay, however we had an alarm going off every time we open and close the door, we asked this to be fixed as soon as we moved in and kept asking a few times a day every time we passed by the reception, they kept promising that it would be fixed it but unfortunately nothing happened. Also there was a problem with using the stairs on the third floor, the door handle was broken, they sent someone up however it was never fixed. Tried to order a taxi through the front desk, we ended up waiting for 30 min to then find out they didn't even call. For this type of service - overpriced, seems like we are just paying for the design of the hotel that has no service. We ended up extending our trip but decided to move to a different hotel.

We booked an economy level room. We arrived to find that the room smells bad. We then asked the receptionist to bring us some good smelling refreshing. The room lacked any windows. The bathroom walls arent clean, has some of fungus. We came to the bed to find stains on the bedsheet. The hotel manager was nice enough, to move us to a new building, for the same hotel. The new building is one month old. The new was very clean at first, and we recieved then excellent service.

Badezimmer leider veraltet uns unsauber

Insgesamt macht die Unterkunft einen soliden Eindruck. Es sind meiner Meinung nach keine 4 Sterne. Das Frühstück ist bedürftig, die Zimmer klein und das Bad verschimmelt. Positiv hingegen sind jedoch das Personal und die zentrale Lage.

Oda buz gibiydi klimayı 28 alıyoruz 18 e düşüyor kıyafetlerimiz ile yattık.mağduriyetimizi bildirdik olmadı yorgan verin dedik.yorgan yok dediler donduk.camlar açılmıyor hapishane gibi.söyledik yardımcı olmadılar.odayı temizlemeye gelmişler yerde kanlar duruyordu.yastık kılıfını çıkartmış yenisini takmamış kirliyide konsola bırakmış.ne personel ne otel herşey berbattı. Kimseye tavsiye etmeyeceğiz.

Sadly they pulled a fast one and gave us a room without a window. The listing didn't mention it, but it didn't say it had a window either. Also the bed sheets were dirty. Location is good though. This hotel gave a bad first impression of Istanbul.

The property is in a great location and nice premises. Our only issue was that the cleaning staff hadn’t fully cleaned the washroom - there was garbage in the washroom bins remaining from prior occupants. Altogether not a big deal. Breakfast was great.

Terrible hotel. I dont even know where to start. We were given a room behind the lobby at first which was clearly not designed to be a room but maybe a staff room. There was a bag over the smoke detector and horrible smell in the room. We complained and with hesitation our room was changed to another windowless room but slight better. The showers were incredibly moldy. The beds and pillows very uncomfortable. Was perhaps one of my most uncomfortable stays ever.

Ein sehr schönes Hotel welches zentral ist. Die Zimmer waren schön geräumig und sauber. Bis auf die Dusche. Dort waren an den Seiten schon Schimmel zu sehen.

The staff is fantastic, very friendly and kind. The rooms are clean although they don't have a lot of space. The AC works but if you are on the other bed far away from it, it won't be as effective if you like your room to be chilled. The main issue is noise from the dance club right across the street. During the weekend they play loud music that even the earplugs won't work. No complaints for the hotel but that noise did not let us sleep for two days.

The hotel is conveniently located next to public transportation T1 line and the port as well as lots of restaurants are in walking distance. The front desk is friendly and helpful. The room is spacious and clean, Internet speed is good. The breakfast is ok, not too wide range, but sufficient to get a good start into the day. For guests who are a bit sensitive to noise, the rooms on the street side are not recommended, as across the street there is a club and it's easy to hear the beat and music. The price is a bit high but perhaps ok due to the location.

Leider haben wir unsere grösste Enttäuschung bei dieser Hotel erlebt. Familienzimmer gebucht mit Verbindungstür Zimmer 2 hatte KEINEN FENSTER (wurde niergends bei der Buchung erwähnt!) + die KLIMA funktionierte 5 von 7 Tage nicht! Zimmerreinigung war eine Katastrophe man hat an einem Tag komplett die Zimmer VERGESSEN zu Reinigen!! Für mich niemals 4 Sterne würdig. Lage ist OK, Hotel selber ist nicht zu empfehlen…

I was given a very small room (single room converted into a twin bedroom) this was terrible as the room had no heating and was right next to a night club so very very moisit during the night up until 3.00 am! The room was changed and we were given a triple bedroom which was very nice. Breakfast is delicious - Turkish breakfast and the quality of the food is really good. The location of the hotel is the best.

Sehr nettes Personal! Umgebung ist etwas laut, ein Disko ist gegenüber! Aus dem Fenster hat man kein bzw. wenig Aussicht! Frühstück ist nichts besonderes! Personal ist sehr bemüht zu helfen! Es gibt vielen in der Umgebung zu entdecken!

Rezervasyon yaptığımız otele akşam 18:00 gibi giriş yapmak için geldiğimizde, bize yerleri olmadıklarını belirttiler. Sistemsel bir hata yüzünden bize yer veremiyeceklerini söylediler. Aradan 15 dk sonra, bir oda boşalıyor - siz girebilirsiniz dediler. Odaya saat 20:00 gibi giriş yapabiliyor olduk. Ertesi gün check out için saat 13:30 gibi lobbye indik ve suratlar bir karıştı. Geç kalmışız dendi. Daha ne diyim? Otel yer konum olarak güzel ama işte durum bu maalesef

Unser Aufenthalt in Weingart in Istanbul war sehr gut. Das Personal war unglaublich nett und immer hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer war sauber und es gab alles was man brauchte. Das Frühstück war auch gut. Preis Leistung ist sehr gut, vor allem auch da die Lage super ist.

Katastrophal! Kaum angekommen, wurden wir schon unfreundlich empfangen. Der Rezeptionist war völlig unprofessionell – das absolute Minimum an Service. Ein freundliches Hallo sollte nicht so schwer sein. Leider haben wir uns von den positiven Bewertungen täuschen lassen. So einen unfreundlichen und lieblosen Aufenthalt hatten wir noch nie. Besonders schockierend: Unser Zimmer wurde ohne unsere Erlaubnis betreten. Die Privatsphäre wird in diesem Hotel offenbar nicht geschätzt, daher sollte man Wertsachen auf keinen Fall unbeaufsichtigt lassen. Fazit: Das Hotelpersonal war extrem unfreundlich und alles andere als einladend. Unser bisher schlimmster Aufenthalt in Istanbul – absolut nicht zu empfehlen!

Location is great, close to many attractions and landmarks…walking distance. Staff was very friendly and helpful, especially Emir Aydın Bey

Good place to stay close to main attractions.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr gut und hat eine zentrale Lage. Man kann alles bequem zu Fuß erreichen. In der Nähe gibt es viele Restaurants und Cafés mit gutem Essen und Trinken. Das Hotel ist modern eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Die Zimmer sind gemütlich und bieten alles, was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt braucht. Das Personal ist freundlich, hilfsbereit und immer professionell. Sie kümmern sich um die Gäste und sorgen dafür, dass man sich wohlfühlt. Insgesamt ist es ein toller Ort für einen entspannten Aufenthalt.

Beautiful hotel which is close to the centre of Galata and all the other cool spots in Istanbul. Everything was very clean and the staff is very friendly. Although it’s very noisy on the street, in the room itself it’s calm. Would recommend this hotel and love to comeback in the future!

Colazione da migliorare

Otele 3 yildiz verdim ancak 3.8 gibi düşünmek lazim yine de 4 degil. Otel temiz, odalar ferah ve her yere ulasimi cok iyi. Ancak kahvaltıda çok fazla secenek olsa da ne yazık ki urunler bayatti. Ilk sabah simit aldim bayat yine de belki fazla almışlardır ellerinde kalmistir diye düşündüm ama ikinci sabah da bayatti. Yine peynirler cok eski gibiydi, bir tabaktaki peyniri yeni kesip geçirdiler bu sefer tazedir diye hemen aldim ama yine hafif eksimis tadi vardi. Hem de bu kahvaltiliklarin sunumu cok kotu. Gorsellik bence onemli ilk once goze hitap etmeli. Yine tekrar tercih edebileceğim bir otel ama kahvaltısı kötü, boyle bir salaklık düzensizlik hakim kahvalti standinda. Çok ceside gerek yok gerekli ve temiz bir cesitle kesinlikle iyi hale gelebilir

Hotel is klein maar heeft alles wat je nodig hebt voor een kort verblijf . De badkamers hebben wel een opknapbeurt nodig . Bedden zijn goed. Minpunten: aan de overkant een club maken best veel lawaai. Ontbijt kan wel meer gevarieerd het is nu te simpel. Jus d’orange is gewoon limonade jammer!

Unser Aufenthalt in Weingart in Istanbul war sehr gut. Das Personal war unglaublich nett und immer hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer war sauber und es gab alles was man brauchte. Das Frühstück war auch gut. Preis Leistung ist sehr gut, vor allem auch da die Lage super ist.

Das Personal war wirklich sehr nett und sympathisch! Sie haben sich sorgsam um uns gekümmert. Frühstücksbuffet war vielfältig und lecker. Definitiv preiswert 👍
