Hotel was OK and served its purpose, a little dated in some areas, the main problem during my stay was 2 of the elevators out of the 3 where not working during the evening and thus there was much waiting to access my room on the 8th floor.

I booked because it was near the train station and they had a pool, which I planned to use to combat jet lag. The pool was closed, and I had doubke checked the website, and even when I preregisted, no notice was given when a botice could have been given several times. I would have stayed elesewhere.

First of all - the pool looks nicer in photos than in reality and keep in mind that pool is only open during summer season - June 20 through September 20. The staff was very helpful and nice. The hotel entrance is strange - it's unusually looking located in a short dead-end street without an easy way for taxis to turn around after drop-off. The room was good, but USB charging ports would have been nice. AC worked good, but the walls are pretty thin. Hotel lobby is pretty small, but they do offer free storage for luggage if you arrive early like I did. The restaurant had good breakfast buffet that was included although it wasn't as great as some of the reviews that I've seen. The gym was very small also. Overall an OK option in Madrid if you're looking for a place close to train station, but you can probably find better options at this price point.

Buena ubicación e instalaciones cómodas y limpias. El único problema fueron los ascensores. Uno no funcionaba otro había que tomar unas escaleras entonces gestionar maletas con uno solo era muy lento

The poorest hotel I ever had for 200€/night. Awfull bad, in which I felt the matrass springs pushing through. On top my room was streetside and during the night it was like the people outside were like passing in my room > bad insulation (my room was on 1th floor close to hotel entrance) Elevator in hotel must be the slowest ever. Breakfast was OK

Contraté el hotel por la custodia de equipaje, pero no aclararon que la custodia de equipaje es solo el día del check in y el día del check out!!

I thought there would be a pool, which is a big part of the reason I booked it. For some reason pool was closed even though it’s super hot out. Also, I had two heavy bags that had to carry up the stairs and no one was there to show me where the elevator is and it wasn’t obvious. Lastly, I booked a family room for 3 and was given a room with only 2 beds. I had to call and switch

The room smelled like cigarette smoke. There was water dripping from the ceiling in the bathroom. The base of the lamp in our room was broken.

Roow was nice, well-kept. The breakfast buffet was excellent.

This property is run down. There was mold in the bathroom. Definitely not worth the price that I paid. Convenient to Chamartín but that was the only positive. The pool area looks nothing like the picture on the Expedia ad.

This property needs an upgrade. Few electric outlets, could have been cleaner. 400 Euros was excessive for what we received.

Reception floor was replaced during the night and noise from the replacement process could be heard in rooms on the 3rd and 4th floors. Also, the 3rd floor was labeled as a no smoking floor, but our room had either been smoked in before when the floor was not a no smoking floor or a recent guest had been smoking in the room. There obviously had been an attempt to mask the odor with a deodorant or air freshener. I would not stay here again or recommend this hotel.

Já estive várias vezes neste hotel. Desta vez, fiquei com impressao negativa. A limpeza e atencao com os hóspedes foi muito ruim. Deixaram de lavar/trocar copos, esqueceram de colocar a terceira toalha, já que o quarto era para tres. Pedimosctoalha na recepcao. Demorou mais de duas horas para levarem, e só o fizeram depois de ligarmos de novo na recepção. A limpeza do quarto foi muita fraca, com cabelos no chao e banheiro. As areas comuns precisam ser melhor mantidas. Café muito bom. Comida do restaurante estava muito boa.

Rooms clean and comfortable. Comfortable chair in room along with desk chair. Nice TV. Bathrooms with extra space. Check in people helpful and friendly.

Always came home to a clean bed and supplies. Friendly Staff and breakfast buffet dis not disappoint!

Our reservation at the Madrid Chamartin hotel was from October 29th to November 1st. I searched on Expedia for a hotel with two important conditions for us, one the location close to the train station and the second having air conditioning. Our first night after a long trip was very bad, even though the temperature outside was in the mid-fifties Fahrenheit, the hotel decided to put on central heating and we didn't have the chance to turn on the air conditioning, the room felt like a sauna. The next morning the young man at the front desk told us that there was no possibility to turn on the AC because the hotel management had decided to switch to central heating and the only thing we could do was open the window. Our second and third night we opened the window and we didn't sleep either because the noise outside was unbearable between the cars, the construction nearby and the people in the building across the street arguing in the middle of the night. My husband complained the second night for the second time and the same young man at the reception told us that he could change us to another room possibly cooler when we opened the window, that was for us like a mockery and very unprofessional, that option after two nights without sleep and we were already leaving the next day. I like to be a fair person and the only thing that the hotel really has good is the breakfast that is included and is varied. I do not recommend this hotel nor do I plan to book it again.

Albergo bello nell’insiemo ottima colazione, ma le camere risentono un po’ dell’età, i letti si muovono troppo facilmente; e il televisore a schermo piatto è vintage e non Smart tv…. Peccato.

Outdated rooms without good sound insulation, you could hear everything from neighbouring rooms and corridors. Earplugs are advised.

Tenía reservada una habitación con cama doble y al llegar al hotel me dijeron que no tenían disponibilidad que me darían una con dos camas, pero que si pagaba un suplemento de 11 podía tener una cama doble. Al llegar a la habitación y tumbarnos en las camas nos hundimos en los colchones clavándonos los muelles de la cama. Es vergonzoso que un hotel tenga unos colchones TAN MALOS. Lo único bueno el desayuno que hay de todo

Creo que lo unico que ha arruinado nuestra estancia han sido los colchones. No hemos podido dormir dos horaas seguidas y la lumbalgia de la mañana me durado dia y medio

Good hotel and staff, great location for trains to Segovia and north. Not too much in immediate area to do but not an issue. Not sure if I was unlucky, it can be a noisy hotel. Out of four nights I was disturbed for three. Often I could hear my neighbours quite loudly. Not an issue if you're a deep sleeper. FYI also has great breakfast and meals.

Convenient for Renfe and Metro. Nice size room. Comfortable bed. Excellent breakfast selection. Reception cheery and efficient. Experience undermined by very warm room, only tempered by having window open, day and night. Air con not available till summer, even though 24c outside. Noisy neighbours on 2nd & 3rd nights slamming doors midnight till 1am.

Good hotel. Just not very service when I asked to keep my luggage there for two days ekstra. It had to be picked up later the same day and there was no wiggle room on that. And the luggage room was big and nearly empty

The staff was very attentive, always greeting us with a smile, our stay was a seamless experience and the employees made us feel comfortable. The hotel is at a great location, next to Chamartin train and metro station. Oh! And that breakfast buffet is FANTASTIC!

Although I arrived midnight due to delay of my flight, the check inn process was very smooth and perfect.

Front desk personnel were very friendly and professional

Over all the hotel is nice but the management decision to have no concierge or person to assist the front desk is a 1 or 2 star hotel decision. Getting bags out of the baggage claim area when the only front desk person was helping customers made us wait 15 minutes and we barely made our train, running to the platform. I feel sorry front front desk people not to mention the inconvenience for customers. They can’t let anyone else open baggage claim area. Poor management. Breakfast was ok but nothing to write home about.

Terrible customer service. My flight was cancelled and I couldn’t get to Madrid. Called them to let them know and ask for a refund and they refused, even though it was out of my hands. So they took my money and I didn’t get to stay. Won’t bother booking here again.

Daniel el recepcionista fue muy amable pero el sistema entre hoteles.com y el hotel deja mucho que desear. No les aparecia mi reserva y tuve que reenviar el correo electrónico de hoteles.com con mi reserva y datos personales al hotel. Todo esto ralentizo mi check-in. No me facilitaron una factura en el hotel pq dicen que tiene que facilitarmela hoteles.com

Chamartin駅から直線では200m以内、でも簡単に渡れる歩道がなく、トランクを引きずって移動するにはやや面倒でした。Chamartin駅は、AVE(スペイン高速鉄道)が発着する大きな駅なのに、駅中やすぐ近くには、良いレストランやバルが見当たりません。これは、このホテルのせいではありませんが、宿泊するホテルを決める際の参考になるでしょう

Although the location is great if you need to be bear the Chamartín station, it is not in a nice place. It served my needs, I spent only one night and travelled from the Chamartín station the following day, but it would not be an option for longer stays and tourism

Very convenient for an overnight stay near Chamartin Railway Station. But not easy to find the way from the station to the hotel - the reverse journey is obvious, but starting at the main station entrance not so much so.

The area around the hotel, is noisy and dusty.

We stayed for a weekend in Hotel Madrid Chamartín Affiliated by Meliá. The staff was kind but nothing special. For the price we paid the breakfast was average, the surrounding was a bit noisy and crowded as the Metro/Train Station was nearby. It has a great access to the station. There are not many places where you can dine in and nothing around the hotel. In overall, a good located hotel for central Madrid.

Dated property, but Very clean. Funky entrance feels out of place- doesn’t look like an entrance. But, location is across the street from Chamartín Train terminal, which was why we stayed here. Food is good & service is good, very cleanly.

Easily accessible from the train station. Clean and nice room. Breakfast was great. Dinner was okay.

O hotel fica um pouco distante do centro de Madri, mas está numa localização práica com facilidade de acesso a diversos meios de transporte. O quarto é amplo e confortável. Banheiro limpo. Café da manhã bom e saboroso. Equipe gentil no atendimento. Cabe destacar o buffet de almoço no restaurante do hotel: maravilhoso! Cardápio variado e muito gostoso.

I got there an hour before check-in time and my room was ready. It had all I needed, a good desk, stocked minibar and a confortable bed. The location for what I needed was unbeatable (next to the train station), but it's kind of boring. Their breakfast starts early (at 7am) and is glorious.

The lunch time buffet is very good
