The G Hotel Seashell

For a resort positioned as a premium vacation destination, I expected a significantly higher level of quality, service, and overall upkeep. Unfortunately, the experience did not align with those expectations. The included breakfast was particularly disappointing and did not meet the standards I would expect from a resort of this caliber. Overall, the property lacked the level of maintenance and attention to detail typically associated with luxury accommodations. The pathways leading to and from the beach were not maintained to a high standard, and the beachfront area available to guests could have been kept much cleaner. During our stay, there was a noticeable amount of trash in the sand, including bottle caps and cigarette butts that appeared to have been there for some time. While the resort did provide beach chairs and umbrellas, many looked heavily weathered and in need of cleaning or replacement. The resort certainly has potential, but its current condition did not reflect the level of quality I expected. One recommendation I would make to future guests is to compare booking options carefully before making a reservation. In my case, I wish I had explored booking directly with the resort before committing through a third-party site. Overall, I left feeling that the experience did not deliver the quality, attention to detail, or overall value that I expected from a resort marketed as a premium destination.

Hotel is good and personal friendly. But too much noise during the weekends until early morning

Beautiful hotel in a resort with amazing breakfast buffet, unique location by the sea and super friendly staff.

The property had barely any guests, despite having many complaints and asking for flexibility to cancel and receive even a partial refund, top management decided on otherwise and still had us charged for our full stay. Never again.

We went to celebrate one of our 2 annual anniversaries. We arrived and waited as they decorated our room with flowers. We didn't get the ocean view we reserved but the we did get a lovely room with a bathtub. We spent the afternoon poolside then dressed for dinner. We were hoping for some fresh fish but they didn't seem to have any on the menu. The buffet was surprisingly good and the servers were wonderfully attentive. We were able to take a few bites back to the room and the brought us a cake to celebrate our anniversary. This hotel was such a lovely break from Cairo and we plan to return for our second annual anniversary at the end of the summer.
