Seascape Beach House

House had everything we needed and owners made check in and out very easy.Great location, we loved our stay.

Communication with the host was great and the balcony view was beautiful.However, our stay was disappointing. One of the rooms had a rotten, water-logged wall, and the main focus from the host seemed to be on insurance rather than guest comfort. The Wi-Fi didn’t work properly, one bedroom had a locked wardrobe (used as a linen cupboard), and laundry powder was advertised but not provided. Although reimbursement was offered for the laundry powder, it wasn’t practical for us to go out and buy some.The downstairs toilet door wouldn’t close and would open on its own, which was very inconvenient with 12 guests. The house also wasn’t cleaned to a high standard — it looked fine at first but clearly needed a deep clean.To top it off, a plumber sent by insurance arrived one hour before checkout asking to enter while we were still having breakfast and packing, which felt rude and poorly timed (he did leave to reschedule).While communication was good and the hosts tried to help, the property did not meet my expectations.

Very spaces, plenty of bed rooms and clean as well.Good location, less than 10 min walk to the beach.

Had a lovely stay over a long weekend. Nicely situated a short stroll from the beach, and such lovely views of the ocean from the spacious balcony. Very spacious and clean, and well looked after. Air hockey was a hit with kids and adults alike. Thank you Sarah!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, house with balcony views of ocean. A close and lovely walk to beach. Only neg one tea towel could do with a few more
