Try booking any where else before booking here.How this hotel is a 4 star hotel baffles the mind. Disgusting rooms got moved to another room due to how bad the first room was , 2nd one was just as bad, had to get our own cleaning supplies to clean the bathroom and room. Staff stand screaming at each other in the hallways with no regard to any of the people in the rooms, buffet breakfast was cold with some of the items visibly there for a long period of time I Wouldn't serve it to my dog . Had a extractor fan in the bathroom that would not switch off and was making a massive noise to which the maintenence teams solution was sticking toilet paper in it and telling us thats all he can do
