Had everything I needed. No staff on site was fine for this trip. Comfortable bedding. Complete control of the climate control was very important to have. Shower fixture could be better. Close to the west train station but on a busy road. Good sound proofing prevented it from disrupting my stay.

Excelente e pequeno apartamento muito próximo à estação Westbahnhof, não são nem 5 minutos andando até a estação.. Recomendo o local, o único detalhe é que o quarto não tem pia ou lava louças, então os utensílios de cozinha devem ser lavados na pia do banheiro. Um pouco estranho mas ok para uma curta estadia, se tivesse mais utensílios de cozinha seria um pouco mais prático. Mas no geral muito boa estadia, check in muito simples e a equipe a distância me pareceu rápida em suas respostas.

Very comfortable bed, very good amenities in the room for this price (microwave, coffee machine, teapot, selection of teas and abundance of coffee capsules). All cutlery and plates that you might need. There were body lotion and hair conditioner (which is important to me) in the bathroom. I taken out the point for the room being dusty

ウィーン西駅から近くて便利でした。 受付が無いタイプですが、WhatsApp経由でコミュニケーションはこまめに取れるので問題無かったです。 エレベーターもアクセスコードが無いと動かないタイプでしたのでセキュリティもしっかりしていました。 部屋も清潔でしたし、何より静かで良かったです。 清掃は入りませんが、タオル交換をしたい場合は地下のランドリールームに行けば洗濯済みタオルがありますので全く問題なかったです。 ウィーンを訪れる際にはまた宿泊したいです。

The location was very good, transportation was very easy. There is no reception, you handle everything from whatsapp or the application, everything is fast and I was able to communicate with the authorised persons when I needed. As a woman, I felt very safe. Numa thought of everything from our menstrual needs to our ironing needs, but I didn't use it because I didn't need it. I was going to criticise only because there was no paper towel, but I didn't see it, I saw it on the way out, it was next to the fridge. Cleanliness, warmth, everything was very good. Thank you for everything!

Personal taste l love all the compact design with woody ambiance, so l enjoyed staying inside a lot with the comfort and it’s so quiet ( on the other side of the main boulevard ) and l didn’t hear any other move in the building ( 5th floor ) sweet of all the snack drink and amenity. Easy check in check out via WhatsApp or site ,just beware of the night passengers wandering in front of the main gate. So close to west station, location location location. Lockers on the fiend floor by the way in case needed.

Ich hatte ein Zimmer zum Hof, hier war es sehr ruhig Praktisch ist Nähe zum Westbahnhof. Die Küche verfügte über eine angenehme Grundausstattung inklusive Spülmittel etc. Der wöchentliche Zimmerservice war in Ordnung für mich.

Vienne fut une très belle découverte et l’hôtel était idéalement situé. L’établissement en lui même est propre et moderne. Nous regrettons cependant la taille de la chambre, un peu petite et la literie d’assez mauvaise qualité. Nous aurions aimé avoir un micro ondes en plus des plaques de cuisson. La propreté de la chambre était convenable. Concernant la salle de bain, les produits de toilette étaient de bonne qualité et la taille de la salle de bain parfaite.

Perfect. Check-in very easy. Room is clean and fresh. Housekeeper don’t know English but no need. I really enjoyed. Safe stay. But my father wouldn’t like it because he has allergy to wood. But you can understand the name of the hotel. So very good.

Vi har nu varit på detta hotell två gånger under det senaste året och är mer än nöjda. Rummen är rena, fräscha och har allt man kan tänka sig behöva. Det är väldigt smidigt med digital in- och utcheckning. Läget på hotellet är perfekt med två minuters promenad till Westbahnhof där det går både spårvagnar samt tunnelbana till alla sevärdheter. Tunnelbanesystemet är det smidigaste vi någonsin varit med om i en storstad. Rekommenderar starkt detta hotell och ser redan fram emot nästa vistelse.

Modern, angenehme Atmosphäre mit viel Holz und Naturelementen. Frühstück war in Ordnung, aber nichts Besonderes. Leider war es auch erst ab 8 Uhr. Zimmer war hübsch und gemütlich, eine große Bettdecke statt 2 einzelne und sie war viel zu warm. Lage ist zwar Nähe Westbahnhof aber direkt am Gürtel (viel befahrene Straße), die Autos konnte man leider hören

Das Zimmer war von der Ausstattung und Sauberkeit voll in Ordnung. Allerdings für zwei Personen viel zu klein, zum Frühstück gab es nur ein Getränk(Rest gegen Auspreis) keine richtige Auswahl zu essen, man könnte nur das eine oder das andere aussuchen, nichts kobinierbar! Ausserdem war die Gegend von der Erreichbarkeit, top! Dafür aber total unsichere Gegend vom Gefühl her. Ich werde mir für den nächsten Trip nach Wien auf jeden Fall was anderes suchen.

Maravillosa estancia el acceso al edificio, al elevador y a la habitación es con código. Se siente seguro, la ubicación es inmejorable cerca de la avenida llena de tiendas y la estación de tren. Fue una fantástica experiencia.

Nice modern design and materials for a few days stay. We are used to the smaller size room design so that part is fine as well. The bed was a nice large size and it’s important to not lose that aspect when downsizing everything else. Great location.

Great hotel close to u-bahn. Really quite well designed room excellent kitchette. Very comfortable. But check in process was hell. Didn’t get email and couldn’t check in remotely spent nearly 30 mins on phone trying to check in. Nightmare! Room isn’t cleaned during stay so tea coffee not topped up. Long life milk was off and curdled in hot water. Overall lovely if the niggles were fixed it would be 10 out of 10.

Je n'ai jamais reçu de code pour ouvrir la porte. Et aucun des numeros de téléphone envoyés par mail OU accrochés sur la porte de l'ascenseur, ne répondait. I enjoyed my stay! It's in a good location for public transport (trams and underground trains) and one of the hop on hop off bus stops is a 2 minute walk away. Vienna is a big city, so its not walkable in my opinion, but this location made it easy to get everywhere. As a solo female traveller, I felt safe and comfortable. There's a Thai restaurant on the ground floor, so there are often people around which is nice for the vibe. I haven't given 5 stars because the fact it's all automated is a bit annoying. You have to check in online to get a code and there's no desk or office nearby to talk to a human. I had problems checking in and the AI support was really good though. Lastly, there is underfloor heating in the bathroom! Winner haha

Perfect. Check-in very easy. Room is clean and fresh. Housekeeper don’t know English but no need. I really enjoyed. Safe stay. But my father wouldn’t like it because he has allergy to wood. But you can understand the name of the hotel. So very good.

Vi har nu varit på detta hotell två gånger under det senaste året och är mer än nöjda. Rummen är rena, fräscha och har allt man kan tänka sig behöva. Det är väldigt smidigt med digital in- och utcheckning. Läget på hotellet är perfekt med två minuters promenad till Westbahnhof där det går både spårvagnar samt tunnelbana till alla sevärdheter. To begin with, the rooms are very comfortable and the hotel location is ok. The only problem is that this is 100% Whatsapp hotel. Starting with entering the room, no one on premisses and the worst thing you talk to bots. We had a problem with the safe deposits and it took over an hour to solve via phone. They don't give you a fresh towel before you talk to a bot. When you go out there is a place full of drunk people. I will not go there again.

Die Zimmer war sehr stilvoll, toll ausgestattet und sauber. Die Bar und das Restaurant unten, sowie die Möglichkeit das Gepäck zu verstauen haben uns besonders gut gefallen. Lediglich das Frühstück war für uns „nur“ ok.. eine Art Buffet hätte uns besser gefallen, so gab es nur eine Auswahl die man vorab treffen musste. Es war aber lecker, daher eher eine persönliche Präferenz. Die Anbindungen sind super, Restaurants in der Nähe und sonst auch eine Küchenzeile im Zimmer.

숙박시설은 아주좋습니다. 방은 넓고 화장실은 장애우설비까지 갖추어져 있었습니다. 베란다에나가 커피한잔할수 있는 낭안있는 공간도 있구요.아침식사도 건강식처럼 좋았구요 데코도 먹음직스럽게 해주셨습니다. westbahnhof에서 아주 가깝습니다. 쇤부른, 호프브루크도 걸어서 25분이면 도착합니다. 다음에 오면 여기서 또 숙박하고 싶습니다

Maravillosa estancia el acceso al edificio, al elevador y a la habitación es con código. Se siente seguro, la ubicación es inmejorable cerca de la avenida llena de tiendas y la estación de tren. Fue una fantástica experiencia.

The room was clean, comfortable, and generally very nice. However, there was a really unpleasant smell coming from the shower drain, which was quite annoying since the bathroom entrance was located right next to the bed. We also had some trouble checking in, as we did not receive the PIN code in time. It was eventually resolved after some back and forth with their AI support agent, although the agent repeatedly sent us a link to a page where the PIN code was not actually displayed. We only stayed for two nights, and the room was not cleaned during our stay. I had expected some housekeeping, although this may simply have been something I missed in the booking details. One thing worth mentioning about the location is that there is a rather run-down bar right outside the hotel, with people sitting outside drinking until quite late in the evening. Obviously, this is not something the hotel can be blamed for, but it does affect the overall impression of the immediate surroundings. Overall, the room itself was nice and clean, but the smell from the shower, the somewhat frustrating check-in process, and the immediate surroundings brought the overall experience down a bit.
