Movenpick Living Istanbul West

It was a relaxing stay. Property is clean and well maintained even though there is lot of construction around. Staff was helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good and had many options. Kitchen was not stocked when we came in but plates and pots were provided afterwards. There are 2 malls close by for shopping.

Clean professional and fair enough but I was hopping more from Mövenpick. Some of the decoration and walls looked dated and some lights were flashing as it needed fixing. Staff was professional and super nice. Food is 9/10 not bad. However I don’t think I’ll book again due to location being far from Istanbul. They do offer free shuttle service it was nice to use.

Le service du personnel a été un vrai point positif : ménage effectué tous les jours, équipe serviable et petit-déjeuner varié. Quelques points restent néanmoins à améliorer. La climatisation ne fonctionnait pas très bien et, malgré le ménage quotidien, le sol n’était pas nettoyé. La recharge des équipements manquants était un peu aléatoire : au bout de quatre jours de séjour, nous avons eu un peignoir puis le lendemain plus de peignoir du tout. Les sachets de thé, café et bouteilles d’eau étaient réapprovisionnés chaque jour, mais les dosettes à café ne l’étaient jamais. Le gel douche dans la salle de bain n’était pas vérifié non plus. Il serait donc appréciable de mettre en place un vrai processus de contrôle pour s’assurer que chaque élément est bien remplacé. Concernant les équipements, la salle de sport est petite mais suffisante. Malheureusement, le jour où je m’y suis rendu, les tapis de course ne fonctionnaient pas. La piscine est agréable, toutefois le jacuzzi ne marchait qu’une fois sur deux et le sauna était hors service à ce moment-là. Pour ce qui est de l’emplacement, assez éloigné des attractions touristiques, mais nous en étions conscients lors de la resa.À proximité, il y a 2 grands centres commerciaux, des restaurants et cafés à environ 20 minutes à pied. Le métro se trouve pas loin.

Globalement, mon séjour s’est bien déroulé. J’ai particulièrement apprécié la piscine, qui était très agréable. En revanche, le petit déjeuner n’était pas à la hauteur de mes attentes. Je tiens toutefois à souligner la gentillesse et le professionnalisme d’Emre et d’Umut, qui ont été très accueillants et serviables. Malheureusement, mon expérience a été fortement dégradée par le comportement de Gockhan, qui n’a, selon moi, rien à faire dans ce type d’établissement. Il a été très désagréable avec les clients, s’exprimant de manière incorrecte et avec beaucoup d’agacement, ce qui ne correspond pas du tout aux standards attendus dans un hôtel.

We had an excellent week in this property with warm indoor swimming pool and great breakfast and very spacious rooms. Will come back again.

We had a beautiful time in Istanbul and loved staying at Movenpick Living, the cleaning staff don’t get enough flowers, they were the absolute sweetest, I wish the pits where non stick as it made cleaning them a lot harder, it’s quite far from the center but there’s a free shuttle with an excellent driver who’s very polite and always on time, there’s also a metro station about 5-7mins away that will connect you to everywhere. Would definitely stay again.

The location was quite from downtown, but the hotel offered daily transportation to the downtown area.

Hotel is located in a construction conjuncted area with poor views. Towels are not clean in the bath room. We had to ask the staff to change them when we checked in

Check in was great! Staff was super helpful. Our AC wasn’t working and neither was the internet. It took until late in the evening for it to work. The apartment was nice. However, walls and baseboards were scuffed and dirty. Beds were super comfortable and we loved the pillows. I would not call it a five star hotel at all. Maybe a 3.5

This property was clean. The train station is only a 3 minute walk. Area around had some construction going on but it did not disturb anything. Very quite large rooms. Staff was wonderful and very helpful.

Excellent hotel. We loved the spacious accommodations, cleanliness, and the helpful staff.

Pros: friendly restaurant staff. Cons: cigarette smell everywhere, tepid water in a shower, location is so so. I never got my deposit back even after contacting the hotel multiple times. Beware!

Really nice staff. The room was spacious and excellent, great place to relax after long overseas flight. Breakfast easily one of the best in a major hotel chain—lots of fresh ingredients, very different from traveling in US.

It was excellent as mentioned, cleanness wise , service… all it was excellent , but the only two comments I have that: Firstly the team need to be well trained to communicate with guest in a proper English of the team as their command of English is very poor, specially at the Front line , except a few of them who were able to understand and response correctly. The other point that , when I asked an order any Food or beverage orders, and upon receiving or having the item from the restaurant , we sign the bill submitted by the waiter but then the service team instead of charging the amount on my room they always asked theWaiter to come back to get the payment directly, while they did not earlier that any order should be paid directly which make the guest feels uncomfortable and Untrustul , the point is we will not going to run away from the hotel to avoid paying a meal or a scope of ice-cream, specially as we already paid the hotel upon checkin the cost of our stay on a high rate 118 $ per night B/B in advance. Accordingly Such process need to be reviewed either to be mentioned and clarified to the guest upon checking In, or upon asking the order.. or to leave it an optional according to the guest need. We stayed 5 nights at the hotel and loved it. The staff were very attentive and polite, and the restaurant food was delicious. I will definitely return.

I really liked the hospitality and kindness of staff, the breakfast was great and very tasty, Selda was amazing in the breakfast area. Bed was very comfy and pleasant and the property is pretty new and well maintained. I would highly recommend this place and definitely will stay there on my next visit to Istanbul.

Excelled property, excellent, very attentive and accommodating staff. Unfortunately property is surrounding by construction, which is typical for today’s Istanbul though.

مساحه الغرفه والنظافه والاكل شي لا يعلي عليه المشكله الوحيدة مكان الفندق حيث يبعد عن الاماكن السياحه بساعه الي ساعتين عدا ذلك لايوجد اي تعليق

odalar temiz sayılır ama cok da titiz değil. Bircok envanter mobilya vs eskimiş. Personal guler yüzlü ve kibar, Kahvalti harika.
