Hotel Bougainvillier Djerba

Rummet kändes inte rent i badrummet sprang det runt massa myror och silverfiskar. Personal försökte göra sitt bästa. Luftkonditionering funkade inte vi kunde inte sova den natten vi sov där. På morgonen bytte vi hotell.

Nous avons passé un bon séjour dans cet hôtel. L’ensemble était bien et agréable. Seul petit bémol : lorsqu’il pleut, l’eau rentre dans la chambre, ce qui est assez gênant. Il serait bien de prévoir une solution pour éviter ce problème.

Climatisation HS… 3 nuits difficiles malgré le passage du technicien le 1er jour et le 2eme jour.

After our previous hotel stay in Djerba, we decided to spend a bit more money on a three-star hotel, and the difference was huge. For a relatively small extra cost, the experience was dramatically better in almost every way. I would definitely choose this hotel again. The hotel generally felt clean and well maintained. When we first entered our room, we unfortunately noticed some ants. I informed one of the cleaning staff immediately, and she was incredibly kind and helpful. She dealt with the problem right away. Later, I also made a mistake myself by leaving leftover pizza in the room overnight, and the ants returned the next day. Once again, I informed the staff, and they handled it immediately. I was genuinely impressed by how fast, professional, and service-minded they were. The cleaning staff in particular deserve special praise. The pool area was simply amazing. For me and my children, it became one of the highlights of the entire trip. The pool was large, beautiful, and very inviting — almost like a small paradise inside the hotel grounds. It truly gave us a relaxing holiday feeling. Overall, we had a very enjoyable stay, and this is definitely a hotel I would happily stay at again.

Das Hotel war in Ordnung, das Personal freundlich, das Zimmer sauber und ordentlich, allerdings ohne Klimaanlage. Auf Nachfrage erfuhr ich, dass die Klimaanlage ab dem 15. Juni 2026 in Betrieb genommen wird. Das Frühstück war durchschnittlich.
