Full English breakfast was poor, mushrooms were cold and unbeatable, didn’t enjoy at all, compared to Premier inn breakfast, didn’t even leave start point, will defo use Inn group again, but never, ever try your full English breakfast, will look for Greggs, or local bag of crisps seller

Lift not working there are 5 flights of stairs to the 3rd floor, with luggage it is a chore. Rooms ok Bar area excellent and spacious

Very spacious room, well maintained. Breakfast could be better with more choices.

Lift was out of order, we had a late checkin and did it as a noise bar, could hear the bar staff very well. Lift wasn’t working, had to climb 3 flights of stairs with our suitcases. Room was nice and clean. Beds lovely and comfy. Evening meal ok. Breakfast not so good, over cooked rubbery eggs, bacon very hard and dried out, overcooked, filer coffee included, other coffees at extra cost. Stayed two nights, but had breakfast out the second morning. Corridor lighting not working, including fire exit lights. Very dark at night, cleaner had to leave the storeroom door open so there was some light in the corridor. Beautiful decor in the pub and eating area, just attention required on the food and essentials like lift and lighting
