Want to relax and get a way? This gem is the perfect place. Wonderful resort, peaceful and the staff are very attentive. One message away and they're there to take care of you. The pool area was amazing, not to mention the Jacuzzi to keep you warm. The views from the rooms are stunning. Drinking a glass of wine never seemed so relaxing. Overall wonderful experience, can't wait to go back and kick my feet once more.

This place is fantastic. Best stay in the Valle. Been to 4 others. This will always be my #1 choice. Clean and friendly staff. pool and grounds are fantastic. didn't try mini golf, basketball or tennis but next time. Same with the bikes that they have available. Great and affordable breakfast. Room was spacious and safe. Staff went above and beyond. due to the dirt roads and having a lower camry i drove too fast and lost a part of my plastic skid plate under the engine. Moises was able to have Angel get under the car and with some zip ties they secured it for continued safe driving through the valle. That level of care and compassion was awesome. don't use apple maps as it takes you the wrong way. use google maps as hotels.com provided and come from the side of northern road (near el cielo). Thank you to the staff for making a wonderful stay.

Es un hotel 99% perfecto. Cada detalle está cuidado al máximo. El personal es eficiente y sumamente atento, están al pendiente del huésped en todo momento. Las habitaciones son amplias y sumamente cómodas, con una vista increíble; la pequeña terraza es el lugar ideal para un momento de relax, ya sea en una pausa durante el día, o antes de ir a la cama. Alberca, jacuzzi y el resto de instalaciones, magníficas. El restaurante está en el punto más elevado del resort, es de buen gusto y sus alimentos, exquisitos. Dos puntos negativos, que casi no cuentan: Hay en un pequeño tapanco de la habitación, un sillón reclinable bajo un domo de vidrio, para ver el cielo nocturno. Idea magnífica, pero... el vidrio está completamente sucio. El otro detalle un poco negativo: Nuestra tarifa incluyó desayunos. Llegamos al restaurante y nos dicen que el paquete incluido sólo lleva un plato de fruta con jocoque y miel (¡Magnífico!) y a elegir entre chilaquiles sencillos y omelette verde, además de café. Pido como extra un jugo (lo pagaré) y un huevo en mis chilaquiles. Me dicen que eso cambia mi platillo, y que me cobrarán no el extra, sino un platillo completo. Algo molesto, digo que está bien. Luego, presentado como un gran favor, me dicen que sólo me cobrarán $35 del huevo. Al día siguiente pedimos pan; 3 mini rebanadas por $70. Creo que esos pequeños extras no deberían cobrarse en un hotel con tarifa de $350 dólares diarios.

We had the most amazing time at this resort! The restaurant and amenities were amazing. The staff was wonderful and the surrounding area was perfect for a getaway weekend with my husband. We will be back!
