PROS:The property was comforable and the beds where comfortable. It was an easy walk to the convention center. They where flexible with check in as we had someone not on the reservation getting to the property first. CONS: The property wasn't dirty, but was also not as clean as i would expect or have seen at other places I have stayed. The kitchen needs more forks and spoons. We had three people staying there for 5 nights - only 2 spoons and 3 forks. We had an SUV and had to park at an angle to fit in the garage. The garage ia better suited for a compact car. The communication with the host was hit and miss - Response time was right away to several hours. The internet login was incorrect in the email information I received, but I got the correct info from the host. The faucets/handles n the bathrooms are hard to turn. One did not work in the master upstairs.

The property was clean and comfortable. The owner is prompt in his reply’s and is helpful with any needs I had. He even shipped me some of my items I left at his place. I will definitely be staying there again if I visit Houston.

Our stay was fantastic. This place is super close to some really fun bars and restaurants. We were in town by Houston Texans game and everything was super. The property owner/landlord was super friendly and very easy to deal with. There’s a garage and driveway parking.
