Aparthotel Neptuno Costadeje

Chouette appart,assez spacieux pour 2 pers,et fonctionnelle. Nous étions bien placé avec une terrasse et la vue sur le coucher de soleil :) Juste manque un peu de vaisselles, surtout couverts. Avons loué un garage,par manque de place de stationnement dans la rue. Belle et grande piscine. Une autre plus petite avec superbe vue sur la mer et son couché de soleil. Mais normalement, cette piscine et adult only, mais pas trop de respect a ce niveau là...des enfants qui braillent et des ados qui plongent... Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cette établissement.

A 15 minutos de la playa, es una cuesta para devolverse. NO hay WIFI solo en la piscina. El personal de la recepción extremadamente amable y útil.

Overall was good. Biggest complaint is no wifi in the room and it was broken for first few days in lobby area. My friend had to pay to use her hotspot (she has to do some some work). Wifi is expected as standard these days. I would not stay here again for this reason. They should make clear the rooms do not have wifi. The hotel is in a super congested area in Tenerife. For this plus the wifi issue I’d choose another area to stay. They have a parking garage but you better be comfortable parking 1” from a wall and another car on both sides.

Loved the peaceful location and surroundings. Pools were lovely as was the pool bar. Very close to large Mercadona and lovely walk to town and beaches. The uphill walk back was a challenge but kept us fit. The apartment was clean but very dated. Would need a new kitchen. Beds not very comfortable

Stationnement compliqué. Stationnement payant dans la résidence mais complet. Obligé de.se garer dans la rue mais loin et en pente. Canapé-lit ancien et pas confortable

Nice pool area with a fun and chill poolside vibe- music, drinks, billiard — if you’d rather have peace and quiet there’s an adult pool as well with amazing views, however no shade there. It’s a pity that they close the adult pool at 5pm since it’s the only place on the property where you can watch the sunset unless you have a west/ocean facing balcony. We had a studio facing north, also nice but note that the pics on hotels.com and the website are only of 1-bedrooms — the studios are a lot smaller. Another little minus is the fact that the bed was in fact two single beds on wheels (?) and quite “noisy” whenever your turned. All in all it’s a really charming hotel though. I can recommend the restaurant Calma just a few blocks away (Balkan food if you get tired of tapas).

Struttura molto bella pulita con una bellissima piscina. Personale molto gentile e disponibile. Appartamento grande, comodo e pulito. Ottima esperienza. Difficile trovare parcheggio, consiglio di contattare prima la struttura e prenotare a pagamento il posto nel parcheggio privato. Internet disponibile solo nelle aree comuni.

This was a quiet holiday spent with staff who really do try to make the stay enjoyable. Only a couple of niggles; a few (Irish women) ignored the non reservation policy on loungers and one woman took drinking glasses to the pool and promptly broke one but didn’t report it. I had to get lifeguard to get it cleared up. It would be nice if pool was opened earlier to benefit from the cooler sun hours.

Booked a room with ocean or pool view. Didn't get either. Furniture in the room was very tired and sofa bed not really suitable for sleeping on. Also, walls are paper thin so you can hear every conversation your neighbours have + them walking in and out of their apartments. Pool/bar area was nice with reasonably priced drinks and food. Just a shame that both pools close at 5pm.

I booked with Neptuno for a seven night stay as I was looking for somewhere away from the noise of the main clubs and it had the option of self-catering. I paid slightly more for a superior room which offered views of the ocean and sunset. The hotel was fairly easy to find following two buses from Tenerife South airport. The gentleman on reception was friendly and welcoming when I arrived and didn't ask for the 150 euro deposit. I was given a map and shown how to access my apartment for the week. Upon first glance, the reception and hotel was well maintained and clean. However, the following days showed that there were signs of wear and tear and general maintenance was required. I stayed in apartment 126 and would recommend this apartment for the fantastic views. Although tidy, there were some areas less clean than others. The curtains and sofabed hadn't been cleaned for some time as was apparent by the amount of dust which was clear when closing the curtains or sitting on the sofa. The kitchen was well equipped although both the kettle and toaster had seen better days. The kettle had so much limescale around the top, the lid couldn't be opened. The toaster had a large dent in the side. There was no oven but plenty of utensils available and enough plates and cutlery for four people. Overall there were issues with the apartment but I had a plesant and peaceful stay.

We requested an apartment close to the ADULT pool. Which we got, very impressive sea views. Apartments are basic but always clean and comfortable. Would recommend apartment 144 to everyone.

Chambre jolie et spacieuse , cependant j’ai payé pour une chambre annoncé avec la wi-fi , la wi-fi est INUTILISABLE , on ne capte pas du tout , et les seuls moments où on capte ça ne fonctionne pas. L’hôtel est joli , grand , la vue depuis notre chambre était très agréable , malgré que je n’ai pas compris pourquoi nous n’avons pas eu de visite des femmes de ménage sur les 5 derniers jours.

Good value for money. My only complaint was the amount of cockroaches in the room. Had one crawl over my face and wake me up in the night. If your squeamish this hotel isn't for you

Nice big apt, well equipped kitchen, west facing balconies, small heated pool and large unheated pool, peaceful, lovely views. Only irritation was the flashing smoke detector light on bedroom ceiling which was hard to ignore at night. Walk back from beach was very steep, a shuttle bus would have been good

Lovely apartment in a beautiful hotel with balcony over the pools. Good facilities in the apartment but no AC so maybe hot in summer but can hire a fan. Very helpful staff. Hot pool wasn’t very warm but warmer than the main pool - visited in December so cooler weather. Overall a very good stay, thank you

On a steep hill 20 minutes walk from seafront, but local bus goes by. Also easy to get cabs. Reception staff are helpful.

Beach within walking distance , grocery store, bakery , bus stop nearby , restaurants nearby , but far enough away for evening privacy and quietness. Clean comfortable pleasant staff

Em geral boa experiencia, fica a 14min a pé da praia mais próxima, ir é facil o problema é fazer a subida ingreme ao voltar para o hotel. Pelo preço compensou muito, vista linda para o mar no quarto 86 que ficamos
