Wasn't too bad for the price, i wouldnt recommend for families with children who are high risk elopers. It was quiet and cleanliness could use improvement. While we were there pool was closed so it wasnt a very good view. It does seem to allow people to live at this motel so if that's an interest to someone. This motel does not have free breakfast. There are no coffee pots in the rooms and very scarce of toiletries. There was a singular book of the area but nothing more about the restaurants surrounding the area. No pets allowed and there is a 100 dollar deposit. Rooms are non smoking but there are tons of places to place butts on the railings. Overall 3/5 . Would rebook again.

The room was fairly okay but the walkways and the area around the parking lot had debris from what looked to be needed renovations being in progress. The pool was empty, with a broom and other debris laying inside the pool, and the pool area also had debris laying around. It seemed to me that the hotel recently changed ownership and rather than updating the hotel before offering rooms to the public, the owners elected to rent the rooms while they worked on cleaning up the place.

Beds were fine for sleeping, TV was easy to use. It was close to where we were going. No clock in room, no microwave no information to tell you where thing were located, parking was ok for others to park infront of there room we had to park around corner from room could not see car. The room was facing the pool that is why we had to park on the other side, pool was very dirty and no water in it, I guess they will take care of that later.

The pool had no water. The toilet barely flushed. The bathroom was not clean. Most of the electrical receptacles were dead. Only one light worked in the bedroom. The TV had picture but no sound. I will never stay here again. I feel like I should get a refund.

Room was recently renovated with new paint on walls, new toilet and shower, new matresses and bedding, and new towels/wash cloths. Unfortunately, the pool was not open at the time of our stay.

The staff was fine for check-in and check-out. The property is all over disheveled. Parking lot is in terrible shape, junk around the fencing. There is this strange thick 'carpet/astro turf' on every wallway. Ripples throughout, big tripping hazard. Then there is the room. The only good things i can say is that the linens were clean and there was plenty of hot water. The room was old. Fabric chairs with stains. They gave me a room with a large jacuzzi tub, of course it was dirty and didn’t work. There was stuff on the walls in the bathroom. Fixtures have rust and every surface just felt gross.

the green areas and parking were dirty the pool was empty and trash and debris around it. The lobby area ugly the TV in the room was not working when I asked about it the employee was very rude didn't help me the room was very outdated funny smell the microwave had better days in general the room was awful.

We were deceived as the photos online looked much better than reality of the conditions. The place is an old, dirty dump. Old and clean is one thing, but old, dirty and creepy is another. There were old mattresses outside & propped up next to entries. We were told our room had a pool view. The pool was empty, dirty with demolition rubble around it. The few people people wandering around the pool area and property looked like living dead. Soon after checking in, we left to find another hotel then came back to turn in the key, sacrificed our pre-payment and additional $100 security deposit that they asked from us upon checking in. It was so twilight zone strange. This place should closed down.

The pool was empty and dirty. The room had stains on the carpet and everything was old and outdated. There were roaches crawling in the bathroom and there was roach feces on the toilet paper roll. People live in the hotel and they had all of their clothes hanging on the gate surrounding the pool. There were kids running around until very late and there were teens hanging around l. It was a very sketchy hotel. I had no choice but to stay and thankfully I was only sleeping there for a few hours.

Property was very run down looking, and sketchy. When we got our room, I found 1 dead cockroach, 1 cockroach shell, and 1 live cockroach crawling on the wall. The best part of our stay, was the woman who checked us in, when I told her about the room she gave us another room without issue. The second room we got thankfully didn't have anymore cockroaches, but both of the rooms were covered in stains, and bad construction and bad finishes. Electrical sockets that are not even safed off, leaking faucets and the list goes on. You could tell that everyone involved from the top to the bottom just doesn't even care. I will never stay here ever again

The toilet was dirty, bed had all wrinkled sheets. looked like the sheets welcomed a few guest, they didn't even have mattress pads to cover the mattress. I was very disappointed. You can bet that I will never stay at Rodeway Inn again.

This is a flop house, filthy sheets with bedbugs and hair in the sheets, smears of filth on the walls and doors, I would seriously be in fear to safety here not to mention getting bedbugs. I can say the front desk help was accommodating with my refund when I decided not to stay.

This was by far the worst dump we've ever stayed in. Should have read the reviews, my fault there! Sign on the front said NOW OPEN. Silly, I took this as "we've updated things." NOTHING could be further from the truth! However long it was closed for, they did nothing but open again. Mold on the ceiling, rust in the bathtub, no closer on the bathroom door, only the knob. The peephole in the front door was missing...they stuffed a tissue in it. Bi-fold door on the closet...literally, DOOR. The left hand door was missing. Stains on the furniture and dozens of other things I'm not going to list. How the dept of health has NOT shut this place down, is beyond me. Stay away from this place at all costs!!!!

Exterior of the motel was dilapidated. The room itself was clean, although very dated. Biggest problem was major leak in the ceiling of our room, which we didn’t discover until early morning, and it soaked the carpet throughout that side of the room, including one of our suitcases and some of our clothes.

I had a rather disappointing experience at this motel. The room was quite cold and the heat radiator didn’t work. The bed wasn’t great either unfortunately. Part of it was my own fault because I didn’t think to ask. Ah well, lesson learned. The staff did apologize though.

The room was fairly clean. Floor lamp didnt work, tub was a bit rusty in corners. Nothing major, also the heater on high wasnt very powerful, but it was quiet which was a plus.

First off. The picture on the ad is not what the lobby looks like. Its a run down hotel. My first room. Everything was unplugged fridge, tv, phone, hot tub didn't work. Tv didn't work, cable plug was brokin on the tv. They moved me to next door #158. #158, hot tub didn't work, tub had water deposits in the drain, so the tub didn't drain when you took a shower. The fridge was froze up. It froze all my food that I had in the fridge. It's a run down hotel. What a bad experience. Not sorry

The phone and lights weren’t working, that’s a safety concern, and super inconvenient. I tried calling the front desk numerous times the next morning to let them know that I’ll be checking out soon, but instead, a staff member began slamming on my door, and when I unlocked it, he forcefully started pushing the door open and began yelling to get out because it’s checkout time. How can guests be treated like this? Not all guests are trashy or unprofessional. I yelled back and shut the door. Then during checkout, I wanted to make a complaint, and there was no one at the front desk!!! The problems are endless!!!

I'm from out of town and misplaced my ID leaving me with my expired DL. First he wasn't going to let us stay even though we had already booked and paid through your app. Did anyone at $100 security deposit. We couldn't provide it so he wouldn't let us stay but said he never charged us for the room yet I a receipt that says I paid

I chose this hotel for the location and expected it not to be the best because of the price the room was pretty much exactly what I expected, but the outside of the hotel, especially if you go all the way around to the furthest part of the parking lot where my room was to me as a woman felt unsafe luckily nothing happened. But more of the story you get what you pay for..

Just avoid. Room was dirty, moldy, and falling apart. The peep hole was stuffed using tissues, carpet was peeling away from the floor. We slept with a chair and side table pushed up against the door because it felt so unsafe.

We checked into our property after a long day at Dutch Wonderland hoping to relax and enjoy a quiet evening. I would not recommend Dutchland Hotel to anyone. My stay was extremely short. We checked in, viewed the room and checked right back out. The room was dirty — there was urine on the toilet and hair on the bed sheets, which made it clear that the place was not properly cleaned. The air smelled awful, like mildew and mold, making it hard to breathe comfortably. The building itself is very run-down and poorly maintained. It also seemed like there were a lot of long-term residents, which gave it more of an extended-stay or low-income housing vibe than a proper hotel. Overall, it was an unpleasant experience, and I would strongly suggest looking elsewhere for accommodation.

Wasn't too bad for the price, i wouldnt recommend for families with children who are high risk elopers. It was quiet and cleanliness could use improvement. While we were there pool was closed so it wasnt a very good view. It does seem to allow people to live at this motel so if that's an interest to someone. This motel does not have free breakfast. There are no coffee pots in the rooms and very scarce of toiletries. There was a singular book of the area but nothing more about the restaurants surrounding the area. No pets allowed and there is a 100 dollar deposit. Rooms are non smoking but there are tons of places to place butts on the railings. Overall 3/5 . Would rebook again.

Beds were fine for sleeping, TV was easy to use. It was close to where we were going. No clock in room, no microwave no information to tell you where thing were located, parking was ok for others to park infront of there room we had to park around corner from room could not see car. The room was facing the pool that is why we had to park on the other side, pool was very dirty and no water in it, I guess they will take care of that later.

The first thing you see when you enter tge Lobby is a sign that says you can't stay there longer than 20 mins. Very strange. The checkin man was friendly but the hotel is very run down. And there is no tea or coffee facilities in the lobby or room. Just very tired.

One the property looked like an old abandoned hotel. They don’t tell you before you book the pool is no more and no free breakfast. They don’t tell you that they are remodeling the place. If it wasn’t for the maintenance man and the manager I think it was we would have left the hotel. We got a room with a jacuzzi bath and it wasn’t working. We had to ask for another one but the front desk lady at the time said she couldn’t do that at all because they had no rooms available to do so. That they couldn’t accommodate our needs at all. The front desk lady decided to be even more rude and point her finger at my husband I was calm until she did that. I will not be returning to this hotel and don’t suggest anyone else to stay their either. It was such a bad experience overall except for the manager and maintenance guy that stays there. I should honestly get all of my money back.

the green areas and parking were dirty the pool was empty and trash and debris around it. The lobby area ugly the TV in the room was not working when I asked about it the employee was very rude didn't help me the room was very outdated funny smell the microwave had better days in general the room was awful.

Went through 2 rooms before we found the third to be acceptable enough to sleep in. Cleanliness was awful. Garbage on the floors, dirty mirrors, dust covered vents, holes in walls, damaged fixtures, etc. No breakfast or coffee. Many permanent residents up and wandering all hours of the night. Only allowed 1 set of towels for 4 people for a 3 night stay. When we asked for more they said they didn’t have enough. The staff was friendly and did their best to help us find a room that was suitable to sleep in.

No phone in a room. Remote can talk TV did not work. Shower sprayed over into the rest of the room. I had used towels to dry it up. When I came back to the room that evening they had not cleaned up the towels in the room. Did not know there was no room service because there was no pamphlets indicating that, no breakfast food . Entry lobby was dirty. And door in bathroom was dirty.

The property was just average! The ice was all the way in the office and you had to drive around to get it plus not lid on the container. There was a phone plugged that did not work and some kind of radio device that was plugged in and did not work either. The towels and bathroom are was ok. There was a blow dryer in the room but it did not work luckily I brought one from home. The sheets were fine but the pillows needed to be replaced. If you wanted coffee you had to go all the way to the office area to get a cup. The outside area looked in disarray and not kept up. The pictures online are wonderful but totally different when you get there. I would never stay again

The pool was not filled. Mold in several places in the room. No comforters on beds. Nasty carpet. Add showed picture of breakfast. (Misleading) as they said there is NO BREAKFAST!

Le nom de l’hôtel a changé, ils ont pris un nom à consonance allemande, ce qui inspire le sérieux et la rigueur ne vous fiez pas à cela, c’est un hôtel très bas de gamme qui a été sûrement racheté par rapport à sa vétusté. Nous avons juste passé une nuit. Les draps avaient l’air d’avoir été changé. Nous avons quitté cet hôtel très vite le matin pour pouvoir oublier, je ne recommande pas cet hôtel, mais alors pas du tout’ . nous avions loué cet hôtel par Expedia. Nous avons passé deux heures à l’accueil car il ne nous connaissait pas et n’avait pas de réservation. Le gérant a accepté de nous louer quand même une chambre il était tard et nous n’avons pas pu faire autrement.

The owner did the right thing by reimbursing me the full amount for my night's stay, so I won't get into the specifics and spare you the pictures. I'll just say this...If you're a decent person who's just looking for a clean bed and a bathroom and thinking you can stay here cheap for a night...you're possibly thinking, pics online don't look great, but how bad can it be? ... Don't do it!! Exceeded my expectations and could very well be hazardous to your health.

My experience was absolutely terrible. I arrived at 3:30 PM, even though check-in was at 3:00 PM, only to be told my room was still being cleaned. Hotels are quick to charge guests for early check-in, yet when rooms aren’t ready on time, no discount, compensation, or accommodation is offered. After waiting, I entered a room that was absolutely disgusting. There was hair in the bathtub, the toilet appeared dirty, the pillowcases were soiled, and there was debris on the floor. It didn’t even look like anyone had vacuumed or properly cleaned the room. To make matters worse, there was only ONE towel in the bathroom. When I asked housekeeping for additional towels and washcloths, the housekeeper told me that management only provides that for king-size rooms. She eventually handed me one additional towel, but no washcloth or hand towel. The lack of cleanliness and basic hospitality was unacceptable. I was so disgusted and uncomfortable that I ended up leaving and staying at a friend’s house instead. I essentially paid for a room I couldn’t even bring myself to sleep in. A complete waste of money, and I would absolutely NOT recommend this property.
