Muito longe entre praia e quartos,o café da manhã fica muito a desejar. Restaurantes também . O mais triste fui Furtada no Uber e ninguém me ajudou com isso. Uber disse que eu cancelei a viagem no meio da estrada e que só continuaria se eu pagasse com cartão e quando passei o cartão ele disse que não passou e meu celular cobrou 4 mil reais. Um pavor e outro Uber liga no mesmo me momento dizendo que está te esperando. Tive qu fazer boletim de ocorrência na internet não funcionava, consegui fazer só no outro dia . Enfim sou muito preocupado com segurança .fiquei muito nervosa com isso.

Durante nossa hospedagem no Solaz para celebrar o aniversário da minha mãe, vivenciamos um episódio extremamente preocupante. Após utilizarmos uma bandeja de cortesia enviada pelo hotel, dois funcionários da segurança foram até nosso quarto. Um deles entrou de forma rude e intimidadora, sem qualquer autorização, chegando a vasculhar a suíte em busca da bandeja. A abordagem foi totalmente desproporcional e nos deixou profundamente inseguros dentro do próprio quarto. Ao questionarmos a gerência, recebemos apenas a justificativa de que o procedimento era “normal”, sem qualquer explicação convincente. O fato de um funcionário portar uma foto da bandeja usada tornou a situação ainda mais incompreensível. Só após mencionarmos a possibilidade de acionar a polícia houve alguma atenção da administração, mas saímos sem qualquer conclusão ou esclarecimento. Além disso, a experiência geral foi prejudicada por: ● Atendimento lento e pouco atencioso na piscina ● Demora excessiva no restaurante Al Pairo ● Prato de wagyu servido frio Esperávamos um padrão compatível com um hotel de luxo, mas saímos com uma forte sensação de insegurança, falta de respeito e violação de privacidade. Não recomendamos a experiência e esperamos que o hotel trate este tipo de conduta com a seriedade que merece.

Excellent stay at Solaz! We will definitely come back again. Only stressful moments were being ask upon arrival to attend property tour and time share sales event. When we attended it became very obvious we would be ask to sign a contract.

We spent a week at Club at Solaz in a two-bedroom ocean front suite. Our suite was very specious and beautifully decorated with high quality finishes. It also had three full size bathrooms, in-unit washer and dryer, full kitchen and a very large terrace with a dining table, sitting area and even a hammock. The view from the suite was spectacular. The facility is very modern and exceptionally maintained. Good dining options, room service and an on-site deli store. Besides our amazing suite, four infinity pools were our favorite spots of the resort, they are so well designed and situated, so you feel like you are swimming in the ocean but at the same time in crystal clean cool temperature water with unbelievable views and sound of strong tides. Pool- and beach-side bars and restaurants were all great. The entire property is incredible. I want to specifically call out the cleanliness of the resort, you barely see the staff cleaning, they do it so discretely, however every time you use a public bathroom it is spotless, like nobody used it before you, no matter what time of the day it is. I also want to mention the beach with soft white sand and absolutely no seaweed. We were not able to swim in the ocean due to very strong tides, however a few guys did while we were staying there. I would give this facility five starts out of five. It is very-very nice!
