Les prestations sont de tres bon niveaux (confort et taille de la chambre, salle de bain, piscine, petit-déjeuner, climatisation efficace, personnel attentif et aidant), peut-être pas au niveau d'un 5* en france. La porte de la salle de bain ne tenait pas ouverte, ce qui ma gêné.

On may 26th, we wete supposed to ck in at 3pm, but after a simple request, they accomodated us at 9am with a charge ofcourse. That was awesome. The staff at the front desk, Mr. Nizam ( operations manager ), the restaurant staff, Ajit & Manish went above & beyond their duties to make sure we are doing good & comfy. Vivanta is truly blessed to have these beautiful people as their staff. They need help, please see they get the help. Thank you for a very comfy stay. I have only 1 gripe. Your TV channels & your remote control layouts suck. There are no good movie channels for english speaking people.

Hotel is quite average. Electric systems are outdated. The bathroom door keeps banging against you so you can't stand in front of the sink. There is some voltage problem in Thiruvananthapuram maybe so chargers don't work at night. Overall 3 star hotel at best and room is definitely overcharged. Do not expect 5 star amenities here.

The management seems clueless about customer service… from not even acknowledging a major screw up with transportation from the airport, a rude restaurant manager, service people who came five times over two days to my room to fix the tv, but still didn’t know how, to giving themselves five stars (when at most is a three star hotel)

Enjoyed our stay. Looked pretty clean atmosphere very friendly. Customer service was excellent. Always ready for service. Rooms very clean. Their breakfast very good. Kudos to chef Mr. Singh. Will definitely recommend to friends and will visit again.

For a first-time visitor to India, this was a most convenient hotel to stay at. The reception staff were pleasant, helpful and assisted with any enquiries I might have had; and arranged taxis (at cost) to take me to the Chalai Bazaar or transfer to the airport. The room was very clean and serviced daily. The restaurant had a good variety of food on offer for breakfast and dinner. The hotel was in close walking distance to nearby attractions, e.g. Connemara Market, Napier Museum, Zoo, Aquarium, etc.

Front office people are a saving grace. Room is mid. Food has no flavor, just oily junk served at crazy prices. They serve a few options but shockingly nothing has taste (tried over two days bf,lunch and dinner). Avoid if you want to eat good food. Chef was friendly but what use?
