The entire staff were very helpful. Special thanks to Clarence at the reception desk. We spent 2 nights at the hotel. We noticed a problem with the bedside table lamps. Clarence tried to fix the problem with table lamps but he could not. He immediately moved us to another room in the hotel and we are grateful to him. The room was very clean. Really liked the underground parking facility. The staff at the breakfast room were also very polite and helpful.

Hotel was easy to get to. Room was clean, Comfortable and nice and warm. Only downside was no mini fridge and parking was disappointing as the allocated slots was u available due to building works and no advance was given.

I staying in disabled room & room was very dark had to ask for another lamp. Bathroom really nice with good shower. They have a restaurant but no room service. For these reasons I wouldn’t stay again but have stayed in the apartments and they are much better.

The rooms and property lack basic amenities that you would find at any other hotel: no refrigerator or ice buckets in the room, no ice machines, no phone to call the front desk. In addition, the restaurant manager wouldn’t provide me with utensils to eat in my room. He stated that he could only provide utensils if I were ordering room service. Terrible customer service to a paying guest staying over a week!

Stayed for a Wimbledon weekend. Booked online. Reception happy to change our room to twin when we arrived. Very friendly staff. Pizza in the restaurant was excellent. Clean modern industrial style room. 2 minute walk to the station. On sight limited parking which is payable on arrival via an app.

The stay here was comfortable and enjoyable. The restaurant on the first floor had some good food as well. The only thing I wish was better would be parking; very limited and sometimes small stalls next to the huge pillars.

Not great - took about 15 mins to check in. It was a last minute booking, had a new system which can’t be helped. I went straight to sleep when i went in so didn’t notice that the toilet had hairs all around the bowl until the morning.

Was clean & tidy, fresh towels & also body wash & shampoo. Right in the centre of town right next to station, so everything close at hand. There's a buffet breakfast which has a vast choice, I opted for the english breakfast which was fresh & tasty. Overall a comfortable & pleasant stay.

Great hotel in a good location. Modern spacious room, clean spacious bathroom. Breakfast was OK with the usual breakfast choice for a budget hotel. One of my pet hates however is the fact that they don't serve fresh juice at breakfast (this is happening more and more at many hotels not just this one). It was watered down orange squash which is awful. Penny pinching in my opinion but otherwise a very pleasant stay.

Very nice modern large clean room and bathroom, nice breakfast, plenty of choice and cooked. Staff nice and the only draw back is the mattress is too firm and doors slamming. Good location for Wimbledon, 30 min drive or taxi. Restaurants and train station up the high street minutes away too which is ideal. A good stay.

Good clean place. Room clean and good condition. Didn’t like the low buzz from AC. Tried to turn off. Also didn’t like the scratchy sheets. Slightly bobbled. Breakfast hot, and lots of it. Help yourself to the food and beverages. Restaurant clean, tidy and quiet. I hate noisy, busy places.

Everything was superb. Clean, polite staff, close to the station. One demerit is the mattress, fine for the first day. For some reason I couldn't sleep on the second day because the bed was too hard. Thankfully I had twin beds, so I took the extra mattress layer and put on the other one. Then i could sleep. I would still give a 5 star. Cos every other thing was excellent

This was loud and noisy. - the room was hot despite reducing the temperature. - why have a sign that says “request bath mats for wet floor”?! Surely just provide them? A floor will always get wet and sloppy in a bathroom? - why not just have the duvet on the bed rather than the guest needing to make it up?

Comfortable and fairly clean. Breakfast was below standard (coffee machine drinks tasted awful). Bathroom was poorly designed, with the cold/hot tap lever operating in reverse, and no shelf for toiletries in the shower (pump handle bottles above sink)

I needed an iron and the staff were very helpful. The bar wasn't open on a Friday night. Why? So convenient being just around the corner from the station and many eateries. Very decent breakfast. Lovely staff.

Good hotel. They let me check in early which was great. However while I was in my room a member of staff let themselves in with their key card (a handyman to apply sealant to the aircon control) which was…surprising…!

Had a great 4 nights here! Nice hotel in great spot with pubs, grocery and rail line nearby. Excellent staff who were ready to help with anything! Highly recommend.

Parking : was not very good there are pillars that make it very hard to park and get out Room Service: Their cleaning wasn't very thorough parts of the room were still very dusty and unclean, there was even a time when we came back and the sheets were made up but they were still clearly the old sheets Also there was a time when we came back and our room was left unlocked and forgotten mostly whole with our belongings exposed Security; The man that we spoke did not really make us feel secure and feels like he was just giving a lot of excuses, He also doesn't do much. Apart from that the food was good and our room was adequate

The service a bit so so, hotel has a 'policy' (without explanation of why) of insisting on photo ID, but in the UK there's no obligation to carry any form of ID, and after persisting they did check me in validating my payment details to my booking. The latter seemed reasonable, no idea why they just could have said, if you can't we'll need to check your payment details match up.

Stayed here whilst going to Wimbledon. The staff went above and beyond to help us with taxi’s and restaurants. The reception staff couldn’t have been more kind and friendly. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Great hotel in a good location. Modern spacious room, clean spacious bathroom. Breakfast was OK with the usual breakfast choice for a budget hotel. One of my pet hates however is the fact that they don't serve fresh juice at breakfast (this is happening more and more at many hotels not just this one). It was watered down orange squash which is awful. Penny pinching in my opinion but otherwise a very pleasant stay.

Very well situated to Sutton town centre and shops. Hotel is good overall and when we had an issue re towel refreshment hotel staff fixed this issue quickly. Will stay again

It’s a nice place to stay. I needed to be close to my daughters place and this was definite convenient but the surrounding area was even more convenient with the Times Square near by and so many variety of stores and restaurants. Also the Sutton station is so close and the bus to Heathrow was a few mins away as well.

Stayed for a Wimbledon weekend. Booked online. Reception happy to change our room to twin when we arrived. Very friendly staff. Pizza in the restaurant was excellent. Clean modern industrial style room. 2 minute walk to the station. On sight limited parking which is payable on arrival via an app.

I needed an iron and the staff were very helpful. The bar wasn't open on a Friday night. Why? So convenient being just around the corner from the station and many eateries. Very decent breakfast. Lovely staff.

The room was clean and comfortable. I booked half board but there was some confusion as to what half board meant when i checked in. when I went down for my evening meal i waited at the bar 10 minutes and there were no staff so I had to poke my head round the kitchen door to get someone to serve me. I ordered the lasagne which was no better than a cheap microwave meal from a supermarket. very disappointing. I would stay again for convenience for work but would eat out instead

Very nice modern large clean room and bathroom, nice breakfast, plenty of choice and cooked. Staff nice and the only draw back is the mattress is too firm and doors slamming. Good location for Wimbledon, 30 min drive or taxi. Restaurants and train station up the high street minutes away too which is ideal. A good stay.

Was clean & tidy, fresh towels & also body wash & shampoo. Right in the centre of town right next to station, so everything close at hand. There's a buffet breakfast which has a vast choice, I opted for the english breakfast which was fresh & tasty. Overall a comfortable & pleasant stay.

Comfortable and fairly clean. Breakfast was below standard (coffee machine drinks tasted awful). Bathroom was poorly designed, with the cold/hot tap lever operating in reverse, and no shelf for toiletries in the shower (pump handle bottles above sink)

The hotel is ideally located just a couple of minutes walk from the train station and very easy to find. The room I had was spacious and comfortable, very quiet and made for a good night's sleep. Although there was a mix up on check in (I was allocated a twin instead of the double I'd booked) I want to highlight how speedily the hotel reception made a change for me when I let them know - despite their reservation system not having recorded my booking from Hotels.com correctly! Exactly what I needed and I'd happily stay again!
