Vi bodde här en natt och kan verkligen rekommendera detta hotell. Personalens bemötande var fantastiskt! Rummet var rymligt och jättefint. Simbassängen var mycket skön. Vi återkommer gärna!

A great hotel in Kitzbühel! We were 8 guys from Norway staying here 4 nights I march 2026. Super service from the crew, they have us a lot of tips about restaurants etc, and made us feel comfortable at this nice hotel. Lovely SPA-area with saunas and a pool. Big, cozy rooms, even with balconies. Short distance to train/bus. An easy recommendation if you want to stay i Kitzbühel! :-)

The staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. The location is perfect — getting to the hills was effortless, whether by train or bus. Everything was convenient and stress-free, which made the whole trip even more enjoyable. The breakfast was truly amazing, with a wide selection of fresh, high-quality options. The evening cheese and sausages refreshment was a wonderful touch and such a thoughtful addition after a full day out. The brand-new saunas and swimming pool are exceptional. The spa area is modern, beautifully designed, and perfect for relaxing. A perfect 5-star experience — we would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it!

The room was spacious and clean. The staff was super friendly. Breakfast was great. It’s an easy walk to downtown. There’s a nice pool and fitness center.

Super nice hotel steps from train to the slopes - five min train every half hour to the gondola and ski area Facilities are great wet and dry sauna and very nice heated indoor pool Breakfast is amazing fresh and with all kind of bread cheese and meats Isabela was amazing at the food area and Suzan as well at the front desk Rooms are comfy and there is light snacks after ski time which is perfect if you don’t need a big dinner
