The appealing decor, high standards of cleanliness, the barns unique and elegant design, intriguing historic past along with a lovely blend of vintage and modern style. We also loved the location, the thoughtful finishing touches and treats, very peaceful location and warm hospitality from the owners.

We had a wonderful stay at The Duchy Barn. It was beautifully presented with everything you needed for a relaxing holiday. Everything was spotlessly clean with lots of lovely extra touches. (Including delicious homemade cookies!). The barn was perfectly located in quiet countryside but only 25 minutes from the coastal path with dramatic scenery and beautiful beaches. What could be more perfect! We definitely hope to return!

We loved the property and its perfect location. The hosts were very warm , friendly and accommodating . The Duchy barn was comfortable and gone from home . With lovely finishing touches . We really enjoyed our stay

Tranquil, peaceful, stunning. Me and my partner had the best time at the duchy barn, it was very hard for us to leave. From the stunning location to the barn itself and the huge bath well.... I am at a loss for words. Dean and Stephen were amazing hosts, so friendly and very welcoming. We will definitely be returning again and maybe even in another one of the accommodations.

This was our second stay at Tregoose Old Mill (we previously stayed at 'the hideaway') and we were not disappointed! Beautiful accommodation with a luxury feel and such attention to detail. Dean and Stephen were fantastic hosts, giving us a warm welcome on our arrival and giving us helpful recommendations for places to visit, we also really appreciated the delicious cookies! We love it here and look forward to returning soon!
