We stayed for one week and the home was perfect for our first visit to Annapolis. The location made it easy to walk to all the shops and restaurants. We took day trips to Washington, DC, and to Baltimore as well. I loved sitting in the nearby cove reading my book and seeing families and people walking their dogs. The house was comfortable with plenty of room for us. The provided spot at the parking lot nearby was really useful.

Communication with the hosts was some of the most responsive I've ever had. And the parking spot down the street was a godsend. Couldn't recommend enough!

Property is a short walk to shopping and waterfront. Kelly and Thomas were very responsive to questions. As street parking is scarce in this neighborhood it was especially welcome that the rental included a parking pass for a nearby lot.

We stayed in this house for a week while visiting our son at USNA. It is in a great location close to coffee shops and restaurants. It is easily walkable to all main shopping and dining areas, USNA and the waterfront. Owners were extremely responsive throughout the process. We had no problems getting into the house at check-in. The house was in great condition and very clean. There is a desk setup for anyone to work out of and my husband took advantage of that setup to work out of all week. The house was in a safe area as well. Great house overall and highly recommend it to others who stay in Annapolis.

It is easily walkable to all main shopping and dining areas, USNA and the waterfront. Owners were extremely responsive throughout the process. We had no problems getting into the house at check-in. The house was in great condition and very clean. There is a desk setup for anyone to work out of and my husband took advantage of that setup to work out of all week. The house was in a safe area as well. Great house overall and highly recommend it to others who stay in Annapolis.

Peacefulness and proximity capture the essence of this location. Off the main streets to create a peaceful and quiet environment, yet so close that I walked EVERYWHERE! Two blocks to the serene Acton Cove, where I could enjoy morning coffee and relax after a day of sightseeing. Mere blocks to Main Street and Ego Alley, which is loaded with restaurants and shops and boats. And just a couple blocks beyond that will take you to the Naval Academy. The Art District is also full of food and shops and is not too far either. The home itself is comfortable and clean. I loved the keyless entry! I would stay here again in a heartbeat if I ever return to Annapolis.

Home was very cute and lots of decorative touches. Place was very clean and even had a little backyard, though we were not able to use it weather was a bit cool. Enjoyed walking in the town of Annapolis, basically right out our door. Lots of restaurants, gift shops and museums. Perfect place to stay, while visiting Chesapeke Bay Area Was also great to have a parking spot!

A's by the Cove is quiet and perfectly quaint. Everything is in walking distance from the water to the arts district. Great restaurants, shopping and entertainment! We walked to see a show at Rams head Tavern and had a great time!

We are so happy we stayed here! We were in Annapolis for 8 days with our two small kids (ages 3 and 5), and this was the perfect spot. They had a pack n play and toys/games for the kids which was awesome. I loved having a washer/ dryer especially with kids. The parking is steps away which was super helpful. The little park nearby was such a wonderful gift, we were there every night. I also appreciated the book of info the hosts left with local recommendations.. we loved checking the restaurants off the list! Thanks again for a great first trip to MD.

My wife, son, and I had a great time staying at Kelly and Thomas’s place in Annapolis. Everything was better than expected and the property was in the perfect location. Very easy to get downtown but far enough for nice quiet evenings. We highly recommend staying at the A’s by the Cove if you are traveling to Annapolis! Ian, Nancy, and William

Peacefulness and proximity capture the essence of this location. Off the main streets to create a peaceful and quiet environment, yet so close that I walked EVERYWHERE! Two blocks to the serene Acton Cove, where I could enjoy morning coffee and relax after a day of sightseeing. Mere blocks to Main Street and Ego Alley, which is loaded with restaurants and shops and boats. And just a couple blocks beyond that will take you to the Naval Academy. The Art District is also full of food and shops and is not too far either. The home itself is comfortable and clean. I loved the keyless entry! I would stay here again in a heartbeat if I ever return to Annapolis.

Great little house easy to walk to West St, Main St & the Yard (USNA). Has parking included which is nice. Great communication we owner. Will stay again.

The cute Annapolis home was right in the center of all one would need. Parking easy and location for walking to nearby sights, restaurants and shops perfect!We felt right at home inside and out. We enjoyed the backyard table for chats and front rocker for watching the world go by. It was quiet and charming!!
